Christine. From our very first introductory call, Nancy made my husband and I feel comfortable, reassured, and completely at ease when discussing the planning process. We were immediately sure that she would be the perfect planner for us throughout this process, and we were not proven wrong! We worked with Nancy in the months leading up to the wedding, talking through all details, big and small, for what our wedding day would look like. Whenever we had a question or changed our minds (which was VERY often) she took it in stride and didn't hesitate a second, always ensuring us that it was OUR day and she would make our vision come to life. We always walked out of our planning calls with a sigh of relief, usually saying something along the lines of "How could we do this without Nancy?" And spoiler: we couldn't have! The day of, there just aren't enough words to describe how perfect everything turned out, and we know Nancy and Christine played a huge part in that. From the moment they arrived to the second they left in the evening, they had everything running like a well-oiled machine, but I never ONCE felt like I was strapped for time, stressed, or needed to attend to anything at all. I didn't answer a phone call from a vendor all day. They simply were always there in the background, making sure I knew what was happening next. I truly felt like I barely lifted a finger on my wedding day, and thought of them both as my fairy godmothers! From gathering vow books and small items for the ceremony, to keeping us on schedule, to carrying my lipgloss!!, and so so so SO much more, Nancy and Christine made our wedding day a fairytale. I’m positive I’m not even fully aware of everything she did, but I never even batted an eye knowing she was the captain of the ship!  Beyond her organization and skill, Nancy is just an incredible person — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your day special. Every interaction with her felt personal and sincere.  Our wedding at The Switch House was everything we dreamed of — and Nancy was a huge part of that. Let me just start off ny sying the day of coordinating started as soon as we hired her which was about 10 months out from the wedding. Nancy began drafting a very detailed timeline which we tweaked all the way up to the wedding during our monthly calls. She read all of our contracts and contacted all of our vendors. She provided vendor time-lines and reconnected with each of them the week before the wedding. I should mention that my daughter’s venue was newly constructed and at the time did not have all-inclusive packages. My daughter and her fiancé separately chose all vendors, over ten in total, most of which had not previously worked together. Nancy worked her magic to make sure all came together cohesively. When we had an issue with our officiant, Nancy stepped in and took over. What could have been a very stressful situation for the bride and groom as well as this MOB was handled perfectly without any stress on our part. The day of the wedding seemed flawless from our perspective and if there were glitches, Nancy and her assistant Christine handled them without our knowledge. Let me just also add that in addition to being professional and amazing at what they do, Nancy and Christine are so nice, friendly and just wonderful people. Throughout the entire process, Nancy made us feel as though Katie and Luke’s wedding was special. The day of the wedding they made sure the bride and groom always had everything they needed. Many of our family members commented that they also gave special care and attention to them. I couldn’t be more grateful for that! Katie and Luke are an amazing couple and their wedding was spectacular. Nancy played a huge part in the wedding’s success, allowing Katie and Luke, their families and friends to enjoy a magical day!

Nancy did an amazing job helping us figure out all the little details that we may not have thought about, and provided us, as well as all the vendors, a very detailed wedding day timeline that kept everything running incredibly smoothly. We were expecting a snowstorm the day of the wedding and Nancy expertly handled all the issues that comes with a wedding in a snowstorm in Philly. Everything from problems with the transportation company, to figuring out photo locations when the snow prevented us from carrying out the original plan. She even came into the city the night prior, just to make sure she would not be late or stuck on the roads in bad weather on the day of. As a mother of the bride I can tell you that Nancy is the person you want by your side from start to finish.
