Christina did my hair for my wedding day and WOW! It was exactly what I wanted and held for the whole night! We had 12 people getting their hair done, and forgive me I cannot remember her name, but they sent 2 people to do our hair. They were prompt, had everybody finished with time to spare and everybody loved their hair! I would definitely recommend for any special event.

Christina and Holly were AWESOME! Very professional. They arrived on time. Everyone in the bridal party loved what they did! There were 3 kids in the wedding and they were awesome with them as well! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

CanaryRock will make you feel absolutely gorgeous for your big day. CanaryRock did the hair and makeup for my best friend's wedding and left us all feeling fabulous! I've been in numerous weddings, and this was the first time EVER where everyone loved their look. After I was engaged, I knew I immediately had to book CanaryRock for my big day. I trust them to perfect exactly how I want to look on the most important day of my life. I know they will make my best friends look stunning as well. The ladies of CanaryRock are wonderful and make getting ready FUN! I can't say enough good things about them.

Overall I had a great experience with Canary Rock. Christina was very easy to work with. There were 11 of us altogether getting hair and/or makeup done and I thought everyone looked beautiful. We were also all ready to go well ahead of schedule. I had a pretty specific look in mind (natural but still glamorous-looking makeup and a fancy voluminous ponytail) and pretty much got exactly what I wanted. Much appreciated!

I am so glad we went with Canary Rock for our wedding hair and make-up needs! From start to finish everyone was amazing. Christina was so easy to work with to schedule the day of and helped explain the process and determine what fit our needs best! Since the salon was closed on Monday, we ended up going to the salon instead of them coming to us! We were allowed to bring in food and drinks, which was amazing! The stylists at Canary Rock Salon are very talented, creative, accommodating, and professional. Laurie did my makeup for a friend's wedding and it looked incredible and lasted the entire night.

Back in April I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and Canary Rock did all of our hair and make up. The stylists, Lori and Savannah, not only showed up early, but also finished all of us early! We had extra time to hang out and relax since we were ready to go. They were amazing and so many people at the wedding complimented how good everyone looked. I have already recommended Canary Rock to some other brides because they are the best in Charleston!

I can’t say enough about our experience with Canary Rock on my daughter’s wedding day. They showed up on time, set up, and went to work and created seven beautiful hairdos for the bride, the bridesmaids, and mother-of- the bride. All involved were extremely pleased. Canary Rock has done hair for several of the weddings I've been in and to. They were one of the first calls I made when I started calling vendors for my own wedding in Charleston! They do an incredible job with wedding hair (on all different hair types!) that lasts all night. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. I highly recommend for any special occasion, and I'd go there routinely if I lived in town!

I did my hair & makeup trial for my bridal portraits and was so happy with how it turned out. We (a party of five) had a great experience at Canary Rock. We were from out of town and they were very responsive to the questions I had before our appointments. Our hair and makeup were perfect. They were efficient, professional and talented. Our party included, Mother of the Groom, two grandmothers, an Aunt and a girlfriend, we were a large range of ages and we were all pleased. I had a great experience with the ladies at Canary Rock for my bridal hair/make up. They came to meet me at my suite at the hotel, and was on time and very professional. I also liked that Christina, the owner, was flexible when I needed to add my mother-in law-for make up at the last minute. Laurie, who did my trial and day-of hair and make up was amazing. She was very patient with the changes I wanted to make when I was happy with the hair trials. On the day of the wedding, she also stayed behind to do my flower girl's hair, which required some flexibility with timing as she is 3 years old and needed to fit in a nap before the everything started. Emily was fantastic as well. She did my mom, sister in law, and mother in law's hair styling. Choosing Canary Rock to do my hair, the mother of the bride, and several of the bridesmaids was the best decision I made above all the other wedding decision making for my son's wedding! Christina Sheperd, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our hair was just right before she left. The wedding was an hour away, and she was right on time and she had everything she needed right at her finger tips. She worked her magic and we all looked so beautiful. The best part is that our hair lasted not only through the wedding, but all through the evening with the rest of the evening wedding festivities, which went right into midnight! Kristi and Laurie came on site to do hair and makeup for my wedding day. The girls were on time and professional and really knew what they were doing! I had never had airbrush makeup done before and it came out absolutely flawless and stayed on all night! I am so grateful to have such a positive experience on my big day. Had an AMAZING experience with Canary Rock Salon! I did my wedding with them in August and could not have been happier with the service! We absolutely love Canary Rock Salon! I referred one of my best friends, the bride, to the salon for her wedding day hair because of my wonderful past experiences with them. They did not disappoint when it came to her wedding! They did a variety of updos for the entire bridal party and every one of them looked amazing! The staff at Canary Rock Salon did a fantastic job with the hair and make-up for my wedding! Sarah was a huge help throughout the whole process. I was able to do a trial run a few months before the wedding to try out different hairstyles and make-up options. We were able to have the entire salon to ourselves the day of the wedding and were able to bring food and wine to snack on while we were there. My hair and make-up (i did the airbrush) lasted the entire night, even with the humidity and rain! I would highly recommend Canary Rock Salon for any bride to be!

