The venue’s catering was exceptional and the decor set up was beautiful. My banquet captain, Sam, also helped my husband and I with break down, and she made sure we had food taken home! 10/10 staff, especially my coordinator Haley!  My husband and I are so appreciative of Wedgewood, thank you!!!

When Sam took over for the night, it was such a smooth transition. Sam was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We cannot thank the both of them for all of their hard work and the effort they put in to make our day so special. Additionally, our guests loved the food, bar service, DJ, desserts, decor/florals, and the Canopy Grove venue overall. We got so many complements for how amazing our wedding was. A special shoutout to Bre, who was an absolute godsend throughout this entire process. She answered every email promptly, kept us organized, and offered the best advice and the kindest words when the inevitable wedding stress popped up. e all very helpful and flexible. They tried to accommodate every special request that we had, and really went out of their way to make it special. We had some outside the box requests and they were very cool about all of them! Any minor hiccups/complaints that we had completely pale in comparison to our overall satisfaction and confidence with our decision to get married here!

We had a lot of fun on our wedding day (3/23/25) and it's thanks to our coordinator and team, Bre, Sam, Heather, and more, who made it happen. I was also surprised at the thoughtful gift of a picture of us from the ceremony waiting for us at our sweetheart table! They helped us plan a wedding in less than 4 months. We also appreciated their reminders when we owed them information :) We also liked the vendors Canopy Grove recommended (HCD Florals and Elegance on Display).

re also so friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect of the wedding, and also treated us as if we were good friends. Their team really cared about making sure our experience and our vision came to life through consistently checking in and giving us different options to make sure we loved what we were signing up for. We worked with many members of the Canopy Grove team but our main point of contact and wedding coordinator was Katey. She absolutely exceeded our expectations and was so on top of every little detail. She never missed a thing and always had a solution for everything. She made us feel so confident the days leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day when all of our nerves started to show! We couldn’t have done it without Katey and team. In addition, our banquet captain Christina was also incredibly friendly and was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were taken care of the whole reception. She made us feel like royalty the whole night and had everything we needed at our sweetheart table. We couldn’t have asked for a better leader for the reception! Overall we would 1000% recommend this venue and company to any couple. Prices are reasonable, vendors that they work with (including HCD for florals and DJ Maestro for music) are outstanding, and customer service is next level. This was by far the BEST DAY of our lives and we can’t wait to keep sharing to more people about how much we enjoyed our experience with Canopy Grove by Wedgewood Weddings. 10/10, 5 Star, no question!

ecause we had the best wedding team. First of all our wedding coordinator Marissa was amazing from planing to the day of she was there to make sure everything we wanted was done perfectly. Photographer Megan was truly amazing she made us feel comfortable and was extremely patient with our flower girls lol she made sure we captured sunset pictures she made that happen she also communicated extremely well with our second photographer to make sure me and my husband didn't see eachother before the wedding it was the little details for me that made me feel extremely special and happy with their work. Our DJ Andrea was incredible also we all know we all have certain family members that wanna make changes but she definitely made sure to politely let them know that me and her had a plan already and she made sure that my wishes were fulfilled and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. The music she played was just perfect and we definitely enjoyed the time. Our florist decorated our ceremony area just beautiful and our reception area was just how I always pictured it. Honestly they made our visions come alive and I wish I could relive our wedding again everything about was beautiful and this was all possible because of wedgewood weddings literally they have everything there no need to stress about anything their communication with us as far as our appointments was amazing honestly everyone in my family was amazed on how relaxed I was I literally didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you guys so much for a memorable experience that me and my husband will never forget. We will definitely recommend everyone to wedgewood. See you in our 10 year anniversary ☺️

