I am so happy we hired Candice as our wedding planner! Without her wedding planning would have been so stressful. Candice took my dream and made it come to life!! From the beginning she helped us choose all our vendors, I wouldn’t have even known where to start but she gave her recommendations for everything which made it so easy and took the stress out of worrying if we were choosing the right vendors. She took over contacting all the vendors and coordinating timelines with everyone which again took a lot of stress off us. She created our entire timeline and made multiple adjustments when things came up along the way, another thing I would not have known how to handle on my own. Not to mention she answered all of my hundreds of random texts with random questions right away that came up along the way. Not only on the day of our wedding but also for rehearsal she ran the whole show, complete set up and tear down, placing everything we needed back in our wedding suite at the end of the night. She truly made our day so much more enjoyable than it would have been without her. We cannot recommend her enough!!!

Candice and her team did such an amazing job for my wedding. She took over all the communication with vendors before my wedding and really took charge of ironing out details. She asked me all the questions about details I hadn’t even considered, and seriously made everything come together. It was such a relief having her bring everything together for me. Her and her team did all the set up and break down, including moving everything into our hotel room, and hand delivering the hotel key to us at our after party. My mom had a small bustle on her dress, which broke during the reception, and Candice literally whipped out a sewing kit and fixed it. She’s the best! A bridesmaid of mine had hired her before our wedding for her upcoming wedding, and definitely saw that she made a good decision!

I could never thank Candice enough for everything that she did for our big day. She went up over & beyond for us and made our day perfect!

Candice was wonderful. I bought her Day-Of coordination service and she helped me tie everything together. I found all my own vendors and she coordinated the day plan. She created a timeline and reception floor plan. She talked to all of my vendors to create a cohesive wedding plan. I did not have to worry about when anyone was showing up, because she took care of everything. She also led the wedding rehearsal. Candice was very knowledgable and patient, especially when I was anxious on the day of the ceremony. If there were any problems with the wedding, I didn't know about them. I appreciated that she was very calm on my wedding day and very kind. She also was able to add in a couple things to the timeline the week of the wedding that I had forgotten about. Overall, I'm extremely pleased, and I recommend Candice to anyone who is getting married. She put everything together beautifully. My wedding was beautiful and one of the most fun days I've ever had, and Candice made a lot of that happen. Thank you so much!

Where to even begin? Candice was the reason why I enjoyed my wedding day from beginning to end, with literally no stress. I always said that I could wedding plan on my own, but quickly realized just how many details there are that really the bride doesn't want to deal with- especially the day of the wedding. My one goal was to truly soak up every moment of my wedding day- with my bridesmaids and family. I did not want my parents, grandparents, or bridesmaids worrying about decorations or vendors. I wanted them to be present with me and they were... all because of Candice. I was able to get ready with my bridal party and family. No one was stressing about a single vendor. It was the perfect day. Most importantly, I learned how important it is to hire vendors who bring positivity, joy, kindness, and overall radiate all good things on your wedding day. These characteristics perfectly describe Candice. Leading up to my wedding, she was there to answer the millions of questions I had, as well as, working to finalize all the last minute details. She was in contact with all of my vendors and worked with them on the timeline for my wedding day. AGAIN, I did not have to stress about any of this. I could go on forever about how thankful I am for Candice, but I will conclude by saying she is one of a kind and is the reason my wedding day went smoothly and why I was able to truly enjoy each moment. I would recommend Candice 10000x over. She knows what she is doing and she does it with a smile. :)

Do yourself a favor and book Candice as your wedding planner & coordinator! I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Candice and her work. She eased my stress every step of the way, by helping sort through vendors, working to turn my thoughts & little details into a cohesive & beautiful wedding design, and making our big day flow completely seamlessly. We loved Candice!! We had to reschedule twice due to covid. When we rescheduled the 2nd time, she already had a wedding on the new date. But you’d never know it. She did everything for us up until the day, and on the day she sent in two assistants!! We had several hiccups, including the dj canceling the day before, because he had tested positive for covid. Candice of course stepped in and found us a perfect replacement. She handled everything with such grace, I hardly had to lift a finger. And most importantly, my daughter had the time of her life!! I would highly recommend Candice Ford events, if you want to have a stress free, yet beautiful wedding!!