Christina Shepard (Owner) has been my personal hair stylist for over 7 years now. I always love my hair and feel so beautiful whenever I leave my appointments. So, when I got engaged she was the only option in mind that would do for my wedding day bridal hair! I had two trial runs for my big day because I couldn't quite figure out what I wanted. Christina was very patient with me and helped me create exactly what I wanted for my bridal look. On the day of my wedding Christina and her team of stylists from Canary Rock showed up right on time and were ready to work. I had a larger bridal party (13 people including myself, bridesmaids and mothers) and everyone's hair looked FABULOUS and almost more importantly, we were all ready on time :) Christina and her team even stayed until we were all dressed just in case anyone needed touch ups. Christina spent extra time with me on my big day and made sure that I was totally satisfied and felt beautiful!! I would 100% recommend Christina and her girls at Canary Rock for bridal hair and makeup. Everyone there does awesome work and they are always so friendly and professional. Canary Rock exceeded my expectations and made my life easier. I'm admittedly picky and fired the first salon I had a hair trial with because they couldn't get it quite right even after two separate attempts. Christina (owner/manager) was incredibly accessible via e-mail and phone, and essentially took care of everything (including creating a schedule for all bridesmaids) for me. Once she brought me in for a hair trial I knew I had found the right place. I was indecisive, had drastically different styles I wanted to try, changed my mind the day of the wedding, etc. Despite all of this, I expected my hair to turn out exactly like the pinterest photos I brought in...and it did! Not to mention the airbrush make-up was worth every penny. I didn't even do a make-up trial, day-of worked out perfectly. More people than I would have ever expected asked me where I had my hair and make-up done. This was the most beautiful I've ever felt and the lovely ladies at Canary Rock made it so effortless. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Booking an appointment at the Canary Rock Salon was one of the best decisions I made while planning our destination wedding. The salon was beautiful! I made an appointment for Hair and Airbrush make up for myself and my bridal party. I showed up with only a few photos from Pinterest and walked out of the salon feeling amazing! My hair was perfect! We got married on the beach and it was extremely windy that day. My hair looked amazing for the ceremony and afterwards, for photos. My make up was flawless. I was able to focus on being in the moment at our reception and never once worried about how I looked. It was the perfect day and I felt absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Christina and her salon took GREAT care of my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day. I had them do hair and makeup trials (which looked so good I used them for my shower and engagement shoot), my spray tan, and my day-of hair and makeup. They also did all my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Their style is glamorous yet soft. They know exactly what they are doing and their biggest concern is making sure the client is happy. I would recommend this salon to anyone in a heartbeat! A high-end salon without the high-end prices, just high-end service and results! Bravo ladies!

