My husband and I were married on 8/29/26 and Camelot was suggested to us by friends. They were kind and prompt (early actually, which was great!), and especially helpful in making sure my father (who has difficulty with mobility) got in and out of our vehicle safely. We had an absolutely beautiful 1938 Cadillac for my husband and myself, and we had originally reserved a small Mercedes Sprinter for our family and bridal party since we didn’t feel we had enough people to justify a party bus. The morning of the wedding, the Caddy showed up looking perfect and a party bus followed shortly after, which was actually a very pleasant surprise and ended up working out better than the Sprinter would have after all (we were given the upgrade due to an air conditioning issue with the Sprinter). All three of our drivers for the day were lovely people who radiated happiness and good energy. Eddie drove me and my mom to the church in the Cadillac and he stayed with us until it was time to walk down the aisle and he gave me some great advice for staying calm, walking safely in my dress, and enjoying this special moment. My husband and I were given a lovely bottle of champagne to enjoy in the car on the way to the Inn and it was really a special memory for us. It was a beautiful way to have our first private moment together as husband and wife! Our driver at the end of the night was great and very patient, he made sure everyone was dropped off safely at their homes. He also helped us carry all of our bags and boxes of decor right to our door which was so helpful. Highly recommend!

I've been married for a short 27 years, and after my first career of 25 years serving the men and women of the US Military, I wanted to slow it down, stay closer to home while my kids graduate college and re-connect with the Long Island community within the Bridal Industry. We love weddings, we love the communities we serve, and we understand how to take the stress out of your day. Overall, we had a great experience. The large shuttle buses that handled the hotel runs were spacious, like Greyhound style, had solid AC, and ran on time. But the smaller Sprinter...

van that took our photo group felt less well maintained. A hubcap fell off when it arrived and the AC didn't reach the back of the van. It got very hot and I unfortunatley became sick. Moving forward in the van helped, and the van had water and ice which were a huge help. In all the service was punctual and the drivers were professional, so we would still recommend the service for overall value and reliability.

The bus hardly had AC and we were sweating the entire time to the venue. Thank god the venue was 10, minutes away or we would have been dying. The drivers were amazing and so nice though! ues with the antique car or driver. However the issue was the party bus which started with getting to my in-laws late which then everything got delayed. We had guests stranded at the hotel because instead of 1 hour of unlimited rides our driver only did 1 trip. So our guests who already paid for a hot had to pay for an Uber to get to our reception. At the end of the night we booked the party bus for 2 hours of unlimited rides back to the hotel. thankfully I was told by my guests the driver was only making 2 rounds to the hotel instead of 2 hours of unlimited trips back to the hotel. I stopped that immediately before we had guests stranded at the venue. Unfortunately more things happened and we were very upset once we got all the details. We did reach out to Camelot on Monday following our wedding. I spoke with Nicole and came to an agreement with her. I’m not sure if it was exactly Camelot’s fault or the driver but we just didn’t have the best experience with them.

ized that we had accidentally left the rings inside the bus just moments before my dad and I were about to walk down the aisle. He discretely walked down the side aisle after my entrance to get the attention of my bridesmaid who had the rings in her bag on the bus and got the whole thing sorted out swiftly and without anyone noticing. We used the bus as our wedding transportation and our hotel shuttle, so once we got from the church to the reception venue, Henry drove to the hotel to make a few trips back and forth to the venue to get our guests there on time. We used the Party Bus as a shuttle for our guests for the reception and everyone said how clean and nice the bus was. My only gripe with them was their sales associate Nicole. When I would speak to her, she was professional, super helpful and knew her stuff. However, I had two scheduled phone meetings with her, and she never called, both times. I ended up having to reach out to her. I told her how bad of a taste it put in my mouth, and she apologized profusely and promised that everything would go smoothly on my wedding day - which it did!

We booked Camelot expecting punctual drivers and clean vehicles that took us from point A to point B and got so much more! Anthony helped the bride get out of the lead car and into the church, even grabbing the photographer and helping to get the perfect shot! Michael helped coordinate with Anthony to make sure the groom didn’t see the bride before the ceremony and greeted the couple with champagne and champagne flutes after the ceremony. For this reason, I told the photographer, her assistant and videographer they could ride in the limo from Planting Fields to Swan Club. The driver of the limo didn’t allow two of them in. This was fine at first because they agreed to get an Uber. There was no service and they got stuck at Planting Fields for an hour and I had no photographer. This cause a serious delay in the rest of our plans and was so stressful. I still have to discuss this with them and let’s hope they make it right. Edited: Toni knew how upset we were and she reached out during our honeymoon to offer a complimentary ride home from the airport to our home after the honeymoon. We are SO thankful for her and appreciate Camelot doing all they can to make up for issue we had day of.

mportant to really look at the vehicles and make sure that everyone is making the right selection based on passenger count, and especially passenger count and (passenger size). The requirements that we live under from NYS DOT are an approximation based on weight, set belts, even leg room. Essentially 16 works for some guests, but not for others. I’m sorry we could not accommodate the additional people into the vehicle, but traveling with more passengers than what’s stated on the vehicle side wall is a serious legal issue.
