Working with the team at the Campus Club was so easy and we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our big day. They were always quick to respond to our inquiries and were flexible with our wants and needs. The only downfall was that we couldn't access the venue until 1 pm on our wedding day (which I understand from staffing needs but was still a bummer) so you will need a day of coordinator or amazing family and friends to help you set up decor on your big day. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the Campus Club as a wedding venue!

Mollie and team were fantastic to work with. Planning sessions were quick and effective, and Mollie asked great questions which really helped me think and plan with her. The tasting was fun and delicious! The day of staff were great and communicative. Loved having the entire floor rented as it allowed for privacy for us and our guests, multiple getting ready and/or quiet rooms, and space to move about. Food was absolutely delicious (highly recommend the chicken skewers and the ribeye steak!) and came out quickly! We had a few musicians amongst us, so the on-site piano was a sweet touch. Very thankful that we chose the campus club for our wedding venue. Thank you Mollie and team!

Choosing the Campus Club as our wedding venue was easily the best decision we made all wedding! We loved that we had the entire 4th floor to ourselves and there were so many places for guests to enjoy themselves, from the beautiful patio, to the large reception room with amazing views of downtown Minneapolis, to the bar and various other nooks and crannies. Mollie was absolutely fantastic to work with and quickly answered any little question that we had for months leading up to the wedding. She also kept us up to date on the latest COVID restrictions (and it was very easy to pick a new date when we needed to postpone for a year due to COVID). They also coordinated pick-up and drop-off times with all the external vendors, so much so that we felt that we didn't need a day-of coordinator. Finally, the food! They do internal catering and feature farm-to-table food from local vendors. We and all the guests were blown away by the quality of the food, and many guests commented that it was the best chicken (the mustard-crusted chicken) or best steak they've ever had. The food tasted just as good on the day of the wedding (serving 100+ people) as it did during the tasting, and came out quickly and consistently. All in all, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend the Campus Club to everyone!

We got married at the Campus Club last month and it was easily the best decision we made out of our entire wedding. It was the one stop shop we were looking for our ceremony and reception. The views are absolutely gorgeous and Jane the event coordinator was always fast with replying to our questions. We got rave reviews on the in house catering, too. Plus they had Saturdays available in the fall with only a year notice. They were great!

Had an amazing experience. Jane worked with us and was extremely helpful in all the planning, including contacting all of the vendors to make sure everyone knew where to go. The day of was perfect and seamless and and all of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Beautiful views and they had a bonfire for us out on the patio since it was winter.

We got married at the Campus Club 2 weeks ago and it was amazing. My husband and I met on campus and loved coming back to get married at the U! Jane was so nice and so easy to work with. We met a few times in person and did everything else through email and she made the whole process super simple. She and Jenn were so fast at responding to my emails and questions and they walked us through the whole process. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Campus Club, which so so easy and the events transitioned seamlessly. The terrace was amazing for the ceremony and the reception hall and it's views are spectacular. Our guests loved all of it! A lot of guests also spent time on the terrace during the dance since it was so nice! The food was delicious and the staff was so helpful. I was very pleased with the wedding and I would highly recommend this venue.

We had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding with the Campus Club staff. They were very attentive and cooperative, especially with our food and drink requests and our DIY style. The venue is a beautiful space with indoor and outdoor areas, amazing food, and great views of Minneapolis. It was a perfect day filled with so many memories!

My new husband and I were thrilled with the U of M Campus Club as our venue and caterer. Their level of service and professionalism was phenomenal -- they basically do everything for you which makes set-up and tear-down extremely easy! This was the only venue we toured and knew we wanted to book it right away because of their amazing floor-to-ceiling windows displaying a gorgeous skyline of Minneapolis! And the food -- incredible! We loved that everything was organic and local. Best of all, they were one of the most affordable venues! We highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding was a wonderful success due to all the help we received from the moment we booked the Campus Club. Our coordinator Jenn was so helpful throughout the planning and made sure everything was covered and set for our big day. Every single staff member was amazing the day of and made sure every detail was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and everyone involved. I highly recommend this gorgeous venue. You will be love the breathtaking views of the city and campus, and the great bar and reception area. Thank you Campus Club!

This is a fabulous venue for a wedding. There are many positives that I'd like to share from our experience this summer, but I think the most important is the support we received from their staff. The staff (Jane and Jen) were amazing. Super calm, extremely knowledgable, and able to joke together. We loved working with them and they made it go so smoothly, I sometimes wondered why I wasn't feeling more stressed out. They helped us through the process, even when it came to details beyond the venue. It was great. We had 230ish guests (which was the max. max.), but they accommodated them well. They were flexible in how we paid for the drinks as the night progressed. Waitstaff were professional and did a great job. The balcony is GORGEOUS at night - you can see the skyline. Very lovely. Guests also commented on the food being great! We would highly suggest the Coconut Curry. It's awesome (I'm not usually a vegetarian option fan, but boy this was good). Would highly recommend this venue if you're looking for a classy place with an affordable price tag, great staff, lots of space, outside/inside space, lovely food, and flexibility.

We are so glad we chose the Campus Club for our reception. Jenn was incredible to work with from our initial tour through the wedding day; she is so organized, efficient, and friendly. We have received so many compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed the Campus Club's indoor and outdoor spaces, food, and views. We would definitely choose the Campus Club again!

The Campus Club is such a unique venue because you get the whole level of Coffman Memorial Union. There is a terrace, ballroom, and bar with lounge. There were so many spaces for our guests to enjoy themselves and still be a part of the party. The ballroom has an amazing view of the Mississippi River and downtown Minneapolis. On top of that, you are surrounded by the beauty of the University of MN, which was great for pictures. The food was AMAZING and the staff was friendly and attentive. We hosted beer, but the club offered a FULL cash bar- not just a bottle of the various kinds of liquor. Guests were very pleased with the reasonable prices for drinks and were happy that they could enjoy a top-shelf or rail drink as they wished. At the end of the night, the staff helped gather all of the decorations so we were able to grab everything quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding and reception. From beginning to end, we had a good experience. We worked with Jenn, and she helped us with every step along the way. All of my questions were answered quickly and she was very thorough.

Campus Club was the perfect venue for our wedding reception in August. We loved having the option to be outside on the terrace (amazing spot for pictures) or inside admiring the skyline views. The food is top notch. But best of all, Jenn the coordinator was amazing to work with. She was quick to answer my many questions, offered suggestions when needed, and keep a running tally of everything we decided. Our reception was amazing- the staff were great. Cannot recommend it enough. Thanks Campus Club!

We had our wedding at the Campus Club in August, and it was PERFECT! We live in NYC and we had to plan the wedding from out of state, but Jenn, Jane and their team made it very easy to plan, they were there to help every step of the way, answering questions whenever we needed. And the wedding day was BEAUTIFUL. The ceremony was outside on the terrace with the beautiful view. And there was a rain plan if it rained, which was important to us. We were able to have the ceremony outside, but we loved that they were flexible and able to decide last minute if we were going to need to move the ceremony indoors. The reception in the West Wing was spectacular, and we had our first dance, speeches, and dinner as the sun was setting - it was an epic, cinematic sky! We've gotten so many compliments on the space and the food. The food was something that was very important to us, and it was local and unique and delicious! The Staff was so friendly and helpful. We always had what we needed. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. And all at a reasonable cost. We HIGHLY recommend this venue!
