Situated in the Ponderosa forest of Prescott, AZ, CampWay is a unique countryside wedding venue. This space is home to a zipline, ax-throwing games, canoeing, climbing walls, a fire ring, and so much more. Adventure-loving couples who adore the great outdoors will delight in this wedding venue's stunning surroundings and private natural setting. CampWay has both indoor and outdoor event spaces for ceremonies and receptions. Say "I do" on the grounds, immersed in nature and enveloped in tall trees. Following your ceremony, you can explore the scenic park for photo ops while guests enjoy an alfresco drinks reception. The main space at this venue is transformed to your tastes for evening receptions both large and small. It features an open-sided, semi-covered ramada complete with rustic and refined accents such as timber beams and chandelier lighting. Following your seated meal or relaxed buffet, you can look forward to hitting the dance floor and there is ample space for your choice of musical entertainment. Accommodation on-site consists of cozy wooden lodges where friends and family can experience a restful night's sleep amidst tranquil, tree-lined surroundings. A sample timeline provided by CampWay includes outdoor activities for guests on arrival at the venue the day before your wedding. On your big day, the team allows time for preparations and rehearsals, with the suggestion of a charcuterie board and cocktail party before your evening ceremony. The following day, overnight guests are treated to a delicious brunch before checkout. Our experienced team at CampWay will help you plan your dream day. We provide in-house catering for your convenience and you can select menu options with an event coordinator. Staff also assists with setup and breakdown on your special day.

My husband and I had our wedding at CampWay in September 2022 with about 110 people (we planned our wedding in 3 months, it's doable!). We wanted a venue that would celebrate the outdoors and provide space to connect with friends and family for...

a more extended period of time since so many were coming from out of town! Our wedding was like going back to summer camp and being with your friends all the time, but this time with WAY better food, more comfort, alcohol, and elegance. It was truly stunning, and as a bride, the staff put my mind at ease and was extremely easy to work with every step of the way. This is the venue for you if you want a dreamy outdoor forest wedding that fosters community and connection! Jonathan and Matt were responsive and helpful from the start! We had everything we needed to embrace the outdoors but add extra twists of elegance. CampWay handled everything from drop off to the setup of our décor. They worked magic with the setup; everything looked better than I imagined! But honestly, the camp speaks for itself; every nook and cranny, every path and building has a charm and beauty to it. We had a band set up for the reception and dancing until the wee hours of the morning! We also had fun activities (like ziplining, high ropes course, axe throwing, etc.) that created lasting memories for kids and everyone. I can only write this review by talking about FOOD. It was all fantastic, from breakfast to lunch to dinner to brunch the morning after (shout out to the lead chef!). They provided menu options but were very accommodating to whatever we wanted to serve. They made special requests and adhered to our guest's dietary restrictions. Not to mention CampWay was the most affordable option we found! We had the whole camp to ourselves the entire weekend. Not having the time barriers made our wedding the best weekend of our lives! They went above and beyond for our group in many ways, and I am truly grateful for our wedding weekend. We 100% plan on renting the camp again for our 10-year anniversary!

CampWay is a small-scale company that works with closely with a number of different groups. One of our favorite events to host are Weddings! We have an amazing team who will prepare and serve meals, help design the wedding aesthetic of your dreams, assist in guiding guests through outdoor activities, and make sure that your special day runs smoothly! Jonathan and Matt are the co-founders of CampWay and pride themselves on hospitality and flexibility to suit the needs of any of our soon to be newly-weds Megan and Mary (program directors) assist in building your dream wedding schedule.
