Candy Haven & Cakes was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake, and we could not have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Summer was responsive, kind, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free during such a busy season of planning.
We came to her with a few specific design ideas, and she brought our vision to life perfectly. The cake was not only beautiful, but also tasted amazing, and it became such a special part of our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests on both the design and flavor.
What stood out most was the care and attention they put into every detail. It truly felt like they wanted our cake to be just as meaningful and memorable to us as the rest of the day.
We are so grateful we chose Candy Haven & Cakes and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a bakery that is talented, reliable, and genuinely wonderful to work with.

I grew up in Denton and it was an absolute dream having Candy Haven do our wedding cakes. My inspo pic was obviously AI and other bakeries were frankly quite rude when I showed it to them; not Candy Haven. They loved the pictures and explained how they would execute each part. It was an amazing experience. Their flavor options also seem endless! And we love having options. We needed up choosing 6 different cake flavors and fillings! They went above and beyond to make sure all the flavors were exactly what we wanted (offering to prep tastings for us to pick up two extra times!! One of those times included a whole 6 inch cake to make sure we liked the flavor… I was blown away!) Summer is so sweet and responsive. Working with her was a joy! I will absolutely be recommending Candy Haven to any and everyone!!

They were flexible and willing to work with us even though our event was outside, showed up on time, set the cake up perfectly, and the final product was, of course, gorgeous and delicious and a huge favorite with our guests. We ordered a 3-tier rough iced wedding cake with a mix of flavors on each level and we also selected chocolate flavors for the complimentary groom's cake. Candy Haven delivered the cakes day of, and even decorated with fresh flowers we had provided to the cake table. Such a creative presentation, looked like it cost twice as much as it did! And the moist cakes tasted like that too. Very impressed as were our guests....great value too when you drive just a little bit north of DFW area!

the grooms cake was on our wedding day. She never apologized. She was very rude and defensive. And raised her voice at me. She said,”So what do you want me to do about it?” I tried to explain to her that for $486.00 it should not have been dry and how all of my guests complained about it. And pushed it away after one bite. She made it quite clear I was not going to get anywhere with her. I miss the days when the customer was always right. I will not suggest anyone use this vendor for any occasion.
