We enjoyed working with Kelly & Lydia leading up to our wedding, & their staff were just as amazing throughout the wedding day! John is wonderful at what he does. hey responded quickly and had super clear pricing. We wanted a gluten free dinner (for celiac) and they were knowledgable and reassuring that it would be easy to pick GF options from their menu or make a few small swaps. The tasting was super fun and we felt like we had lots of good entree and appetizer options. During the tasting, staff were helpful, kind, and never trying to upsell or add services. They worked to understand our audience and vision for the event and lend their expertise.
The week of the wedding we used their alcohol drop service to hand off and chill down the beer and wine. This was the best service we didn't realize we needed when we started planning. The drop off saved us from moving around lots of heavy cases the day of and ensured things were ready to go for dinner!
At the event, we had a bartender from Cannon who was absolutely the sweetest. Many of our guests commented on her incredible service. We had a plated dinner late in the evening that Cannon served flawlessly -- keeping the pace of things rolling. We had a few vegan/vegetarian guests and they were served separate meals without any hassle. It felt like the team really listened to everything we wanted and made pro decisions regarding everything we didn't care about, freeing us from worry!

It can be hard to find companies that can safely provide food to people with celiac, but my husband and our other guests that have restrictions were able to eat without issue! One of my favorite services that Cannon offers that honestly made the week of our wedding so much easier, is their "drop and chill alcohol service" - saved us so much time and money! I would 100% recommend and I would use them without hesitation in the future for catering needs.

We're honestly sad our wedding is over, and we don't have the garlic farmhouse chicken to look forward to anymore. We had so many guests compliment us on the chicken, the brisket, the rolls, and the potatoes - saying it might be the best wedding catering they've ever had. Of course, we agree!
We also used Cannon for our bartending services. They executed our signature cocktail perfectly and kept the bar lines short. We can't say enough good things about them!

I would have chosen 5 stars if the rehearsal dinner food had been better (it did not taste fresh and we were disappointed, as opposed to the wedding meal which was incredible). I would still book them again as I think overall they did a great job, maybe we just didn't choose good hors d'oeuvres options for the rehearsal dinner.

onal and left my husband, my parents, and I stuffed to the brim with delicious food. They left no stone unturned when it came to making sure we were welcome and knew what our food would taste like. For our wedding, we had their "low country fare" buffet menu which again was amazing! As we decided to go through with our wedding during COVID times, they did a wonderful job of adapting their service to ensure the safety for our guests as well as their employees. They came with a plan for the passed h'orderves and modified their buffet service appropriately. As for the actual food, it was SO delicious and all of our guests raved about how good it was! A number of guests even asked for their name and information! Particularly, their mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes are to die for! Throughout the entire planning process (which was over a year and a half long), Kelly and Beth was super responsive to my emails and ready to answer any questions my planner or I had. I would highly recommend Cannon for wedding catering services!

food they have ever had. We even chose a different entree than what we had at our tasting (we decided to add brisket), I was nervous without trying it but I think it was the best part of the meal! From the appetizers to main meal everything was phenomenal, the staff was very friendly, and they made sure the food was gluten-free for me since I have celiac, they even kept my gluten free cake in the back for us so it wouldn't get mishandled. Can't thank them enough!

asta w/ marinara sauce. The food was not only wonderful but was displayed beautifully (which was a very important point at my romantic style wedding)!!! They also provided strawberry lemonade, sweet tea, and water for my cocktail hour and reception--very yummy! The only reason I gave them 4 stars on service is because my venue required that Cannon go meet with them and provide several pieces of insurance documentation BEFORE I could begin meetings with all other vendors. Cannon did end up providing all the paperwork, but in a delayed manner which made my other meetings a headache to schedule. I would still definitely recommend Cannon Catering, as their food was delicious and beautiful and their staff a pleasure to work with.
