She kept everything moving along on schedule and made sure all our vendors were where they needed to be. She helped ease my mind knowing that she had everything handled and I could just enjoy the day. 's wedding was originally scheduled for a June 2020 wedding date, but as everyone knows, COVID struck. The venue bent over backwards to assist us in rescheduling the wedding for a November 2020 wedding. Once again, COVID came through with a vengeance, but we were determined to have the wedding in November. Canopy Creek once again, was determined to make my daughter's day beautiful & pressed on for the last wedding of the season, as guests were already arriving when strict rules were put in place. The few guests that arrived had a wonderful time and complemented the venue location. Everyone loved the entire property. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Canopy Creek. They are well worth the money for the venue and the extra money for the Wedding Coordinators! Thank you all for making my Daughter & Son-In-Law's special day a day to remember!

perty. We chose a wooded area near the creek and the photos from it are absolutely stunning. They recently expanded the outdoor patio space, which was so lovely for cocktail hour (especially with the string lights!). They also let the horses out during cocktail hour as well which many of the guests said they thought was really neat! The inside the venue is also beautiful. We had a live band play our reception and the music sounded great inside! Canopy Creek provides you with a day-of coordinator, which was nice for the planner we hired to work to ensure things went smoothly! When it got closer to our wedding date, we wanted to keep stopping by the venue to check things out, which was so easy to do! We worked mostly with Misty, who was very responsive and friendly. Another great thing about the venue is the location! We had a ton of out of town guests and the venue was only about 10 minutes from nearby hotels. We are so happy we chose Canopy Creek and would definitely recommend them to any couples looking to have their special day there!

During the planning process, Misty was a quick phone call or email away. We asked her so many questions leading up the wedding and she was SO helpful! Our day of coordinator Elena was fantastic! Always ensuring our event was running smoothly, on time, and that we were happy with it. She also lead a very helpful wedding rehearsal. Canopy Creek Farm’s owner was there on our wedding day and not only did he help move tables around for us, he talked to me, the bride, and made sure everything was great for my special day! Everyone at canopy creek was very helpful and understanding when we postponed our wedding due to Covid -19. We really can’t say enough wonderful things about Canopy Creek Farm. With it’s beauty inside and out, professional staff members, and its location you can’t get a better wedding venue in the area! The barn is so beautiful, you bearily need any decorations. With booking you get a getting ready room for the women and the men and free day-of wedding coordination! We were married April 10th although we had plans to get married by the beautiful pond, it was a very rainy day. At our rehearsal we planned with Elena our wedding ceremony fully inside. Even though it rained almost all day on our wedding day, it didn’t matter because everything can be held fully inside at Canopy Creek Farm. It doesn’t matter the weather, your wedding will be beautiful at Canopy Creek Farm! We truly had the best wedding day we could imagine at Canopy Creek Farm. Book them!

She ensured that everything went perfectly, communicated with us tons, and made what could have been an extremely stressful day super easy for us. The venue itself is stunning with tons of options for ceremony locations. The inside is beautiful and barely needs decorations which helped us save some money. The property has a lot of gorgeous spots for unique photos, too! It was easy and stress-free for our vendors to locate and come in and set up while myself and the bridal party were getting ready. Both the bridal room and the groomsmen room were perfect. My husband and I each had 6 people in our respective parties and we had plenty of room for hair and makeup. Can't recommend this place enough as they really work with you to deliver basically anything you want for your day at an extremely competitive price for what you are getting. We chose to get married in the off-season (March 27) and saved $1,000 off the typical Saturday wedding price because of that. With that wedding date, in Ohio especially, weather is up in the air and it was comforting to us to know that if our outdoor ceremony needed to get moved indoors due to bad weather that there were multiple backup plans in place. Canopy Creek also provided a huge list of recommended vendors for every single piece of the wedding day and every vendor except for food we found through that list. Lastly, their location is super convenient as it is near Austin Landing so our guests were able to make easy reservations at a hotel there and we worked out a shuttle with the hotel that transported guests to the venue and home from the reception which gave us all peace of mind knowing that everyone could party and still get home safe. Thanks to Misty and Elena and Doug, you gave us the most memorable special day.

autiful, but on top of that Canopy was simply awesome to work with. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of freedom to make the day our own and continued to be flexible as plans changed due to COVID. Even before we signed a contract they were transparent and upfront about what they had to offer and what could be seen as limitations (super minor things like not putting tape on the barn walls). We never came across hidden fees or felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed to death. Canopy feels like a family owned business with all the perks and professionalism of a commercial venue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Emily basically did most of the vendor research for us and chose our officiant, decor/linen/flower company, photographer, alcohol provider and band! She alleviated a lot of stress in having to decide. Sharon and Janet (wedding coordinators) ran an awesome ship! they made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be, that the vendors were where they needed to be, and that all the guest were having a good time. My husband and I were so glad we chose this venue. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but everyone works together to make your special day as relaxing as it can be. The bridal suite and bachelor barn were a great addition and the new bar was beautiful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding!

Janet coached us on decorating, gave us time saving tips and was our hero the entire wedding day any time we fell short, lost an item or just needed an understanding ear. and I relaxed and got ready in the adorable bridal suite while my husband and the boys hung out in the groom's room. Having the wedding day coordinator Estefany there to take care of the small, last minute details let me focus on enjoying the day. Even though it was winter, we still took plenty of amazing pictures with the horses and the scenery without having to change locations just to get different backgrounds. We utilized the beautiful and versatile main building for both our ceremony and reception and it was perfect! Brides, come see this venue, you won't regret it!

Our reception was inside with air conditioning which was a plus! The venue is so clean including the grounds. Our vendors appreciated the large kitchen. was just beautiful. The greenery and pops of sunlight that come through the trees made for gorgeous photos. We liked having the option to have the ceremony outside, and be able to go inside for the reception at the same location. The inside of the barn at Canopy Creek is honestly like a dream. Not much has to be decorated due to it's charm, and the all wood interior makes for an intimate and romantic feel. The staff at Canopy Creek were amazing to work with, and we truly felt as though they wanted the most perfect day for us! As we all know, planning for an outdoor ceremony is risky but we felt at ease because the staff at Canopy Creek was willing to flip the inside of the barn to fit a ceremony inside if the weather would not have cooperated. I could go on forever about how magical Canopy Creek is! You will not be disappointed in Canopy Creek!!
