I found her with a little bit of luck after googling "Woodmont Country Club," our venue. She happened to photograph a wedding there a week prior to my search. When I was looking through her blog post, I felt like I was there, at the wedding of somebody I didn't even know!! That's when I knew I needed to meet Camille. We met Camille for lunch a week later and if we weren't already sold, we definitely were now. She is so easy to talk to, passionate about her work, and clearly a hard worker. She even provided us many recommendations based on her experiences. After receiving both our engagement photos and wedding photos, we could positively say that this was one of the best decisions yet! My husband, who strongly dislikes taking photos, couldn't stop raving about how easy and natural it felt with Camille taking our photos. I couldn't agree more. Our wedding photos went the exact same way and what we loved the most was how she captures not only our love and enjoyment, but our guests' too. Camille was thrilled that my fiancee and I brought our own ideas to the shoot, but she made excellent suggestions that we never would have thought of. t 10 months ago, we knew that Camille was going to be a wonderful photographer and person to work with! We arranged for Camille to be our photographer in November of 2015 for our August 2016 wedding. Camille’s photo package included an engagement shoot in which she arranged to meet us during her own winter holiday in Central Park, NY. This was our first time meeting her and we immediately loved her! We spent the next couple of hours walking around Central Park while she found amazing backdrops and scenes for us to pose. Not more than 2 weeks later did we have full access to over 170 beautiful photos, all of which we loved so much! Fast forward 8 months to August 7th for our wedding day, and things only got better. Camille’s personality is one that can mesh with any family dynamic no matter how complicated it may be! From her professional organization to her management of the family portraits before the wedding, Camille continued to impress us! She helped us to be calm on what could have been a very stressful day! Throughout the entire afternoon and evening, we felt so comfortable and happy knowing that Camille was documenting every memory and scene. Only one week after the wedding, Camille sent us a link with over 1,000 photos! We could not believe how quickly she turned things around and got everything organized on the website for us to access. To say that we absolutely love and were thrilled with the photos would be an understatement! The only issue is that we are going to have an unbelievably hard time choosing what picture to put in our photo album because we love them all! keep forever--our photos. What you can tell looking at Camille’s portfolio is that she clearly has an eye for composition and a classic sense of style. This was why we picked her. What we came to find later was that she wasn’t just able to create nice photos under nice conditions; she was able to work with all kinds of different lighting, from blinding sunlight to our dimly lit reception hall. Working with her, I didn’t need to know anything about how to combine shutter speed, aperture and ISO to get the perfect exposure. Because she knows and has cultivated a stellar collection of equipment to enable her to give full expression to her artistic vision, I just get to enjoy the beautiful results of all of her study and practice. But that’s not all Camille brought to our wedding photo experience. Our day was complicated by many deviations from plan. She was flexible and rolled with all the little hiccups, going out of her way to accommodate us and make things as easy for us as possible. She made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and gave great instructions to get us into good poses (none of which comes naturally to us). My favorite thing about working with Camille and my favorite pictures from our day, though, are the great candid shots that she made it seem so easy to elicit from us. Working with Camille was more than just a great experience. It was our best investment of the wedding.

int! :) Camille has great equipment. This is very important for shooting a wedding. None of her photos had that low quality camera noise to it. Since her lenses are top of the line (they are worth more than my car), they can take great photos in very low light, as well as photos with beautiful bokeh (blurred background). She takes perfectly exposed photos with beautiful composition. Camille has an eye for capturing light. Those beautiful wedding photos you see online are not just for wedding magazines, Camille can, and will take these of YOUR wedding. Camille is fun to work with, and will work with you to get the perfect set of photos. Never once did she add extra stress to our special day. Her candid photos were just as wonderful as her posed ones. You get what you pay for when it comes to wedding photography, and Camille is worth every penny. Sure, you could find a $500-800 student or hobbyist that will get you mediocre photos taken by a student or hobbyist using entry level equipment. Or you can pay a professional like Camille, who has several thousands of dollars of equipment and countless hours of experience, and kick butt photos to prove it. I couldn't be happier with how our photos turned out, and now we have a collection we can be proud to show our friends and family.