her! I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else without all the planning and support from all the professionals at Canopy Grove. We had looked at upwards of 10 venues before our first meeting with Canopy Grove. But after our first meeting, we knew it was going to be a perfect fit. And, I would like to preface that Canopy Grove had its first wedding in April 2023 and when we booked in February of 2023, the venue hadn't even been completed when we booked, so our commitment was based on good faith and at the hands of our Wedgewood planning team! They did some upgrades/modifications before our wedding in February 2024, and with each update our coordinators were in contact with us by email with accompanying photos. HUGE shout out to the O.G. Melinda! She was with us from Day 1 and we could not have been more happy with ALL her help! She is well-deserving of her promotion! Another shout out to Bre and Taylor because we definitely had some wedding drama as it was leading up to the wedding day, and it was handled professionally and discreetly to make our wedding ideals/dreams come to fruition. We also have to share recognition to ALL the Wedgewood team at Canopy Grove, including to the partners we used (HCD florist, Cute Cakes, DJ Maestro) because you all are amazing and we were speechless and overwhelmingly impressed with how flawless and well-coordinated (in all aspects) our wedding went! The team even prepared meals for us to go home with, as well as our late night pretzel snacks, and plenty of water! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! The process was straightforward and easy to follow and the wedding planner binder was a beautiful touch that helped us keep everything organized and structured throughout the wedding planning process. Whenever I had a question or concern, the Wedgewood team would answer my emails promptly and always had creative ideas and solutions to solve any issues that developed during the wedding planning process. The entire wedding planning process as well as our wedding day was stress-free and enjoyable because of the entire Wedgewood team. Feedback from our Guests: Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious all of the food was! Additionally, we kept getting numerous positive comments about how beautiful and peaceful the venue was! From the gorgeous mountain scenery to the beautiful event barn, guests could not stop talking about how breathtaking the venue was. Finally, the guests could not stop talking about how fun and organized the wedding was! Everyone seemed to truly enjoy themselves and some individuals said it was the best wedding they've ever attended! Staff Shout-Outs Taylor (Our Day-Of Coordinator): THANK YOU! You constantly were checking in on Jarvis and I and were always making sure that we were taken care of (if we needed more drinks, more food, etc.). /22/23...and it was, quite literally, THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!! I won't lie and say every moment of the planning process went off without a hitch - there were definitely some worries when we decided to book a venue last July that was still under construction. And yes, construction didn't go as planned, but the Canopy Grove team was fantastic throughout the process...and I think the adjustments they made are even better than expected - like the fencing to make the ceremony space more private and intimate. The finished venue is stunning. We received so many compliments from all of our guests about it being the perfect venue...and we also lucked out with some pretty perfect weather, despite the heat wave hitting southern California. Before I go into all the details of all the things that were amazing, let me start by thanking our incredible day-of coordinator, Brinley. You are an absolute ROCKSTAR!! You made our day so incredibly special, and even when I could tell unexpected things were happening on the day, you did not let on with any stress and handled everything (including rolling those barrel tables to hold our hexagon arch inside). I heart you and truly can't thank you enough for making our day one to remember, not only for us, but also for all of our guests. And for that super special gift you left on our sweetheart table - you instantly made me cry. Sending you the absolute biggest hug. You helped make my dream day turn into a reality and I will never forget it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Just some of the compliments we received: *food was absolutely delicious, and we had a lot of picky eaters and kids - so the fact that everyone was happy and went back for more, says everything! *Kyon, our DJ - oh, I can't thank you enough. You kept the music during cocktail hour and dinner the exact right volume, where everyone could talk and hang out - and then got everyone on the dance floor with the incredible music you played the rest of the night. You made our night so fun and memorable, thank you thank you thank you! *the venue is gorgeous and absolutely perfect *the lawn games during cocktail hour were a hit *one of the best weddings our guests have ever been to - because they truly felt taken care of (all because our Canopy Grove coordinators know exactly how to run a wedding and the timing that keeps everything moving smoothly) *Derek the magician blew everyone away *flowers were gorgeous (thank you Heather and whole HCD team) *cake was beautiful and delicious (thank you Cute Cakes and HCD team for the flowers on it) I'm sure I'm missing something...but seriously, if you want to have a beautiful wedding without all the stress (because the all-inclusive aspect of Wedgewood Weddings truly makes the process so much easier), I could not recommend Canopy Grove more. You will be so happy that you did - and your guests will compliment your wedding all night and via texts the next day. We made the absolute BEST DECISION when we said yes to the venue last summer - and my dream wedding came true because of you guys.
