Cape Cod Valet

Cape Cod Valet was by far the least professional of all of my vendors - and had the worst communication skills. At no point during our transaction was there a formal bill, invoice and/or receipt, for instance. At no point during our transaction were they able to tell me how many valet staff there would be at my event. No matter how many planning calls we had, there was never a single plan. The only paperwork I received was a word document that said, "Quote" with a demand for a "deposit" that same day - with no mention of whether said deposit should be 10%, 25%, 50%, etc. Just "give me money, now." At the end of my wedding night, one of the Valet staff went to my dad and told him they needed the rest of the (never agreed upon) amount. Just "hey, we need $x, now." - no invoice, no receipt, nothing. Just, "give me a check". It was very frustrating to work with them. This should've bene one of the most simple vendors to cross off my list - quite the opposite. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I won a gift certificate from a bridal show for this valet company. $1000... I was so excited until he was not calling back and getting in touch with him was difficult. My mother finally got a hold of him and he did go see the wedding location himself. The day of the wedding our valet did not show up on time. He showed up after the start of the ceremony and after everyone had parked themselves.... It took numerous phone calls to the owner to have someone there. My dad was pretty sure the kid who showed was either high or drunk... and people are suppose to trust him with their cars....

My daughter was getting married at my mothers house on the water in Osterville, Ma. we were all set until we realized we had a one car driveway that circled back out to the road, we had asked the caterer Casual Gourmet if she knew of anyone that could help us, she recommended Cape Cod Valet. I called Matt at Cape Cod Valet and stated not to worry that he would come over and look at the situation, well he came over and my fears were put to rest, on the day of the wedding Matt had 5 valets there and everything went as smooth as it could possibly go they even helped bring in the chairs from the ceremony and set them around the tables. I cannot say enough about Matt and his valets it was a true pleasure having them at my daughters wedding.
