We’re Toni and Ryan, the husband-and-wife team behind Canyon Cocktails. What started as a shared love of traditional cocktails, the history of spirits, and the art of a truly well-made drink eventually led us to ask ourselves: why not start a bar of our own? By day, Ryan is a professional pilot and Toni serves as a Director of Human Resources. Canyon Cocktails is our passion project, a creative outlet that allows us to share something we genuinely love while creating memorable experiences for others. Our professional backgrounds have shaped the way we approach every event. Ryan brings the precision, preparation, and attention to detail that come with a career in aviation, while Toni brings years of experience focused on people, service, communication, and creating positive experiences. Together, we bring those strengths behind the bar. For us, Canyon Cocktails is about so much more than serving drinks. We believe the bar should be part of the experience, something that feels just as thoughtful and intentional as the flowers, music, food, and décor. From carefully selected spirits and beautifully crafted cocktails to polished presentation and genuine hospitality, our goal is to create an experience that feels elevated, classy, and personal without ever feeling stuffy. We have a genuine appreciation for the history, craftsmanship, and traditions behind the drinks we serve, but what we love most is the way a great cocktail can bring people together. Some of the best conversations, celebrations, and memories happen with a glass in hand. Being invited to be a part of someone’s wedding or special celebration is something we never take for granted.
