uly I was thrilled with them. Food was amazing. We did charcuterie and berries for the cocktail hour, which was pretty enough that multiple guests told me they took pictures of it. And you can't really go wrong with charcuterie and berries. Our meal was the fajita bar, which Derian customized to our theme. Presentation was great. Several guests complimented specifics of what they enjoyed, especially the chicken. We had very specific dietary restrictions (celiac, primarily) that were addressed not only during preparation, but also with clear and helpful labeling. They offered custom cocktails, which was very fun. Again, we were able to customize to our theme. Bartenders were efficient and personable. We rented the Hearthside room as well as the outdoor deck space with fire pits, and the space was gorgeous. We used their linens package, which was crisp and classically stylish. When we went in to decorate, everything was set up and beautiful. We had some specific needs with table layouts, including wheelchair users, that were accommodated so seamlessly it looked effortless. They even had high chairs for our very young guests! Two considerations: First, the bathroom: There are two locations for each gender for a total of four multi-stall restrooms. They are clean. They are not pretty. It's one of those things where it doesn't matter that much, but I did overhear comments along the lines of, “Oof! Did you see that?” Far from a deal breaker, just an FYI. Second, the sound system add-on: Consider bringing in your own audio. Their package is inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. There were two standalone speakers, one of which had a microphone with a six foot cord that only fed to the speaker it was attached to. The volume didn't go as high as I would have liked. This isn't a negative about the venue so much as a heads up so you can plan. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this venue for any relatively big event. I would work with them again in the future without any hesitation.
