We exited the church, smiling and full of happiness, only to discover the buses were nowhere to be found. We received no communication that they were running behind schedule. In the middle of our planned photos, we were left scrambling trying to figure out where they were, while our guests waited in 100-degree heat for almost 30 minutes. After the wedding, we reached out on 9/8 to express our frustration and ask how they planned to make it right. We expected at minimum an apology and some accountability. Instead, we got silence. We had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, which, as you'll notice, is a pattern with this company. When we finally heard from the office manager, Helen, it only made things worse. As my husband tried to explain what happened, she spoke over him, argued the facts of a situation she wasn't present for, and offered absolutely nothing. I know how to give grace when things go wrong, but grace requires accountability on the other end, and these people offered none. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
