Nestled in the countryside just outside McKinney, Texas, C&K Ranch Hideaway is a family-owned wedding venue created for couples looking for something a little more personal, relaxed, and flexible. Our private ranch combines the charm of a Texas countryside wedding with a beautiful climate-controlled reception barn, outdoor ceremony spaces, and on-site accommodations—giving couples the freedom to create a celebration that truly feels like their own. From intimate ceremonies to full wedding weekends, C&K Ranch is designed to let you slow down and enjoy the experience. Our reception barn offers a comfortable indoor/outdoor setting with beautiful chandeliers, covered patios, and plenty of flexibility for dinner, dancing, and celebrating. Couples can bring their own vendors, décor, and ideas without being locked into restrictive vendor lists, while our team can also help with many of the details—from day-of coordination and bar service to linens, sound, officiating, and more. Our sweet spot is intimate weddings of up to 60 guests, where the ranch feels especially personal and connected. For larger celebrations, we can accommodate up to 100 guests with additional planning and rentals. Two on-site guest houses provide overnight accommodations for up to 12, making it possible to turn your wedding day into an entire Ranch Retreat with the people closest to you. At the heart of C&K Ranch is family and hospitality. We host a limited number of events so that every couple receives the attention their wedding deserves.
