We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sara's work at our wedding in August of 2022. She was not only extremely helpful and kind during the day, she really did her best to try...
and hit all the points/photos that were important to us. Our day was truly less stressful with her there and how she assisted in guiding and our families for photos and other activities.
Even before the wedding there was great communication and she was more than happy to answer my questions and help in making a general timeline for the day and photos. The same goes for scheduling our engagement photo shoot. She was flexible with scheduling and helped with choosing a location and poses.
Finally, the photos we received were exactly what we were wanting. Going into it we wanted a more natural photo style , and she perfectly captured our day as we saw it (honestly maybe a bit better than we looked at some points lol). Photos of family and the reception were also really important for us to have, and she did a great job with the darker lighting inside and capturing the mood of the evening in her photos. We also received sneak peaks super quick and our full photo set in a very timely manner, despite the busy season.
Overall, we will be using Sara for any other photo needs we have in the future and recommend her whole heartedly.

The photographs are absolutely gorgeous, we had the best evening going through them all and remembering little moments of the day – and discovering moments we didn't know had happened. So much more than documentation, your photos are full of love, emotion, energy, style and detail. have been obsessing over your photos and are so happy with them. Our families are raving about how great they are and can't wait to share them with absolutely everyone they see.

nd was a great help throughout the whole planning process. She went above and beyond of just being a photographer. She's willing to help with anything you need during the planning process such as timeline creation and vendor recommendations.
When it comes to actually taking the photos she did a great job of making sure we got the shots we told her we wanted as well as giving us fun and easy poses. She's great with finding the perfect lighting for the best photos and if there isn't the best natural light she's able to add in her own artificial lighting but still make it look natural.
On the day of the wedding she showed up almost an hour early. She did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and was always right there when we needed her and then in the background taking photos when we didn't.
In terms of photo editing, Sara is absolutely amazing! She does an amazing job with sunset and evening/night photos. And she was even able to edit my dress strap back on after it had ripped off.
I'm so glad we picked Sara to be our wedding photographer and we'd definitely hire her again for maternity/newborn/family photos in the future even if it means having to drive 4 hours to Kansas City
