Canopy Houston Catering

Canopy is, hands down, the best caterer in Houston. I met Claire, from Canopy, years ago and hired her because I love the restaurant, and she knocked my socks off! Since then, Canopy has catered events I plan for work, my annual family Christmas parties, fundraisers I have hosted, and my wedding and rehearsal dinner. I trusted her so much that I didn't even do food tastings, though she would have happily done this. We came up with a menu and I knew it would be delicious. The best thing? She can make anything and fit in to any theme. She designs the menu around the mood of the event - she personalizes every dish. My wedding had a hint of New Orleans flair, and she suggested a gumbo bar - such a crowd pleaser! Finally, I can't say enough about the Canopy event staff - they are professional in every sense. They're prompt, well-prepared and able to adapt as situations arise.
