Camptown is a magical wedding venue in Leeds, NY. This 50-room hotel is surrounded by forest and located at the foot of the Catskill Mountains, right over the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, a short drive from Hudson.
You and your partner can exchange wedding vows in front of up to 160 of your nearest and dearest in our secluded and enchanting open space. After the ceremony, you will make your way down a winding natural trail towards The Meadow. This magnificent area can seat up to 240 guests, and is perfect for a warm-weather event, during the milder seasons, spring, summer, and autumn. Here, underneath the cover of a large, 2700 square foot canopy, you can enjoy a delicious feast created by Chef Efren Hernandez, who was nominated for a James Beard award. At Camptown, there are 26 cozy log cabins and 24 hotel rooms to choose from for your guests. These are ideal for couples who want to stay for a few days to relax and unwind before or after the celebrations. You, your future spouse, and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as swimming or hiking, or classes like candle-making and archery. You may also enjoy art and music and delight in delicious food and drink at our restaurant or nearby establishments. Our saltwater pool is available May through October and is a haven for summer days with waterbed cabanas, sun loungers, and our seasonal Pool Bar, Bar Piscina.
The property's restaurant, Casa Susanna, is helmed by Chef Hernandez, who creates delicious, flavorful Jaliscan dishes that celebrate his family history and the abundance of produce from nearby farms. Dishes are prepared by our expert team and cooked over an open fire. Drinks are available from Camptown's woodland bar.

Camptown is our favorite escape from city life. The hospitality is top-notch, with exemplary service from Caigla and team, who consistently go out of their way to ensure everything goes perfectly. The grounds and cabins are well-kept and appoin...
ted, rustic, with a dose of luxury.
The reception and lodge area is the perfect spot to grab coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Casa Susanna is not to be missed—an unexpected symphony of flavor in this neck of the woods! I couldn’t recommend Camptown more—our little secret.

The Camptown Hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway to unwind. The onsite restaurant and bar are highly recommended. The fire pit was a nice place to warm up before retiring to the cabin at the end of the night. The staff at the hotel were all ...

We were forced off of rte 87 on our way home from the ADK due to snow storm. Hotel had vacancy; so, we stayed. Tavern was awesome and the room was clean and inviting. While there, we looked into other amenities offered and have decided that we ...
will plan to stop another time so we can enjoy all that they have to offer.

We had the most amazing stay at Camptown Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us (and our dog!) feel completely at home. The property is stunning, with thoughtful details everywhere that create a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Traveling ...
with our dog was seamless—Camptown provided thoughtful amenities and even recommended dog-friendly trails nearby.
One of our favorite spots was the lobby area, where the restaurant is located. With a roaring fire and cozy seating, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, and it’s completely dog-friendly. Our room was also spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for us and our pup to unwind.
The on-site dining was another highlight—delicious food and drinks served in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Camptown Hotel truly went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
