Nestled in the countryside outside McKinney, Texas, C&K Ranch Hideaway is a family-owned wedding venue designed for couples who value flexibility, authenticity, and meaningful celebrations. We offer a beautiful ranch setting, a newly completed venue barn, on-site accommodations, and a DIY-friendly approach that allows couples the freedom to bring their own vendors, décor, and personal touches without restrictive vendor lists or complicated packages. Whether you're planning a simple ceremony or a full wedding weekend, our goal is to provide a relaxed, affordable, and memorable experience surrounded by the people who matter most.
Our story is rooted in family. Inspired by a lifelong love of weddings, hospitality, and gathering with loved ones, C&K Ranch blends rustic charm with thoughtfully designed spaces that feel welcoming and personal. While our sweet spot is intimate celebrations of up to 60 guests, we can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 with additional planning and rentals. Overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests make it easy to transform your wedding day into a relaxed Ranch Retreat shared with your closest family and friends.

If you're looking for a place that's beautiful and won't stress you out on your wedding day -- you need to book! For one, planning a wedding is stressful. That's why me & my husband paid for the all inclusive package. BIG shoutout to Katie, Cry...
stal & Heather there were such a big help in answering all of our questions and providing support in any of our concerns. The day of the wedding went by smoothly -- the event coordinator did an amazing job in communicating and guiding us on what to do. A lot of my guests were happy with the venue and how smoothly everything went. I'm glad I'm able to look back on my wedding day and know I was able to enjoy every bit of bit. I don't regret booking here!! We got married this past month March 23, 2025.

Cross Creek make their steak dinner for our guests and the food was great! They did our centerpiece floral arrangements and they turned out beautiful. Many things are able to be customized such as the florals, the table cloths, and napkins. The entire venue is beautiful and makes for some great wedding photos. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married!

ive package is WORTH IT!!! I do not think we could have gotten a better deal had we tried to do everything ourselves. I know we would have been exhausted. Heather was also the perfect wedding coordinator. The all-inclusive package covered all the set up, tear down, tables, chairs, linens, food, drinks, centerpieces, which were set up for the ceremony and moved to the reception by their team. We paid a little extra for some really large floral arrangements that were just stunning. The bakery messed up our cake (the cake is one of the only things not part of the all-inclusive package), and Heather totally used her flowers to fix it!! At the end of the night the few things we brought ourselves were all ready boxed up and ready to go. It took us less than 10 min to load up our things. This was a dream wedding given by a dream team and I can't recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. Zero complaints!!! My daughter has been in a few weddings and she said hands down her own wedding was the most stress free and I completely agree. Go see Heather, you will absolutely not be sorry.
