Poor customer service. I ordered pillar vases for my wedding and they originally arrived shattered, which they replaced, but the rest arrived in all different thicknesses causing t...
he candles that I bought not to fit in them. When I called to exchange the items they made me pay for new vases and shipping, as well as pay for shipping for the defected items that they originally sent me. Once the new vases arrived, they were also in different thicknesses but didn’t cause any problem as I ordered a size bigger this time. Awful service and not willing to help.
Ordered several floating candles and pillar candles for our wedding. We ordered ivory floating 3" candles but received white candles. During the night of the event however, with ...
the amber light from the candle, we really couldn't tell a difference (we had a few packs of Ivory candles mixed in). Overall shipping was quick and the company was extremely easy to work with!
I am a bargain shopper by nature, and a large part of my wedding was DIY. I ordered high quality, long lasting, pillar, votive, and tea light candles for my center pieces. The tea ...
lights stay lit for 7+ hours as advertised, and the candles burned cleanly. I scoured the internet for a better deal and couldn't find one. The shipping was super fast, and I received my items within 4 days of making the purchase online. I highly recommend this vendor!
For our ceremony, we needed 22 pillar candles to line the aisle. Other places wanted hundreds of dollars for pillar candles that were the height and diameter we needed. I was relie...
ved when I found Candles4Less because their prices were the most reasonable that I have seen. I purchased 12 of the 3x9 and 12 of the 3x4 in ivory for around 95 dollars.
We received the candles quickly, however, the tall candles were significantly more yellow than the short candles. We called customer service and without any hesitation they shipped out 24 more candles and assured us that they would personally make sure that the tall and short candles would match and be the softer ivory. Within 3 days we had the new candles and they matched perfectly!
I couldn't be happier and the money that we saved is a huge plus. The candles are great quality, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is superb. I highly recommend Candles4Less to any bride!
Excellent customer service. Despite their terrific packing abilities I had two vases break in shipping. (2 out of 72 is not bad) I called and no questions asked they sent me thr...
ee just in case. The candles burned all night so I was very pleased. Highly recommended.
My work was putting on an event and I got stuck in the position of gopher. One of my tasks was to find a ton of candles and holders for all the tables. The event was on a weekend a...
nd the task was presented on a Tuesday. I knew if I ordered online I would find a better deal so I found Candles 4 Less and their prices and quality are excellent. Our event director was pleased with this finding and we received them on time.
I bought the clear & frosted optic votive holders for my wedding favors online. (I got the votive candles elsewhere because they didn't have a good selection of color or scent...
ed votive candles.) The shipment was on back order but they gave a date as to when it would ship out and so I went ahead and order it. However, via phone & email notifications, this date kept keeping pushed back. It ended up being about 6 weeks before I got the shipment. Customer service was good about notifying me with any changes and said I could cancel my order anytime before they shipped. I ordered about 150 candles; a few were damaged, several had a sharp tip at the rim of the votive. Since these are fairly inexpensive, over order by a dozen or so to offset some damaged ones you are bound to get.
