Candace did an awesome job capturing so many great shots throughout the wedding/ceremony. They weren't pushy at all and really kept us on schedule throughout the evening. They were fun to work with and we appreciate the great job they did for us.

I had the pleasure of booking Candace for my wedding pictures and she did not disappoint!She captured so many memorable moments, even down to the details within the reception. Her assistant even took the time to help out some of the groomsman by sewing the buttons back on their vests! They went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly along with capturing memories that will last a lifetime.

I absolutely LOVED working with Candace at Candace Byers Photography. My sister had actually used Candace for her wedding back in 2013. I loved how all of my sisters pictures turned out and I also loved how much fun she was to work with at my sisters wedding, so I hired her for my wedding. :) My Wedding was September 4, 2015. Candace arrived on time with her assistant and took a lot of great before photos of me and my bridesmaids getting ready, as well as a lot of my husband and his groomsmen getting ready. She also did a lot of ones of me by myself before the wedding. Candace and her assistant knew exactly how to pose me to get some great shots. I also have 3 little girls and they knew exactly what to do and say to keep them smiling and laughing for every shot. Candace did a lot of fun shots and serious ones, a great mix. She also listened to our preferences on everything. Oh and she is also really great at getting natural shots - like during the ceremony. I never felt pressured or over posed like I have before for family pictures and etc. that I have taken. I could literally talk about her and her assistant forever, she is really that good. I recommend her to everyone I know getting married. You will not be disappointed if you pick Candace as your photographer. Candace did an amazing job capturing all of the special moments from our wedding day! She was referred to me by the venue and definitely did NOT disappoint! Not only did we get the disk with all of our photos just a few short weeks after the wedding, she also sent a personalized box with one of our wedding photos on it! Our experience with Candace and her team was nothing but great. Our nerves were running high and timing running a bit late. I met Candace through our venue we chose for the wedding. She did our engagment photos, my bridal photos, and our wedding day photos. She was absolutely fantastic and was able to find locations to shoot our photos that fit my perfect image. The photographs came out better than expected (to be honest I hate taking pictures), and she made every event enjoyable. She was easy to get in contact with and was available to answer the multiple questions I had along the way. Every moment was captured, and I loved looking at our wedding photos and seeing things that I had personally missed and she was able to capture that memory for me forever. She was extremely efficient and was able to get hundreds of perfect photos in a short amount of time so my husband and I actually got to enjoy all aspects of our wedding. I am so glad we decided to use Candace Byers Photography for our wedding. She was very professional, and the pictures were outstanding. One thing I loved about Candace is that she was very helpful on our wedding day itself. Since we did not have a wedding coordinator, she literally took matters into her own hands and kept us right on schedule. She even had her assistant go and find the toss away bouquet for us, as well as the champagne glasses for the toast. She was absolutely wonderful, and I would definitely use her photography services again. Highly recommended!

I love working with Candace! She really understood the look we were going for. I was nervous at first taking our engagement pictures, but by the end of the session I felt very comfortable around her. She had us laughing and joking the whole time. She had very creative ideas of her own and was open to any ideas that I had. No idea was too crazy for her. I also really liked how professional she was about everything. She really helped my wedding day run smoothly as she communicated constantly with us and the contact person of my venue. So many of my guests complimented me on how much they liked her personality and work. Thanks to Candace and all her hard work we will have pictures of our wedding day forever. I can't wait to see how she captured our crazy wedding night. I still hear stories from all my guests of the pictures she took of them. I'm really glad we selected Candace for my daughter's wedding. She is very easy to work with and takes wonderful photos. When my daughter wanted to have the bridal portrait done on the A&M campus, Candace drove up from Sugar Land. It was hard to choose a bridal portrait because we had so many great photos to select from. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were everywhere taking photos! If I had another daughter, I would certainly use Candace again.

Candace not only gave us great photos, but it was a blast doing it all with her. As you know, this is a stressful time in the engaged couples life, trying to take care of a million little details. Candace eliminates the stress of the photos. You can just leave it in her hands and she will make sure she takes care of you. She made me laugh and smile at one of the most stressful times of my life, when I was dealing with blending a family and my mom sick with cancer. She made sure to take pictures that she knew I would treasure and now that I have seem them, I can say she did an amazing job.

