e incredibly passionate and genuinely care about making your big day as special as possible. We were so impressed by their helpfulness and expertise that we were even willing to change our wedding date just to secure this venue. Throughout the planning process, they made everything easy and stress-free. They were extremely helpful with the details from choosing table arrangements to florals to accommodating family food allergies. They also provided a great list of recommended vendors in different price ranges, and we were so happy with the ones we chose. Cross Creek Ranch is incredibly professional, communicative, and transparent about pricing. On the big day, Crystal’s coordination was fantastic. We were able to be completely present and enjoy every moment because we didn’t have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Cross Creek Ranch for anyone looking for a venue that will make their wedding as smooth as possible!

Cross Creek make their steak dinner for our guests and the food was great! They did our centerpiece floral arrangements and they turned out beautiful. Many things are able to be customized such as the florals, the table cloths, and napkins. The entire venue is beautiful and makes for some great wedding photos. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married!

ive package is WORTH IT!!! I do not think we could have gotten a better deal had we tried to do everything ourselves. I know we would have been exhausted. Heather was also the perfect wedding coordinator. The all-inclusive package covered all the set up, tear down, tables, chairs, linens, food, drinks, centerpieces, which were set up for the ceremony and moved to the reception by their team. We paid a little extra for some really large floral arrangements that were just stunning. The bakery messed up our cake (the cake is one of the only things not part of the all-inclusive package), and Heather totally used her flowers to fix it!! At the end of the night the few things we brought ourselves were all ready boxed up and ready to go. It took us less than 10 min to load up our things. This was a dream wedding given by a dream team and I can't recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. Zero complaints!!! My daughter has been in a few weddings and she said hands down her own wedding was the most stress free and I completely agree. Go see Heather, you will absolutely not be sorry.

stal & Heather there were such a big help in answering all of our questions and providing support in any of our concerns. The day of the wedding went by smoothly -- the event coordinator did an amazing job in communicating and guiding us on what to do. A lot of my guests were happy with the venue and how smoothly everything went. I'm glad I'm able to look back on my wedding day and know I was able to enjoy every bit of bit. I don't regret booking here!! We got married this past month March 23, 2025.

this year, and the grounds were absolutely stunning! Their vendor recommendations are top notch (shoutout to DJ Chris Brown), and they have an assortment of decorations that can be utilized for your wedding (candle votives, signage like table numbers and reserved signs, cake stands, easels, and so much more!). Family and friends are still raving about our wedding, and it makes our hearts so happy! KATIE - THANK YOU for your helping me understand the booking details and financials! You really helped simplify things in this crazy bride's brain which is very appreciated. HEATHER - THANK YOU for bringing our floral inspiration to life! When I saw the bouquets and arrangements for the first time, literal tears were brought to my eyes! If just thinking about finding a florist for your wedding at CCR is stressful, please trust Heather and this team to make your vision a reality! They have amazing resources and are incredibly capable! CRYSTAL - WHERE TO START LOL... You were a GEM! Thank you for the time you took at our planning meeting to listen to all my crazy ideas haha! Everything we DIY'd and bought for the wedding was perfectly staged - me and my family did not have to lift a finger so THANK YOU!!! You were the absolute sweetest and carried out our vision seamlessly! Bryce and I can't thank you enough!
