it is rundown, could use some upkeep, it lacks in parking and the staff seem really grumpy. The amenity fee is ridiculous. Just add the fee to the cost of the room.

They have a great bar onsite and a year round heated pool and hot tub. Congregate around the huge fire pit and roast marshmallows for your s'mores with their kits you can get in their lobby shop.
Fire on the Mountain buffalo wings casual dining restaurant is right across the street and their sister bar Dogwood in The Pine Shed is right behind the hotel for another great experience.
Such a fun, unqies stay. We definitely will stay again.

Depending on the time of year, the pool is incredible, even in the winter. As the weather continues to stay cold, the hot tub is also pretty great. Highly recommend this location!

ir restaurant is great if you love wings and beer or get a cocktail at their bar in the lobby. Parking was convenient. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

tiful, with a large fire pit and lights throughout, which really adds to the atmosphere.
I did have two small hiccups during my stay. One was related to an amenity fee that wasn’t disclosed by the third-party booking site when I reserved two different dates on the same day. After reaching out directly to the hotel, they were kind enough to reimburse me, which I truly appreciated. The second was a learning experience on my end. I accidentally left my iPad charger behind, and although I’m confident I left it in the room, it was never found or turned in after multiple follow-ups.
Overall, these were minor issues and did not take away from an otherwise great stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Going forward, I’m happy to pay the amenity fee now that I know about it, and I look forward to returning.
