g she helped us choose all our vendors, I wouldn’t have even known where to start but she gave her recommendations for everything which made it so easy and took the stress out of worrying if we were choosing the right vendors. She took over contacting all the vendors and coordinating timelines with everyone which again took a lot of stress off us. She created our entire timeline and made multiple adjustments when things came up along the way, another thing I would not have known how to handle on my own. Not to mention she answered all of my hundreds of random texts with random questions right away that came up along the way. Not only on the day of our wedding but also for rehearsal she ran the whole show, complete set up and tear down, placing everything we needed back in our wedding suite at the end of the night. She truly made our day so much more enjoyable than it would have been without her. We cannot recommend her enough!!!

Her and her team did all the set up and break down, including moving everything into our hotel room, and hand delivering the hotel key to us at our after party. My mom had a small bustle on her dress, which broke during the reception, and Candice literally whipped out a sewing kit and fixed it. She’s the best! A bridesmaid of mine had hired her before our wedding for her upcoming wedding, and definitely saw that she made a good decision!

ckly realized just how many details there are that really the bride doesn't want to deal with- especially the day of the wedding. My one goal was to truly soak up every moment of my wedding day- with my bridesmaids and family. I did not want my parents, grandparents, or bridesmaids worrying about decorations or vendors. I wanted them to be present with me and they were... all because of Candice. I was able to get ready with my bridal party and family. No one was stressing about a single vendor. It was the perfect day. Most importantly, I learned how important it is to hire vendors who bring positivity, joy, kindness, and overall radiate all good things on your wedding day. These characteristics perfectly describe Candice. Leading up to my wedding, she was there to answer the millions of questions I had, as well as, working to finalize all the last minute details. She was in contact with all of my vendors and worked with them on the timeline for my wedding day. AGAIN, I did not have to stress about any of this. I could go on forever about how thankful I am for Candice, but I will conclude by saying she is one of a kind and is the reason my wedding day went smoothly and why I was able to truly enjoy each moment. I would recommend Candice 10000x over. She knows what she is doing and she does it with a smile. :)

This was a blessing because my family was coming in from out of state the week of my wedding and I was able to spend time with them knowing all of the hard work was in the best hands. Candice went through all of our contracts prior to the wedding to ensure we were getting the best, she reached out to all vendors and she verified all details. And most important to me, Candice walked through the venue with me and all of the decor I had prepped for the venue. She took all of my emails, drawings and notes and made my vision come to life! I literally could not have done this without her! She was the most valuable part of my wedding and I am beyond grateful! She is a must for all brides!

She was present for our final walkthrough with the venue, she was present for rehearsal, and she helped us establish a full day timeline for the wedding. She helped us work through things we hadn't even considered. Candice is the sweetest and most professional person. She was great about communication and definitely made us feel like a priority! The way she decorated the venue was exactly what we hoped for, she did a wonderful job. Candice allowed my wife and I to only worry about getting married, not chasing down a thousand tiny things. She kept us on schedule and handled every little problem that came up before and during the wedding. Additionally, Candice made navigating the current COVID restrictions much less painful than I feared it would be! She was very flexible about us changing venues and coordinating with our vendors. She was willing to commute from Lexington to Jeffersonville, IN several times. I would 100% recommend Candice to anyone and everyone!

ur day everything you want. She came to and ran my rehearsal, so I could relax and didn't have to figure that part out. On the day off, she took care of setting everything up and the only vendors that talked to me were my photographer and videographer. During the day she made sure my husband and I had the drinks and food we wanted. We sat in private together for 10mins before the reception started and she left us a plate of appetizers and drinks! She had a gorgeous wood welcome sign made for our wedding. And at the end of the night she took care of everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. We left our car at the venue and went back to get it the next day and it was all packed with all our personal stuff, decorations, and gifts. Having a planner made my day stress free and way more enjoyable!

She was so nice and fun and was there for the entire rehearsal dinner and wedding day from dusk to dawn! She made the bride feel comfortable and reassured that all was going to go well and did a great job of communicating with the vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, caterer, etc) to make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. She helped set up the beautiful decorations and stuck around all night to make sure the venue was cleaned up after the party was over. The venue ran out of toilet paper and there was no staff around, so Candice actually made a trip to the store to get toilet paper! I would 100% recommend Candice Ford Event Design for any of your event or wedding planning needs. Her communication skills are incredible and she really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and exactly how you want it! She will be there every step of the way to help in any way she can. Not to mention, she makes some incredible and super cute welcome signs!!!
