I hired Kelley for my wedding hairstyle, as well as my bridal party. She was incredibly flexible with my bridal party on the day of the wedding, which allowed me to relax. My hairstyle lasted all night, which is a miracle since my hair tends to fall out of styles easily. I highly recommend Kelley's services as she is professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. Kelley is simply the best! She has amazing energy, incredible talent, and unmatched attention to detail. Kelley listened to what I said I wanted for my hair and brought it to life for my most special day. My hair is gorgeous and luxurious every time I see her, and to be honest, I always feel like I can't wait until it's time to see her again...but for my wedding it was absolute perfection. I'm not from Atlanta so it was refreshing to find someone as great as Kelley to help me take care of my hair, and I am forever grateful to her for making me look so beautiful for my wedding. I had an amazing time getting my hair done by Kelley! She made the entire experience comfortable, exciting, and an absolute pleasure! She listen to every want and concern and delivered on every point. Her attention to detail left me with an evening where I didn't need to worry about my hair except for how wonderful it looked! I met Kelley soon after I moved to the ATL area and I was in need of a serious haircut. I looked through their IM page and her work looked amazing so I decided to give them a try. I was a little scared at first because I am so particular about the people that dress my hair. I've had the same hair stylist for over 10 years so this was a huge leap of faith for me. As soon as I stepped foot into the salon, Kelley was such a beam of sunshine and just a lovely person to work with. She is passionate about her job and it clearly translates to the quality of service and work that she delivers to her customers. Kelley made me feel at home for the start and we connected right away. She is extremely talented and professional. She has a great eye to read people's style and knows exactly how to visualize it, communicate it and deliver it flawlessly. After my first appointment I felt extremely happy to have found a salon that could glam me up whenever I need it. Kelley goes above and beyond to create the perfect customer experience which simply makes you come back. Besides looking for a Salon, I also wanted to find the right person who could style my hair for my wedding day. My plan was to visit a few salons to hopefully find someone I could trust. As a paying customer you obviously want quality work and service. While choosing all our wedding vendors it came down to - Did we connect? Do I trust you? Will you deliver? There was no doubt in my mind that I had found the right place.I cancelled other Bridal trials I had scheduled and decided to book a trial with Kelley shortly after. From the day of the trial to the actual day of the wedding, Kelley went above and beyond to make me a happy and make me look amazing. Leading up to the wedding, I would text her images of the hair styles I liked. Kelley would always respond with so much excitement and positive vibes. She was always available and responded to all my questions and concerns so quickly. She made me feel like she was just a great friend who happened to be an amazingly talented hair dresser. Up to this day, I consider her to be great person one of those that you don’t find very often who is completely passionate about her job and also cares deeply for her customers. During my wedding day, she arrived there early and promptly. I was a little nervous that she would have a hard time finding the venue (which was in downtown Atlanta) and the room we would be getting ready in. Later that day, she mentioned she had actually driven by the venue once before to avoid any issues during my wedding day. To me, that’s exceptional customer service.Kelley was ready and anticipated all of our needs. I couldn't have found a better person to glam me and my bridal party up. Kelley ended up styling four people in total including the bride. Everyone was ready in time and looked like royalty afterwards. Our Up-Dos stayed intact all night and I got a million compliments on my hair. I am so thankful that Kelley was part of our big day. Knowing I was in great hands was such a relief the day of the wedding. I knew I could relax and close my eyes because I was in the hands of a professional.