I was so pleased with the girls from Canary Rock Salon! To start they arrived exactly on time and were so professional. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do my hair, I wanted it to be perfect. After showing a couple photos of what I liked and explaining what parts I liked about each one, she said she knew exactly what to do. She was so helpful in guiding me as well and actually listening to what I wanted. It looked so perfect! She even touched it up before was time for us to walk out! I got compliments on it all night and it felt comfortable, I wasn't messing with it or moving bobby pins around. It also held up great through the whole night of dancing! I recently just had the most perfect destination wedding in SC and the girls from Ziba Salon were a huge part of that. Ziba was recommended to me and I was over the moon with my entire experience working with these girls. They were sweet and flexible and amazingly talented. I felt beyond beautiful on my wedding day and my entire wedding party looked flawless. The girls came out to our location and they made the entire process relaxing and stress free. I would not hesitate recommending Ziba Salon to girls planning either a destination or a hometown wedding.

I hired Ziba Salon to do my bridal parties hair and makeup without ever meeting them since I was a long distance bride. The pictures that they had online were stunning and Christina Ghoreishi was very professional and helpful every time I talked to her over email or phone. They arrived late, which is really my only complaint, however they had three employees with them instead of the original two so we had plenty of time. They were also in constant contact with me so I knew that they had gotten lost. There were seven girls getting their hair and makeup done and they worked through all of them flawlessly. Each girl was asked what they liked and how they wanted it done and Christina and her team exceeded those expectations. The makeup was stunning and tailored to each girls looks and preferences. They all took pride in their work and worked with us to make sure it turned out just how we wanted it to. As the bride, I got the airbrush makeup since I was going to be taking pictures all day. She just airbrushed the face make up (not the eyes) which made it better since the eyes tend to crack when air brushed. My make up looked the same at 11pm as it did when they initially put it on at 1pm! I was so thankful when I cried and NONE of my make up was running at all. Also, even though the wedding was outdoors, both hair and make up stayed perfectly. Overall, I was VERY impressed with Ziba Salon's professionalism, responsiveness and hair and makeup styles and would definitely recommend them.

For my wedding hair and makeup I had Sarah's services. We also had Lori for help with the wedding party. These girls were great! The best quality about Sarah is that she takes direction and ideas really well! This was a Bengali/American wedding and typical Indian bridal makeup can be different from other bridal makeup, so I had friends and family who had ideas and suggestions for how to help with hair and makeup and Sarah was able to take their comments and make it all come to life with her expertise. Her experience and talent showed in her work, as she diligently worked on perfecting the look I wanted.The end product was stunning! Thank you so much for being so kind and working so hard to make my hair and makeup absolutely perfect Sarah! Lori was also great in helping make my bridesmaids, moms and grandmas look beautiful. Together, these girls made all of us happy with their awesome personality and their expert services. They did exactly what everyone wanted and did not rush through the work. I cannot say enough glowing things about the superb staff at Ziba Salon. Kelli and Christina ware absolutely fabulous and made my bridesmaids and myself look and feel stunning for my wedding. The salon is extremely accommodating. They came to the wedding site on top of doing hair and make up on 7 bridesmaids on top of my look. I have continued to go to Kelli for regular hair appoints since my nuptials. Prior to my wedding, I was getting my hair regularly colored, I received a Brazilian Blowout, and Nova Lashes all from Kelli at Ziba. She is extremely insightful of what is going to work best for my hair and how to best achieve the current looks I want to go for. I have been to several salons who say they will die my hair the red that I want or know how to correct do a ombré color and have come looking TERRIBLE! Kelli knocked it out of the park! I even drive 45 minutes to see her ever 6 weeks or so. Ziba is fabulous! If you are looking for a wedding look that will make heads turn, look no further!!

Kellie was my make-up artist and stylist for my wedding, and I would recommend her to anyone! She was amazing, and I was so happy and pleased with everything she did on my wedding day!! I felt so beautiful, and couldn't imagine my hair or make-up being any better!

