Kara was splendid to work with, from beginning to end. She served as the Day Of Wedding Coordinator for our wedding on Aug 29, 2926, in Elgin IL. Her communication with me and my fiancé during the planning phase was superb. She helped us make final decisions and also took the lead on communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Our wedding day was beautiful, organized, and calm because of her skills as a coordinator and her commitment to make sure our day was special. We were extremely happy with the service we received from Camilla Co Events and highly recommend them to others in the future.

We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, Kara was calm, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about anything, which made such a huge difference—we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy the day. Multiple people commented afterward on how calm I was and how beautiful the wedding was (and that I was not a bridezilla at all 😂). I truly believe that peace came from God—He gave both me and my husband such a sense of calm that day. And honestly, Kara felt like such a Godsend in that process. Knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes made it so easy to just be present and soak it all in. Hiring Kara was easily one of the best decisions we made. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for the best wedding coordinator around!

She coordinated with the vendors for proper delivery and set up of flowers, desserts, and sound system for the DJ, and she set up the reception hall with the place settings, center pieces and flowers. Still in awe at how she was able to do so much as one person! She took so much off of my plate, making for a stress free wedding that I was able to enjoy! Her calm demeanor and understanding nature were also so helpful in keeping me at ease, because I was able to trust that she would keep everything on pace.
