Kristi and Adelle were our stylists day of and WE LOVED THEM. Both hair and makeup for our bridal party was so beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. They came to our venue to make my bridal experience even better. Their time management was also very impressive. We all had our hair and makeup done with plenty of time to get ready and get pictures before heading to the church. We highly suggest Canary Rock for your wedding day beauty needs!

Canary Rock Salon did both my hair and make up. Savannah did my hair as well as my bridesmaid's hair while Adelle did our makeup! They were both amazing! They came to The Meeting Street Inn to do our hair and makeup and were very accommodating. All the girls loved the services they received and I felt beautiful on my big day thanks to them! Would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone!

Canary Rock Salon is absolutely incredible at hair and makeup! I personally don't wear a lot of makeup so I was very nervous about the makeup process and my hair doesn't hold curl for anything so I was nervous about that as well, but all of my worry went away when I did my trial run. Laurie took the time to ask me what makeup I normally wear and I loved how natural, but pretty I looked after the trial run. I showed Kristi some inspiration photos from Pinterest for what I wanted my hair to look like on my wedding day and she turned it into reality! Both Laurie and Kristi made me feel like myself on my wedding day while also making me look the most beautiful I ever have and probably ever will look! Laurie, Kristi, and Baylee also did an amazing job with the bridesmaids and the moms and everyone was very happy with how they looked! To top it all off, I was planning my wedding in Charleston, SC all the way from Waco, TX and they made the planning process a breeze and squeezed me in when I was in town to get my trial run in! They're the absolute best and I would highly recommend Canary Rock Salon to any bride!

Canary Rock Salon was wonderful to work with for my wedding. I had my hair and makeup trial before my bridal portraits and the stylists were able to create just look I wanted! I mean my hair was exactly like the photo I showed! All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair styles and raved about them all night! We went with false lashes and regular makeup and could not have been more pleased. You will be in good hands for your wedding day with these ladies!

Christina did my hair for my wedding day and WOW! It was exactly what I wanted and held for the whole night! We had 12 people getting their hair done, and forgive me I cannot remember her name, but they sent 2 people to do our hair. They were prompt, had everybody finished with time to spare and everybody loved their hair! I would definitely recommend for any special event.

Christina and Holly were AWESOME! Very professional. They arrived on time. Everyone in the bridal party loved what they did! There were 3 kids in the wedding and they were awesome with them as well! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

CanaryRock will make you feel absolutely gorgeous for your big day. CanaryRock did the hair and makeup for my best friend's wedding and left us all feeling fabulous! I've been in numerous weddings, and this was the first time EVER where everyone loved their look. After I was engaged, I knew I immediately had to book CanaryRock for my big day. I trust them to perfect exactly how I want to look on the most important day of my life. I know they will make my best friends look stunning as well. The ladies of CanaryRock are wonderful and make getting ready FUN! I can't say enough good things about them.

Overall I had a great experience with Canary Rock. Christina was very easy to work with. There were 11 of us altogether getting hair and/or makeup done and I thought everyone looked beautiful. We were also all ready to go well ahead of schedule. I had a pretty specific look in mind (natural but still glamorous-looking makeup and a fancy voluminous ponytail) and pretty much got exactly what I wanted. Much appreciated!

I am so glad we went with Canary Rock for our wedding hair and make-up needs! From start to finish everyone was amazing. Christina was so easy to work with to schedule the day of and helped explain the process and determine what fit our needs best! Since the salon was closed on Monday, we ended up going to the salon instead of them coming to us! We were allowed to bring in food and drinks, which was amazing! Kristi, Adele, and Kaitlin did an amazing job on everyone's hair and make up. I'm so sad I don't live in the SC area and can come here regularly! Thank you so much for making a stressful day easy!

The stylists at Canary Rock Salon are very talented, creative, accommodating, and professional. Laurie did my makeup for a friend's wedding and it looked incredible and lasted the entire night.