We used Candace for our daughter's wedding in October 2012. We were thoroughly pleased with her. She was super organized, very professional and great to work with. Candace is second to none. I couldn't even imagine a more friendly, professional, or highly skilled photographer wrapped up into one! ALL of our pictures turned out spectacularly (engagement, bridal, and wedding), and Candace made the process of taking them quick and painless. Many of our pictures are now displayed prominently in our home. I've been to weddings where other photographers will spend FOREVER on family pictures (as if it should take 45 minutes for a pro to snap a few pics of stationary people), while the guests starve to death and wonder where the bride and groom are. But not Candace! She was done with the family pictures in 15 minutes, and we were at the reception in no time. Naturally, they still turned out beautifully, and everyone was happy with them. My wife tells me that Candace was great about answering emails, and was a big help to her before, during, and after the wedding. Yes, you'll pay more for her than your cousin JoJo, but this woman knows exactly what she's doing, and you will not regret working with her. Of the hundreds of pictures she took, all of them were wonderful! The hardest part was figuring out which ones to put in our album. Keep in mind, too, that some of the cost includes another photographer that worked with her (I can't imagine not having two), and the highest quality wedding album you could imagine, shipped from Italy. I'm telling you, you can't get anywhere near the same product in the US! WELL worth the cost. Bottom line: There is no one better. If you're ok with cousin JoJo snapping pictures of the ceiling, cutting off your head, and losing a few of your precious memories, go for it, but remember you read this review. If you're planning on actually showing your wedding pictures to anyone, use Candace Byers Photography!

From the day my daughter and I met Candace we knew she was the photographer we wanted to use . She is very personable and great to work with. She gave all her attention to the bride and took time to get to know her and her style. She knows what she's doing and my daughter had so much fun at her bridal shooting with Candace. We used Candace Byers to capture all of our wedding memories for our October wedding. Once we met her and saw her beautiful work, we knew she was the one we wanted to capture our big day. Our package consisted of an engagement session w/11x14 photo, bridal portrait session w/11x14 photo, 8 hours of photography on the wedding day, complete cd of all wedding day photos, and a custom photo album made in Italy. Candace was always prompt and professional with emails, setting up sessions, and taking our photos. On our wedding day, Candace captured everything we asked for and more. She was also very efficient in taking our photos in a timely manner, especially with our family after our ceremony. We were at our reception just 30 minutes after our ceremony! She helped in so many ways and made our day so much more enjoyable. After our wedding, Candace had our CD of photos ready within weeks. She helped in the process of creating our album as well. Just a few short weeks after we submitted the final copy, our album was here, all the way from Italy. It is the most beautiful and high quality album I have ever seen. It is made of very high quality and fine materials and will be enjoyed by many for generations. We could not have been happier with Candace as our photographer. She made everything go so smoothly and we have beautiful, quality photos that will remind us of our wedding. We used Candace as our wedding photographer this past summer at Tuscany Villa. Right away she seemed very experienced and knew all of the good photo spots at our location. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Candace is, from start to finish. When we did our pre-wedding meeting with her I knew she was going to be wonderful to work with. You feel like you are talking to one of your girlfriends when you are with her. She has amazing ideas and is very creative with the suggestions she comes up with for shots. The wedding day was a very hectic and stressful day for me (due to a couple of other vendors and inlaw issues). When Candace arrived to do all the pre-ceremony shots I was very stressed and on the verge of tears. Candace was our wedding photographer. We booked her about a year before the wedding. She was so great to work with all through the year leading up to our wedding. About 9 months before the wedding she took our engagement pictures. For whatever kind of venue we were looking for (we did 2 separate ones), she always had great locations and ideas for pictures in mind. Candace also did our engagement party. She was really great about getting the important pictures that needed to be done, without getting in the way. It was the exact same way for our wedding. Our wedding pictures turned out wonderful (I especially love the black and white ones)! Again, what made them so great was all the beautiful moments she captured when we didn't even know she was looking. What I really love about Candace's style is that she has creates the perfect blend of taking the traditional pictures you need (the ones with family and friends) and taking those candid shots that reflect on the special moments of the day. I highly recommend Candace for any wedding and any photography needs you might need.

She was such a fun photographer. She was very personable and really took time to get to know us as a couple. She figured out our style and used that to create magical photos. She took inspiration from our ideas and ran with them. Every photo shoot was fun. She worked really well around my schedule (I work in retail) and when the weather freaked out on us she was flexible and understanding. I can't wait to take family photos with her. Her support staff is fantastic as well. They were all caring and helpful throughout all the shoots and delivering the final product. Hands down the best!

Our photos were unique to us, she really cared about what we were wanting. Our wedding was Tuscan themed and for our engagement we were trying to find something that would fit the theme, but we weren't finding anything... Candace did! And they turned out amazing. On the day of the wedding, she was professional and creative and made everything run smooth. Some photographers can get carried away with formal photos and make everything run late... Not Candace! She did our formal photos in 30 minutes and they should've taken at least an hour (We had 14 grandparents)... The pictures don't looked rushed either, they are beautiful! - She is that good! I got married last year and everyone kept telling me that the most important part of your wedding is definitely your pictures. What are good pictures without a good photographer? You could be the most beautiful person and your photographer was horrible and you end up with bad photos. We interviewed TONS of photographers and instantly we both loved Candace. We got to deal with her directly, she was timely for ALL meetings, she gave her honest input, and she is so very creative. I really did always feel like the most special client of hers...ALWAYS! Her work speaks every kind of language possible. We chose her because of her answer to the same question we asked them all. "What made you want to be a photographer?" Her answer was brilliant! "I wasn't happy with my wedding photographer and it's something that was very important to me so I decided to be a GREAT photographer so that no one else would have to go through what I did."
