Candace Jeffery Photography

to our wedding day. We both felt that she went above and beyond to make sure that every moment of our day was captured in the way that we envisioned it. Maegan provided us with “Sneak Peak” photos quicker than we anticipated which meant so much to us. Maegan is professional, flexible, responsive and knowledgeable. Beyond that, she is so down to earth and made us feel like an extension of her family. Lastly, our photos came out stunning! Maegan, thank you again for making our day as magical as it was.

n't have asked for a more caring & attentive team to capture our small intimate wedding. We loved all our photos and haven't stopped getting compliments on them! You won't regret booking with them!

el comfortable and relaxed. We ended up having so much fun that when it was over he looked at me and said "That's it??" They really take the time to get to know what is important to you that you want remembered on your special day. We both have large families and for group shots they were very patient and flexible while we gathered everyone together. Worth every single penny and more! If you are thinking of having them for your wedding day what are you waiting for? BOOK THEM NOW!

hy. Right when I shook Maegan's hand, I knew we had found our photographer! She was the first person we had met with that really heard us out on our ideas as well as offered advice. We originally wanted to discuss how we could make a 6 hour slot work for our wedding, and she was so sweet about explaining how we could make it happen. We ended up going with 8 hours in the end, but her respect of our budget meant so much to us. As for our engagement shoot, she was not only happy but excited about our shoot idea and we quickly felt so comfortable with her. We looooved the photos when they came back! On the wedding day, I honestly have to say that one of the biggest reasons I remained calm was because she was there. I looked to her with any questions and she was such a great support, as well as quick to answer. She suggested poses that I wouldn't have thought of myself that I LOVED later, and was able to wrangle the bridal party so well that I felt like all I had to do was stand there. I could go on and on about Maegan, but in short she was the best wedding vendor we picked. She added so much to our day and was a huge part of making me feel like I attended my wedding rather than ran it. I couldn't imagine a better person to have with me on the best day of my life (besides my husband haha).

dding! Candace has a great eye for the "perfect picture" and really helped capture all of the special moments on our wedding day. With her partner, Meghan, we were able to capture all of the pictures of our family and friends, as well as great shots of me and my husband. I would definitely recommend Candace and her team, and plan to use her in the future!

y and I felt that they truly care about making the day wonderful. They captured all the pictures that i told them would be important to me as well. I would highly recommend them for your upcoming wedding!

old her my vision and the special pictures that I wanted and she captured every single one of them perfectly. She was so easy to talk to and always responded to my questions very quickly. She even got my photographs and usb back to me super fast! I could not be more pleased with everything from the planning process to the final product. Candace was the perfect addition to my wedding day. I highly recommend her and her team to capture your special event coming up in your life. I cannot wait to have Candace take pictures for me in the future. Tons of my friends are getting married and I find myself constantly telling them to look at her Instagram and Facebook and to hire her because they definitely will be so glad they did!! I was a picky bride but truly could be more in love with my photos. Definitely the best photographer in the world! Hire her before someone else does!! You will thank me later.

The pictures came out AMAZING and she is so talented! She was such a pleasure to work with and so professional and personable.

nly were the photos absolutely beautiful and timeless, but they also made it easy by giving us great direction throughout the very busy day. Candace also helped us find our videographer and they worked incredibly well as a team. Looking at her pictures, you will see for yourself her high quality of work, but working with her personally was wonderful. She really puts you at ease!

advance of booking this dynamic duo to ensure our personalities were compatible. I had an extremely detailed wedding plan and timeline, these two were so accommodating and did everything they possibly could to make sure we captured as many photos as possible. I had planned for four different shoot locations pre-wedding and we were able to shoot everything due to their skill and ability to quickly capture each special moment. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, they slid into the background to catch more candid moments, and took control when they needed to corral the wedding party, our families, or anyone else involved in pictures that were included in my “must have shot list.” They nailed the day-of execution and were, again, so accommodating when it came time to sort out our photo album. They took time to get to know us in advance of the wedding so we were comfortable with them day-of, it was so nice having these two be a part of our day. Check out their photos online, if their photographic style matches the kind of photos you’re looking for your wedding, I assure you their professionalism, character, value and experience will leave you 100% satisfied, can’t recommend them enough!!!