Back in April I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and Canary Rock did all of our hair and make up. The stylists, Lori and Savannah, not only showed up early, but also finished all of us early! We had extra time to hang out and relax since we were ready to go. They were amazing and so many people at the wedding complimented how good everyone looked. I have already recommended Canary Rock to some other brides because they are the best in Charleston!

I can’t say enough about our experience with Canary Rock on my daughter’s wedding day. They showed up on time, set up, and went to work and created seven beautiful hairdos for the bride, the bridesmaids, and mother-of- the bride. All involved were extremely pleased. It was wonderful not having to worry about this part of our day! Christina and staff helped make beautiful memories!

Canary Rock has done hair for several of the weddings I've been in and to. They were one of the first calls I made when I started calling vendors for my own wedding in Charleston! They do an incredible job with wedding hair (on all different hair types!) that lasts all night. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. I highly recommend for any special occasion, and I'd go there routinely if I lived in town!

As everyone knows, your hair & makeup are two of the MOST important details on your wedding day. Well, the girls at Canary Rock absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations, TWICE! I did my hair & makeup trial for my bridal portraits and was so happy with how it turned out. Then, on my wedding day, Christina, Laurie, and Adele blew me away with their creativity, patience, and skills. We (a party of five) had a great experience at Canary Rock. We were from out of town and they were very responsive to the questions I had before our appointments. Our hair and makeup were perfect. They were efficient, professional and talented. Our party included, Mother of the Groom, two grandmothers, an Aunt and a girlfriend, we were a large range of ages and we were all pleased. I had a great experience with the ladies at Canary Rock for my bridal hair/make up. They came to meet me at my suite at the hotel, and was on time and very professional. I also liked that Christina, the owner, was flexible when I needed to add my mother-in law-for make up at the last minute. Laurie, who did my trial and day-of hair and make up was amazing. She was very patient with the changes I wanted to make when I was happy with the hair trials. On the day of the wedding, she also stayed behind to do my flower girl's hair, which required some flexibility with timing as she is 3 years old and needed to fit in a nap before the everything started. Emily was fantastic as well. She did my mom, sister in law, and mother in law's hair styling. Overall, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend Canary Rock for bridal hair/make up or any occasion. Thanks, Ladies!

Choosing Canary Rock to do my hair, the mother of the bride, and several of the bridesmaids was the best decision I made above all the other wedding decision making for my son's wedding! Christina Sheperd, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our hair was just right before she left. The wedding was an hour away, and she was right on time and she had everything she needed right at her finger tips. She worked her magic and we all looked so beautiful. The best part is that our hair lasted not only through the wedding, but all through the evening with the rest of the evening wedding festivities, which went right into midnight! Our wedding pictures are the best with gorgeous hair! Kristi and Laurie came on site to do hair and makeup for my wedding day. The girls were on time and professional and really knew what they were doing! I had never had airbrush makeup done before and it came out absolutely flawless and stayed on all night! I am so grateful to have such a positive experience on my big day. We absolutely love Canary Rock Salon! I referred one of my best friends, the bride, to the salon for her wedding day hair because of my wonderful past experiences with them. They did not disappoint when it came to her wedding! They did a variety of updos for the entire bridal party and every one of them looked amazing! They were very pleasant to be around and kept us on track in terms of time. They even came to our location which was extremely convenient and relaxing. The staff at Canary Rock Salon did a fantastic job with the hair and make-up for my wedding! Sarah was a huge help throughout the whole process. I was able to do a trial run a few months before the wedding to try out different hairstyles and make-up options. We were able to have the entire salon to ourselves the day of the wedding and were able to bring food and wine to snack on while we were there. My hair and make-up (i did the airbrush) lasted the entire night, even with the humidity and rain! I would highly recommend Canary Rock Salon for any bride to be!