Laurie Langdale of Ziba Salon in Charleston, South Carolina, is the perfect wedding hairstylist! She has a wonderful, laid-back, friendly, calm, as well as businesslike way about her. Everyone in our wedding party was very comfortable and trusting with her. Laurie's confidence in her ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure is a great asset in a wedding hairstylist. The hairstyles she created were just what each person wanted, and the bride's hairstyle could not have been more beautiful and was exactly what she had described to Laurie. My best friend, Blair Goodman, married Graham Wade on May 25, 2013 in Charleston, South Carolina. Their wedding was gorgeous at Poplar Grove, an outdoor venue over looking the marsh. Christina was prompt, organized, and charismatic as she worked her magic on the bride and matron of honor. Her knowledge of the bride's taste and personality combined with years of extensive training composed elegant curls to honor this special occasion. Blair and Graham Wade's wedding was featured in Charleston Weddings Magazine's Sumer 2014 edition. I highly recommend Christina and her team at Ziba Salon for wedding day hair and makeup!

Ziba Salon did a fabulous job with hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and me on my wedding day. For a minimal charge, the stylists came to the place where we were getting ready, which made everything a lot easier. And they made us look gorgeous!! I've never felt so beautiful in my life. I highly recommend the airbrush makeup. All the stylists where very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. On top of that, two of my bridesmaids had to drop out of the wedding a week before the big day (due to pregnancy issues), and Christina, the salon owner, gave me a partial refund on their services. I thought this was fair and really appreciated it. I can't recommend Ziba highly enough!

Wow. I cannot even begin to describe what a fantastic experience I had using Ziba Salon for my wedding services. My stylist Laurie was an absolute talent. I showed her a photo from Pinterest with a hairstyle I loved, and in no time she was able to create an even more stunning version for my hair. Both she and Casey were on site the day of the wedding to style my 4 bridesmaids, my mother, and my flower girl. They are both so charismatic and fun to talk to, easy to get along with, and incredibly gifted hair stylists. I also got a spray tan at Ziba the day before the wedding, the kind where you wait an hour and can shower. I totally recommend this as well! Christina the salon manager is super organized, responsive, and helpful with all your needs leading up to the wedding. I got so many compliments on my hair at the wedding. Christina and her team at Ziba salon are all SO fabulous! They opened early on a Saturday morning and allowed my entire bridal party to come in, bring food, drinks, music and basically take over the salon. We got everything done from spray tans to hair/makeup/airbrush makeup to nails. Everyone looked and felt fantastic. They were able to accommodate our large party and get everyone's services done just as they wanted. As an anxious bride it was a blessing to be able to relax the morning of my wedding. I felt SO beautiful with the wedding hair and makeup I received at Ziba. Not to mention the girls are so much fun :) Would recommend for any bride planning her wedding who wants a fun and relaxed crew to work with the morning of her wedding.

Tyler at Ziba Salon did my bridal updo for portraits and the big day! She did an awesome job both times. I wanted a traditional look with a touch of zest!... Tyler listened and delivered! At one point, I wanted to change the look of the updo.. Tyler took it down and started over no questions asked, and the final product was awesome! She wants her clients to be happy, bottom line! And not only is she talented, but she's also very reasonable price-wise! I highly recommend the girls at Ziba for any bride looking for a hairstylist!

Ziba Salon is the hands down the only place you should consider for your wedding day! They have everything you could ever need and more. Not only do they do fabulous hair and makeup, they also have nails, spray tans, and eyelash extensions. I have never been more happy with how everything turned out. I brought in a picture of how I wanted my hair and Kelli replicated it exactly. My makeup was very natural but noticeable. This is the only place I have gotten a spray tan that wasn't orange or streaky. I have never felt more beautiful. They are extremely affordable, I would have paid triple what I paid. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really know how to make a stressful day fun and exciting. I can't thank them enough for helping make my day perfect!