ng people where to be and when and tracking people down if needed. More importantly, the pictures from the wedding came out AMAZING. Their artistic style really showed through when we got all the pictures back. It had rained before we took pictures and they used the bridal parties reflections on the puddles on the ground to make for some really awesome images. I am a pretty shy/awkward person usually in photos, but she really made me feel comfortable behind her camera. Not to mention, I felt I looked beautiful in every photo she took. I can't thank them enough for giving us such great photos to help us remember our special day!

of my requested photos had been taken care of and even snuck us away for a couple extra fun shots. My husband and I are in love with the quality of photos that we received as well! We spent the entire first night that we got them back looking through the album together on the couch. It was so amazing to see the work that she put into the album and it was so fun to relive the night. There were so many different locations and options to enjoy, we just have to go through and find our favorites now. I would highly recommend Candace Jeffery Photography, not only for a wedding but for engagement photos, boudoir shots, even maternity & baby!! She does it all. Thank you for everything!!

d, a timeline of the day, names of our vendors, etc., which was helpful to us so that we had everything communicated prior to our wedding day. On the day they were both so great at keeping us on schedule. Josh even helped my husband and the groomsmen with their pocket squares! Candace was a blast to be with while getting ready! I really appreciated the calm moment we had just me and her taking portraits before we left for the ceremony. Her attention to detail is amazing. I loved that I didn't have to worry about anything when she was there and was able to just enjoy myself. She took the most beautiful pictures of our invitations, jewelry, shoes, rings, etc. Some of our favorite moments of our wedding day was taking our portrait shots with Candace and Josh. I don't know how to pose for pictures but Candace made it easy and told us what to do and the pictures came out just perfect. Lots of varieties of shots and different looks. They promised us our pictures a month after our wedding which was 8/11 and true to their word our pictures started popping up on their Instagram on 9/10. They also give you a file of all the pictures electronically. We couldn't recommend them enough and hope to use them again in the future for other photos!

ographers to work with for our wedding. From the moment we met with Maegan and Joe last year, we knew that they were the perfect photographers for us. They were the perfect mix of experienced photographers willing to share their visions and expertise along with their ability to capture the moments that my husband and I had envisioned. Our engagement shoot with them made us love them even more. Everyone loved our engagement pictures. Maegan and Joe took what I thought was going to be an awkward, staged afternoon and instead captured cherished memories of such a happy time in our lives. We were planning on using a picture from the engagement shoot as our Save the Date, and we had so many options we ended up using 4 pictures because we loved them all so much! Then leading up to the wedding, Maegan and Joe were available to us whenever we needed them, regarding other vendor questions, scheduling questions, and their professional input when deciding between a first look or cocktail hour pictures. The day of the wedding, Maegan and Joe blended seamlessly during our getting ready moments, and took action when organizing family group shots, which I can imagine can be very difficult (they made it look so easy). I have a family member with autism and Maegan and Joe were EXTREMELY sensitive to his needs and coordinated photos accordingly. Maegan and Joe knew there were other special shots important to us including our college friends photo, and during the night I didn't have to worry about finding all of the people for the photo- Maegan had everyone all ready to go and we just had to take a quick picture and get back to the party! During our first look and all of our pictures, Maegan was the one keeping me calm and fixing my dress and veil to capture our day perfectly. She is someone I am SO grateful for having at our wedding and I couldn't imagine managing the hours leading up to the ceremony without her!!! You will NOT be disappointed at all - set up your meeting with them TODAY! With great love and appreciation, Shelby.

ike and is very easy going. I would highly recommend CJP for your engagement, boudoir and wedding photographer.

er than I would've ever imagined and my husband loved it! I would definitely recommend working with Candace.

e family members for a group shot. We were able to get a flash drive of all of our photos within three weeks of our wedding, which was so wonderful. All of the photos turned out beautifully, exactly what we wanted!

imes before our wedding and she knew exactly what we wanted. We love their artistic style and usage of natural light to make their pictures perfect. They were both extremely professional with great personalities; Candace even helped me with my bustle when no one else could figure it out! Ultimately our photographs are amazing and we cannot wait to put some on our walls in our house!

