she made sure everyone was in line at the church, put my veil in for me and opened the doors for me at the church. She was my hype women and calmed me down when I was nervous getting to the church. I would highly recommend Karlene and Camelot Limos to everyone. She even drove our parents & grandparents to the bathroom while we were doing pictures.

I'm sure guests loved it too rather than being in a boring shuttle. Our driver Miguel was fantastic and helped me with my dress so much, plus helped me into the church by blocking me from guests with an umbrella. We were able to connect our phones in the bus with bluetooth and it was so great. Would definitely recommend.

unicate with and inquire within. The morning of my wedding at 6am I panicked - calling their emergency hotline meaning Alan picking up the phone. I explained my concerns of lack of space on a bus I had booked. He assured me not to stress it was my wedding day and it would be taken care of. Alan was so sweet and accommodating I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I was in that moment. He himself drove another shuttle to my hotel to grab more guests. That night I didn’t even have the chance to go outside to tip the driver (not realizing it was him). I went to the store to drop off a tip for the driver finding out the owner Alan was the driver. I felt it was so professional he didn’t reach out asking where tips were or money was for the shuttle.

ur driver on the big day and he was great! He kept us updated on where he was for pick up and drop off so we stayed on track and was very helpful the entire day. I would 100% recommend Camelot for anyone’s big day!

e. It broke down on the way to the church, so instead they sent 2 SUVs. Nicole emailed us to apologize and refunded us the difference, which we were appreciative for. They took care of us and handled the mishap with class. We also had a Rolls Royce and party bus; both ran smoothly with no issues! Camelot also provided us transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Camelot!

op while getting to the church and almost didn’t start back up while I was on Sunrise Highway and Wellwood Avenue. I literally almost did not make it to my own wedding. The bus hardly had AC and we were sweating the entire time to the venue. Thank god the venue was 10, minutes away or we would have been dying. The drivers were amazing and so nice though! After complaining the next day, they had no idea that this was a problem and had to “look into it”. Then after looking into it, we were just given a voucher for a future ride.

e had a party bus for the bridal party and the driver actually came to find me in the park when we were taking pictures with an umbrella because it started to rain! He also covered me with an umbrella outside the church when late guests arrived so they wouldn’t see me before the ceremony. The same party bus became our guest shuttle from the hotel and got the guests to and from the wedding on time. They also gave us a complimentary car to and from the airport for our honeymoon! Would absolutely recommend!

She made sure it was an unforgettable ride with our bridal party and did not stress the bride with any of the other details with picking up the guest. ues with the antique car or driver. However the issue was the party bus which started with getting to my in-laws late which then everything got delayed. We had guests stranded at the hotel because instead of 1 hour of unlimited rides our driver only did 1 trip. So our guests who already paid for a hot had to pay for an Uber to get to our reception. At the end of the night we booked the party bus for 2 hours of unlimited rides back to the hotel. thankfully I was told by my guests the driver was only making 2 rounds to the hotel instead of 2 hours of unlimited trips back to the hotel. I stopped that immediately before we had guests stranded at the venue. Unfortunately more things happened and we were very upset once we got all the details. We did reach out to Camelot on Monday following our wedding. I spoke with Nicole and came to an agreement with her. I’m not sure if it was exactly Camelot’s fault or the driver but we just didn’t have the best experience with them.

ized that we had accidentally left the rings inside the bus just moments before my dad and I were about to walk down the aisle. He discretely walked down the side aisle after my entrance to get the attention of my bridesmaid who had the rings in her bag on the bus and got the whole thing sorted out swiftly and without anyone noticing. We used the bus as our wedding transportation and our hotel shuttle, so once we got from the church to the reception venue, Henry drove to the hotel to make a few trips back and forth to the venue to get our guests there on time. He was fantastic and Nicole at Camelot was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both so much for making the process so easy!

The limo and party bus that we had to transport the wedding party crew was incredibly fun (e.g. we could control the lights and music) and well supplied with bottled water. We would highly recommend working with Nicole and the team!

ne up, stayed at the church and helped with the processionals, took pictures for all of us and let us hold onto the Caddy for a few extra minutes to take pictures with it at the venue. We used the Party Bus as a shuttle for our guests for the reception and everyone said how clean and nice the bus was. My only gripe with them was their sales associate Nicole. When I would speak to her, she was professional, super helpful and knew her stuff. However, I had two scheduled phone meetings with her, and she never called, both times. I ended up having to reach out to her. I told her how bad of a taste it put in my mouth, and she apologized profusely and promised that everything would go smoothly on my wedding day - which it did!

The drivers – Anthony for the lead care and Michael for the bus – were incredible! We booked Camelot expecting punctual drivers and clean vehicles that took us from point A to point B and got so much more! Anthony helped the bride get out of the lead car and into the church, even grabbing the photographer and helping to get the perfect shot! Michael helped coordinate with Anthony to make sure the groom didn’t see the bride before the ceremony and greeted the couple with champagne and champagne flutes after the ceremony. We will definitely be using Camelot limos again!

For this reason, I told the photographer, her assistant and videographer they could ride in the limo from Planting Fields to Swan Club. The driver of the limo didn’t allow two of them in. This was fine at first because they agreed to get an Uber. There was no service and they got stuck at Planting Fields for an hour and I had no photographer. This cause a serious delay in the rest of our plans and was so stressful. I still have to discuss this with them and let’s hope they make it right. Edited: Toni knew how upset we were and she reached out during our honeymoon to offer a complimentary ride home from the airport to our home after the honeymoon. We are SO thankful for her and appreciate Camelot doing all they can to make up for issue we had day of.

le, friendly and PROMPT! The coach bus driver even stepped up and assisted the photographer with some photo opps outside the church. It was a super hot summer day & the air conditioners in the vehicles were highly functioning which is a huge plus for this time of the year. We were able to bring our own coolers on the bus and play our own music. It was a smooth, comfortable ride. I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed!

Nicole was also wonderful to work with and helped us secure airport transfers to and from the airport for our honeymoon, which was incredibly appreciated - one less thing to worry about when dealing with the stresses of wedding planning and looking forward to some much needed relaxation. Miguel was our driver for the wedding and everyone loved him. We had the music blasting and everyone was having the best time! The boys were running late (their fault, Camelot arrived so early), so by the time the girls were getting picked up, I was a little nervous. The second the music came on, all was well and we were back in action. We could not recommend Camelot more and will be using them and recommending them for any future events. Henry and Eric were our drivers for the airport transfers and we had a great time with them as well. A very personable and professional company. We love when people love what they do and Camelot is no exception! Kudos to Alan and his awesome team!