Ziba salon was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond, and were all incredibly friendly. We had airbrush tans, make up (airbrush), and hair done. They came to us at the hotel to do hair and makeup. I truly was impressed, and highly recommend these girls! I could not have asked for a better experience, even being out of town.

Christina at Ziba Salon is very creative and passionate about what she does. I loved my hair, and so did everyone else on my wedding day. Christina made sure my hair was exactly to my liking. I couldn't have asked for better!

Christina did my hair for my "trash the dress" session and it was exactly what I wanted--with curls that were flowy yet held strong for the whole day. I am so happy I used Christina to do my hair for my wedding! I am quite picky and she worked really well with me at the consultation changing my look several times. Then (because I'm incredibly indecisive) I changed my mind AGAIN for the wedding and she made it absolutely perfect. Christina is VERY VERY VERY talented with wedding hair and updo's!! I could not have asked for a better experience. She also came to my parent's house which was very convenient for the day of! Not only did she do my hair, but also did 7 of my bridesmaid's hair. We all loved it!! She is very professional and extremely talented! All we had to do is show her a picture of what we wanted and she was able to replicate it perfectly. All of my bridesmaids were so happy! You have to go with ZIBA salon!!!!!!

Christina and Laurie were amazing! I found Ziba online at the knot.com since I am from Virginia and my wedding was in charleston/kiawah area. They did my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as my mom's and my bridal parties hair and makeup. They did an amazing job. Everyone's hair and makeup looked fantastic and I got a ton of compliments on my hair and makeup. They airbrushed my makeup which made a huge difference in my pictures. Not only did they do my hair and makeup the day of my wedding, but they also put hair extensions in my hair to make my hair fuller and longer for my wedding day. I loved them so much that I still have them in 3 weeks later! I have gotten a ton of compliments on them as well! They truly did an amazing job and were so much fun to hang out with on my wedding day. My mom and bridal party loved them as much as I did. I plan to see them whenever I go back down to charleston for vacation. I couldnt have been happier!

Working with the ladies at Ziba salon was so easy. They were very accommodating about the time I needed them to be there and they offered very good suggestions for the amount of prep time needed. Also, my hair is fine and thin, and I was told by other salons that I would need to use some sort of hair extensions to add body, but Christina was able to work wonders with a little product and it was all 100% my hair! I was super happy with my hair and my makeup for the day. They were very accepting of suggestions for changes I wanted made with both the hair and makeup, and it ended up beautiful. My pictures turned out gorgeous, and the photographer commented on how good everyone's hair looked. You will not be sorry if you go to Ziba for your own special event. Mine turned out awesome!

The girls at Ziba salon rocked out some hair on my wedding day! With 2 stylists and a makeup artist (on location), they were able to take care of mothers, grandmothers, bridesmaids and myself! (13 total!!!!) The girls were so willing to make sure everyone looked their best :) Couldn't ask for a better way to get ready on such a special day!

Planning a Charleston wedding from St. Louis was a bit difficult and stressful, but the one thing I knew I would not have to worry about was my wedding day hair and makeup! I first went to Ziba in November 2012 for hair & makeup for my engagement pictures. Kelli Smith worked pure magic on my hair, and created a beautiful braided/curled masterpiece. Even on a windy Charleston day by the battery, I still had gorgeous hair when the shoot was done. I returned to Ziba in March 2013 for my wedding. Day of, I was still torn between a few different hair styles, and after showing them to Christina, she easily helped me come to a decision of what would go best with the overall effect I wanted to create. Looking back at wedding pictures, I am so overjoyed that I chose to go to Ziba. I also have to give a big thanks to everyone at Ziba for being so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and overall delightful. Along with me for hair and makeup were my mother, and four of my bridesmaids. Everyone was extremely pleased, including my mother who had previously been convinced that her hair would not hold a curl. If you are looking for a warm, inviting, friendly, calm atmosphere to spend those precious moments leading up your special wedding....I would look no further. Christina Ghoreishi is an absolute pleasure to work with and communication was a breeze. When I showed her the pictures of different hairstyles at my trial, she went right to work and it was everything I wanted and more. On top of that, on wedding day she was able to squeeze in an extra bridesmaid hairstyle! The wedding was in the morning and my hair held until midnight. The best part is it held without a bucket of product and when I took it down I was able to brush it out easily. I wholeheartedly recommend Christina to any bride!