I knew when getting a day of coordinator it was a good decision but having Candice as my day of was a great decision!! Candice helped with the timeline of the day, details, contacted vendors to confirm details, and respected everything we wanted out of our wedding. She handled all of the day of details so that myself, my husband, bridal party, and my family could enjoy the day without any stress. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I’m so happy Candice was there to help make it that way. Candice and staff was wonderful to work with! I had a truck load of decorations for my daughters wedding. I handed the decorations to them and they saw my vision through!

Candice is amazing! From the moment I spoke with her I knew she was the one who I would most value in the process. She was my day of coordinator, in realty she was my two week go to gal! She was able to step in two weeks before the wedding to turn over all of my contacts, contracts and details to. This was a blessing because my family was coming in from out of state the week of my wedding and I was able to spend time with them knowing all of the hard work was in the best hands. Candice went through all of our contracts prior to the wedding to ensure we were getting the best, she reached out to all vendors and she verified all details. And most important to me, Candice walked through the venue with me and all of the decor I had prepped for the venue. She took all of my emails, drawings and notes and made my vision come to life! I literally could not have done this without her! She was the most valuable part of my wedding and I am beyond grateful! She is a must for all brides!

We were amazed at Candice’s professional knowledge, organizational skills and professionalism. She took the worries of the day off of us and took care of everything behind the scenes. Everyone should have a day of coordinator and Candice is by far the best.

I was working at a wedding as DJ and got the chance to work with Candice Ford who was the designer. It was absolutely great to work with her because she communicates very well and keeps track of everything going on behind the scenes. I often have to do so much by myself but she worked as liaison and helped me to stay on track with events. I would work with her again in a second!

Candice was an absolute life saver! My wife and I hired her to coordinate our wedding day (once we discovered how much work was actually involved in making the day run smoothly). Candice did SO much more than just coordinate Day-of. She was present for our final walkthrough with the venue, she was present for rehearsal, and she helped us establish a full day timeline for the wedding. She helped us work through things we hadn't even considered. Candice is the sweetest and most professional person. She was great about communication and definitely made us feel like a priority! The way she decorated the venue was exactly what we hoped for, she did a wonderful job. Candice allowed my wife and I to only worry about getting married, not chasing down a thousand tiny things. She kept us on schedule and handled every little problem that came up before and during the wedding. Additionally, Candice made navigating the current COVID restrictions much less painful than I feared it would be! She was very flexible about us changing venues and coordinating with our vendors. She was willing to commute from Lexington to Jeffersonville, IN several times. I would 100% recommend Candice to anyone and everyone!

Candice was the best ever ! She handled everything so we could just focus on celebrating our friends. I served as a bridesmaid in my friends wedding last month and it was the easiest day, everything ran perfectly ! You should hire Candice to ensure that your wedding day is absolutely stress free.

Candice was my day of coordinator and we started working together about 6 weeks before my wedding. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with and will go out of her way to make your day everything you want. She came to and ran my rehearsal, so I could relax and didn't have to figure that part out. On the day off, she took care of setting everything up and the only vendors that talked to me were my photographer and videographer. During the day she made sure my husband and I had the drinks and food we wanted. We sat in private together for 10mins before the reception started and she left us a plate of appetizers and drinks! She had a gorgeous wood welcome sign made for our wedding. And at the end of the night she took care of everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. We left our car at the venue and went back to get it the next day and it was all packed with all our personal stuff, decorations, and gifts. Having a planner made my day stress free and way more enjoyable!

I was a bridesmaid in my high school best friend's wedding, she moved out west with her Fiance and had to plan her entire wedding in Kentucky from California! Candice was a HUGE help making sure that everything was coordinated and set for the big day and preparing things while the Bride had to plan remotely from a different state. She was so nice and fun and was there for the entire rehearsal dinner and wedding day from dusk to dawn! She made the bride feel comfortable and reassured that all was going to go well and did a great job of communicating with the vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, caterer, etc) to make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. She helped set up the beautiful decorations and stuck around all night to make sure the venue was cleaned up after the party was over. The venue ran out of toilet paper and there was no staff around, so Candice actually made a trip to the store to get toilet paper! I would 100% recommend Candice Ford Event Design for any of your event or wedding planning needs. Her communication skills are incredible and she really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and exactly how you want it! She will be there every step of the way to help in any way she can. Not to mention, she makes some incredible and super cute welcome signs!!!

Candice helped me achieve my dream wedding. She is so great at what she does and she truly has a passion for what she does. On the day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about anything because it was already done. She has a great eye for design and helped me achieve my pinterest wedding within my budget. I'm so thankful to have had her for my wedding, I'm not sure what I would have done without her!
