Extremely rude owners. I had bought my dress and had trouble reaching them to pay. My dad went to the store abrasion times when they say they are open and no one was there. For my alteration appointment, they didn't show up. The seamstress didn't have access to the store herself and so I couldn't have my alterations done that I had scheduled. There voicemail also doesn't let you leave a message because it is full. Would not recommend them.

THE OWNER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, AND UNSYMPATHETIC. My dress, along with 5/7 of my bridesmaids dresses, were TOO TIGHT because the worker measured everyone too tightly. The back of my dress had to be completely changed to fit, otherwise the buttons would’ve popped on the big day. The bridesmaids dresses should’ve been ordered and in by early May, and they didn’t come in until beginning of June uly (mind you, my wedding was July 31st). We were never told the dresses would be in late, WE had to call, email, and Facebook Message multiple times to even get a response. My MOH received the wrong dress AND wrong size. 4 of my other bridesmaids’ dresses were so tight, they were afraid to sit down in case they ripped. The owner showed no sympathy, and doesn’t care about his brides. The one part of the wedding that should’ve been fun and exciting was nothing but STRESS AND ANXIETY THE WHOLE TIME LEADING UP TO THE WEDDING. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased my wedding dress at this bridal shop. They were amazing to work with for the whole process! To start, my maid of honor couldn't fly in to try dresses on, so they helped coordinate cookies, a letter, and bubbly when I arrived from the MOH. It really made the event feel special. Getting the dress altered and bustled was so easy and affordable. I would recommend this shop again and again! My dress was beautiful, comfortable, and the bustle made my dress so easy to dance in. Thank you for making our day so special!!

These ladies were so helpful when it came to dresses for my wedding. We got my dress and the bridesmaid dresses from them, and had all of the dresses altered by them as well. I had a very specific image in mind when it came to the bridesmaid dresses and they helped me to order them in the exact color that I wanted (a bright green... not a very easy color to find!) and then Marilyn altered them so that image became a reality and they were perfect. 5 months before the wedding, one of my bridesmaids became pregnant and they were able to take the time and accommodate the alterations for her and made sure her dress fit her perfectly as well! These ladies are absolutely the best, I trust and love them so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They did a fantastic job!