Ziba salon not only has an awesome vibe but all the girls who work their are incredible! Tyler Herring came on sight at Charleston Place to do my hair and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. (Due to living in Hawaii I was unable to have a trial run). My hair typically does not hold curl which made me nervous. I wore my hair down with big soft waves and my hair looked absolutely phenomenal all night!! Tyler was so sweet and took her time making sure every curl would stay and look perfect. She made me feel so calm and beautiful. I would highly recommend using her as your stylist for your wedding.

The team at Ziba is incredible! Christina did my wedding hair, and it was absolutely gorgeous. She has an amazing talent! I would HIGHLY recommend any bride in the area to come to this salon. The girls here are so much fun! Ziba is now where I get my hair done regularly. :)

Christina and her team did my hair as well as my bridesmaids for my wedding in June. I came in for a trial run a few months prior but decided I wanted to go a completely different direction by the time my wedding came around. The end result was so beautiful, and more importantly, so me. They came to our suite and we all had a great time getting ready together. It is one of my favorite memories of the whole wedding experience.

My wedding was just a few months ago on May 18, 2012 (friday). Before the wedding, I was in the midst in moving to Charleston AND planning a wedding. Ziba Salon was just opening, when I found them, and they didn't have their official name yet! When I walked in, I was already impressed and I really felt right at home! Christina and her staff were really friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns! I even got my hair done my Christina for my pre-bridal shots in April! The pictures turned out beautiful and I felt great! I got a GREAT spray tan there a few days before my wedding (and this was my first spray tan experience) and I was very pleased with the outcome! Three out of my five bridesmaids got their hair done at Ziba Salon on my wedding day and they all looked GORGEOUS! My hair had lots of beach water in it when I got my hair done, but Christina still made it look like a million bucks! I still go to Ziba once in a while now just to get my hair done and I just love all the girls there, their hospitality, professionalism, and understanding!! Don't miss out on going to Ziba Salon!

My bridal party and I spent the morning of my wedding day at Ziba Salon... and what an experience! We were greeted early morning with an excited staff and escorted to our stations for a relaxing makeover. The stylists were prepped and ready for my girls. Because each stylist had previously invited each local girl in for a consultation, we felt confident in our styles and were able to relax and enjoy the treatments! Even my out-of-town guests were given a chance to play around with different styles with no pressure to be "in and out". Although Ziba Salon offers make-up applications, they kindly allowed my personal make-up artist to come in with supplies and use their location, rather than have me travel to multiple places on my wedding day. Since my wedding day, all of my local bridesmaids have become regular clients of Ziba Salon... and I'm still a loyal client myself! I do not just go to the salon for my hilites (the best blonde in Charleston!) and cuts, I go for any event that I feel requires a lil "umph" in my style! Whether I take a photo of the hairstyle I'm going for or just arrive and turn it over to their creativity, I always walk out with a hairstyle that gains several compliments and a look that's red carpet worthy! It's a one-stop-shop for my spray tan, wax, and hair! I feel fortunate to have them at my convenience... whether a wedding, girl's night out, photoshoot, or even a hot date night with my husband! After all, every girl needs to feel and look her best for any occassion! Ziba Salon allows me to do just this!

My wedding was in May of 2012. Kelli Smith of Ziba Salon came to our house to do mine and my bridesmaids and mothers hair for the wedding. She was absolutely amazing! All of our hair looked perfect and she did exactly what we wanted. The price was great and one of the cheapest in the Charleston area. The price even included a trial run which I used for my bridal portraits. Everything was perfect, and the salon itself is great and relaxing :-)