the Society Room and Pratt St) and we loved how the formal photos and the candids came out. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

r engagement photos. It’s always easier to admire other couples photos but when it comes to your own, I feel like you always feel like maybe some shots will look odd or they just aren’t going to come out as nice as others you have seen. Boy was I wrong. Per usual, the shots were absolutely gorgeous. They were true to the moment, sincere and the photos captured Chris and I perfectly. They are photos we were so excited to share with family and friends and will look back on for years to come. Candace will also be shooting our wedding and we know those will blow us away just like our engagement shoot did! If you want beautiful memories to remember your big day by than you need Candace Jeffery- you will not be the least bit disappointed !

ots of our guests. Working with Candace up to the wedding was super easy, and she had great suggestions for the day and our first look location. At the wedding, they are super professional and you barely notice they are there. I would recommend Candace and Josh 100%!

d made sure to take note of what types of pictures we wanted. During the first look and family portraits Candace and Josh were able to give good directions to help make the process go smoothly- this was a huge help with my large bridal party (and freezing/ rainy weather)! They are fun to work with which made me feel less stressed and made the process effortless. Not to mention the pictures are beautiful. Using Candace and Josh was one of the best decisions my husband and I could have made to make our wedding day PERFECT! She was able to capture all the special moments that will allow us to look at years from now and relive the whole day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing pictures on their wedding day!

wanted to work with her for our wedding. Candace and Josh are an amazing team and really make you feel at ease. From our first meeting together they really were able to get a sense for who we were as a couple and what we were envisioning for our wedding day. Candace shot our engagement shoot and we used this as an opportunity to get more comfortable with taking professional photos. Our engagement photos were so fantastic and we received many compliments. Candace and Josh are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating and I am blown away by their talent. When it came to the wedding day Candace felt like an old friend or part of our family and not another vendor. She took the photos that we asked and having her there did not feel intrusive. We have only seen a few photos from our wedding but I am already in awe of what she was able to capture. I highly recommend CJP, they are incredible!

Our engagement session was so much fun despite a little rain and it was the perfect opportunity to get to know Candace and learn a little bit about how to pose for photos before the big day. After being part of other weddings, Candace's experience has been unmatched - she was able to efficiently capture all of our large group photos as well as a huge assortment of fun reception photos! It was also nice to know we had someone who knew a little more than us about things like putting a veil on or bustling a dress in case we ran into trouble :) Candace is attentive to detail, super talented and her and Josh worked so well together capturing memories that we will look back on for years to come! We can't wait for more photo ops in the future!

ere was no other option for a photographer at my wedding. I proactively booked my venue a year and a half before my wedding because I needed to ensure Candace was available on my wedding day, and I am so thankful I did. Candace is so well organized and attentive to her brides. When I asked for suggestions on other wedding vendors her advice was spot on and I was able to assemble a group that I completely trusted and that took so much stress off the day of the wedding, knowing I had nothing to worry about. We had a very large and outgoing wedding party and Candace & Josh didn’t even bat an eye, they kept everyone focused and where they were supposed to be and made sure to get all the photographs taken that I had asked for (and then so many more) all while feeling so comfortable, like they were friends we had known forever. Candace and Josh have a way of turning ordinary settings into incredible pictures, almost to the point where whenever I look at other photographers the photos look amateur. They are so talented and their photos stand out from the crowd. I 100% trusted that our pictures would come out absolutely perfect, and they did. They captured the moments from the best day of our lives so beautifully, and I cannot thank them enough. I have recommended CJP to all the brides I know, and many of my friends have also used them. I look forward to working with Candace in the future.

hese moments beautifully. During our engagement session we were immediately put at ease when we met Candace. She gave us tips and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. She will also place you in different settings in the chosen location to get as many beautiful and diverse pictures as possible. On our wedding day Candace spent the morning with me and my bridesmaids, taking pictures as we got ready, and taking pictures of our invitations and other special details. She even helped me get into my dress! Meanwhile her husband Josh was with my husband and groomsmen taking pictures as they got ready. The two were in communication so that my husband and I wouldn't run into each other before the wedding. After the ceremony the duo took photos of our bridal party and families and sent them on their way so they may enjoy the cocktail hour. Meanwhile were able to take photos of just my husband and I before the reception, and they even stole us for a moment toward the end to take some more photos of just the two of us on the wedding venue grounds. She also had previously worked with many of my vendors so it made it very easy to coordinate things for the special day. Her photos are amazing and you will feel so beautiful in front of the camera! Candace and Josh are professional, easy to work with, and incredibly talented. We can't recommend them enough!

