Located in the heart of barbecue country in Bryan, C&J Barbeque provides unbeatable catering for weddings throughout Texas. Owners Chip and Jo know that family comes first, and they take pride in being able to bring new families together through their delicious food. C&J Barbeque started off as a small convenience store barbequing meat for sandwiches back in 1981. Over the years, it has grown to a multi-location catering team, feeding locals, musicians, and even politicians alike. Every member of C&J Barbeque is treated like family by Chip and Jo, and the love and community fostered by them is tangible through the amazing food created. Catering to events from 50 to 3,000 people, C&J Barbeque always provides the best service and food. With their true Texas barbecue as the main event, the chefs also make a mean prime rib, incredible fajitas, and can prepare menus with Cajun and southern-style dishes, too. With C&J Barbeque, there is something to be enjoyed by every member of your family, lovingly cooked up by theirs.

Event Coordinator

I grew up in a small town outside of College Station and graduated from Texas A&M in 2016. While I studied Event Planning, I worked at C&J's where I got to learn more about the catering business. After 4 years of hands on experience, combined with my knowledge of special events from school, I was promoted to Event Coordinator. During my personal time, I enjoy walks with my dog, Petey and doing yard work with my husband, who I met at C&J Barbeque in 2012. I hope you consider us for your next special event, I'd love to meet you and set up a tasting or consultation.

at they catered weddings and decided to give them a look. After having a tasting and finding out pricing and details we were sold. The pricing was super reasonable for how much they do and how much food each guest receives. They were really easy to get ahold of whether it was email or phone call, they would promptly reply. At the wedding, arrived on time and set up buffet style. The guest LOVED it. My parents and I both had people coming up to us asking where the food was from because it was the best BBQ they had ever had. I would highly recommend C&Js they were amazing! We also got married in Brookshire, TX so they do travel.
