He became extremely nasty, hostile, threatening, extremely rude, and unprofessional. I have sent 72 pages line by line of every text message, email and the contract and invoice from our correspondences. If he tried to respond to this with a response that contradicts what I have said, I will be happy to share our 72 pages of validation. He lies beyond belief, to the point I think he actually believes himself. I was about to file small claims and still will if needed, but I have gone through our bank to have the charge reversed and this case is pending currently. He has not yet responded to their requests either. He has a total of 90 days. We are not the only ones he has betrayed and played. I thought being a vendor on The Knot was reputable. I did not realize that anyone could pay for the exposure. Please do your research. After we looked into this further, his history and prior reviews on various other places (all sent to our bank and will be used in court as well), show this is a pattern with him… all the way back to 2018. We obtained a background report on him and the information therein backs up his shady business practices. After sharing our experience on Facebook and pleading for another vendor for our wedding that was to take place 4 days later, I was able to find one, but also received multiple other responses saying the same exact thing had happened to them. He is not a good human being. How you ethically do that to someone, and then look at yourself in the mirror and still carry out the façade of your business is disturbing to say the least. I pray #TheKnot removes him as a vendor. Weddings are stressful and financially draining enough. No one should have to deal with what we did with Keith and his son, Jake AND have the money stolen from them.