ry last minute of our wedding day. I cannot say enough good things but the most important points to me were any questions I had beforehand were answered quickly, they were extremely organized the day of (including reigning in our excited bridal party), and went above and beyond to help with things having nothing to do with photography (Candace helped bustle my dress when it came loose mid way through the reception). I can't wait to see the pictures which I know will be outstanding!

re your day perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend CJP to all brides!!!

did they make us feel comfortable, but they were able to meet all of our requests and in the time allotted. We loved the dynamic of the two; as Maegan carefully set up these perfect scenes, Joe would be ready to stand next to her with a smile that made all of us relaxed and happy. A wonderful couple, with an incredible talent!

they took of our wedding are beautiful! We received so many compliments on our wedding photos. Candace and Josh are so professional, kind, friendly, and easy to work with. We cannot say enough good things about them. We couldn't have imagined having anyone else photograph our wedding. If you're looking for high-quality photographers look no further than Candace Jeffery Photography. It will be the best choice you make!!

he camera. They listened to what was important to us and captured those feelings perfectly in the pictures. They did a fantastic job photographing our special day and created a beautiful expression of our experience through their pictures. Cannot recommend these two enough!

have both her and Josh Jeffery there to capture our big day! Candace and her team offers a welcoming and relaxed environment. Capturing the personalities of your relationship in their photos. Their artistic eye and remarkable sense of beauty in things gives each and every couple breathtaking photographs. I highly recommend Candace Jeffery Photography to anyone who is considering taking any professional photos (Family, maternity, baby, wedding) You will not regret it!!

there with us every step of the way. They made us feel comfortable with every photo they took. They were very organized in knowing what photos we definitely wanted and had no problem in going to more than just a couple locations for our first look photo’s. We knew from our engagement photo session that their photos would be great, but what we got was extraordinary. From the close ups to the overviews, they captured the essence of our entire day and we couldn’t have been happier. It was great working with such a great couple and hope to have more joyous occasions in the future that need photographing! Meg & Brett

th our engagement and wedding pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Candace and her husband Josh genuinely care about your day, and it's evidently clear that it isn't just a job for them. They are passionate about what they do and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They truly captured the essence of our day and I'm forever grateful for that. We are very thankful to have chosen Candace Jeffery and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to capture a special moment in their lives. There is no one else we would recommend as photographers, they are simply the best! We plan on continuing to use Candace Jeffery throughout the next junctures in our lives (maternity shoot, baby photos, everything!!)

eir home studio for a consultation and loved their work. We were between two photographers and ended booking Candace Jeffery as her work was superior. Although she knew we were considering another vendor, she never pressured us into signing on. We did an engagement shoot and were nervous at first as my husband and I had never been professionally photographed together. Candace made us feel relaxed and guided us through so the nervousness went away in about 5 minutes. The engagement and wedding photos came out beautiful and we received many compliments. Vendor was responsive to email and delivered final product before the promised date. I liked our engagement photos so much that I ended up doing a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift for my husband. Another nerve-racking experience, but again, Candace made me feel comfortable and my husband loved the photos. We will absolutely be contacting Candace Jeffery for our future photography needs.

m is through the roof. First I would like to say they "get it" if you want cutting edge non traditional absolutely beautiful pictures they are your people. Worth every penny, planned with me and directed us so nicely. Offered great suggestions and has so much experience that they completely know how to capture all the moments. Book them if you can you will not be disappointed.

were well vested in mine and my groom's interests and concerns. I will recommend Candace Jeffery photography for anyone I know getting married!

the wedding. However, the wedding pictures were beautiful. She had a slideshow going after dinner of pictures that had been taken during the evening and they were impressive. We received a sample of our wedding pictures within a week of the wedding, and a CD with all images on it about two-three weeks after the wedding. There were over 1,100 images! They were very good. There was some glare/reflection in some, and the glare on people's glasses wasn't removed either. The photography was expensive, but the pictures we ended up with are well worth it. The benefit of having them on CD is worth it as well.

ouldn't imagine having bland pictures after seeing hers. She was wonderful and worked with us to come up with a package that even let us afford an engagement shoot, which we both really wanted. Candace has the most beautifully artistic eye, and everything she shoots looks just beautiful.

the love and happiness on our big day combined with her own creative talents. You can't beat that!