Christina Shepard (Owner) has been my personal hair stylist for over 7 years now. I always love my hair and feel so beautiful whenever I leave my appointments. So, when I got engaged she was the only option in mind that would do for my wedding day bridal hair! I had two trial runs for my big day because I couldn't quite figure out what I wanted. Christina was very patient with me and helped me create exactly what I wanted for my bridal look. On the day of my wedding Christina and her team of stylists from Canary Rock showed up right on time and were ready to work. I had a larger bridal party (13 people including myself, bridesmaids and mothers) and everyone's hair looked FABULOUS and almost more importantly, we were all ready on time :) Christina and her team even stayed until we were all dressed just in case anyone needed touch ups. Christina spent extra time with me on my big day and made sure that I was totally satisfied and felt beautiful!! I would 100% recommend Christina and her girls at Canary Rock for bridal hair and makeup. Everyone there does awesome work and they are always so friendly and professional. If you are looking for a wedding day team to come on location and make you and your bridal party GLAM and GORGEOUS they are definitely the best!!

Canary Rock exceeded my expectations and made my life easier. I'm admittedly picky and fired the first salon I had a hair trial with because they couldn't get it quite right even after two separate attempts. Christina (owner/manager) was incredibly accessible via e-mail and phone, and essentially took care of everything (including creating a schedule for all bridesmaids) for me. Once she brought me in for a hair trial I knew I had found the right place. I was indecisive, had drastically different styles I wanted to try, changed my mind the day of the wedding, etc. Despite all of this, I expected my hair to turn out exactly like the pinterest photos I brought in...and it did! Not to mention the airbrush make-up was worth every penny. I didn't even do a make-up trial, day-of worked out perfectly. More people than I would have ever expected asked me where I had my hair and make-up done. This was the most beautiful I've ever felt and the lovely ladies at Canary Rock made it so effortless. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Awesome salon! Sarah did the perfect makeup hair and spray tan for me on my wedding day. I'm pretty particular and everything was just right. Our guests loved all of the bridal party's hair - we got tons of compliments. Classy and subtle glam, would recommend to anyone!

Booking an appointment at the Canary Rock Salon was one of the best decisions I made while planning our destination wedding. The salon was beautiful! I made an appointment for Hair and Airbrush make up for myself and my bridal party. I showed up with only a few photos from Pinterest and walked out of the salon feeling amazing! My hair was perfect! We got married on the beach and it was extremely windy that day. My hair looked amazing for the ceremony and afterwards, for photos. My make up was flawless. I was able to focus on being in the moment at our reception and never once worried about how I looked. It was the perfect day and I felt absolutely beautiful, inside and out. I LOVED working with Christina and her crew at Canary Rock Salon. Christina was fabulous-- not only did she do a fabulous job (I LOVED my hair, and so did all of my bridesmaids!), but also, she was super responsive and very professional. All of my bridesmaids said that this was their favorite hair experience of any wedding they had been in (and they are an experienced crew!). I can also attest to how flexible, creative, and talented Christina is-- I changed my mind slightly right before the wedding, and she totally got it and did a PERFECT job. Christina and her salon took GREAT care of my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day. I had them do hair and makeup trials (which looked so good I used them for my shower and engagement shoot), my spray tan, and my day-of hair and makeup. They also did all my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Their style is glamorous yet soft. They know exactly what they are doing and their biggest concern is making sure the client is happy. I would recommend this salon to anyone in a heartbeat! A high-end salon without the high-end prices, just high-end service and results! Bravo ladies!

Having Christina and Savannah come to my house to do hair and makeup was perfect! The bride and bridesmaids looked just beautiful! Christina and Savannah were very professional and calmed the nerves of a very nervous group of young ladies. :) Best of all everyone still looked beautiful at the end of the day as well! I was so pleased with the girls from Canary Rock Salon! To start they arrived exactly on time and were so professional. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do my hair, I wanted it to be perfect. After showing a couple photos of what I liked and explaining what parts I liked about each one, she said she knew exactly what to do. She was so helpful in guiding me as well and actually listening to what I wanted. It looked so perfect! She even touched it up before was time for us to walk out! I got compliments on it all night and it felt comfortable, I wasn't messing with it or moving bobby pins around. It also held up great through the whole night of dancing!
