g you hope for when coordinating transportation for such an important day. Our guests were shuttled smoothly between venues without a hitch, and the drivers were professional and courteous throughout. Having them take care of the transportation gave us one less thing to worry about, and they handled it flawlessly. Highly recommend Cape Destinations for any event—especially weddings on the Cape!

time which made us a bit nervous in terms of resposiveness so that’s something to keep in mind but a few weeks out before the wedding, they sent a survey to fill out the schedule, stops, and timing. I’d recommend going over it over phone to get an idea of the timelines/schedule but ultimately on the day of, we didn’t need to stress about it and the drivers were timely and very good.

s sent the routing guide to fill out and I did so, specifying one bus for our guests at the All Seasons and one bus for our guests at the Lighthouse Inn. After our reception at LHI, we had an after party at Ember. I specified that we wanted continuous pick up and drop offs between the hotels and the after party. I got the routing back maybe a week later and it was incorrect and had no buses at all returning to the LHI for those guests. While looking at the times and number of people we were shuttling around, we also decided to book a third bus just to make sure everyone would fit. My dad spoke with them directly on the phone regarding this. So the first two buses were now going to be for All Seasons and the third bus was going to be for Lighthouse Inn. They said they would send the new routing to us. The week of the wedding came and I got a message saying that they never received the routing guide from me. We called them again and they sent us new routing. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made again, and the routing was not finalized until the Thursday before our Sunday wedding. They also asked that we email them all of our responses so that it was in writing, which we did. The routing that they send is super confusing and not easy to read. I was including this info on a card for all of our wedding guests to have when they arrived at the hotels- so I had to figure out how to articulate what they sent me so normal people could read it. Once I finished this, I thought we were all set. The day of our wedding, I was feeling good because our guests appeared to be arriving on time to the venue for our ceremony. Then after after the reception the two buses for All Seasons started the after party route. I do think that the two buses from the All Seasons followed the routing and did what they were supposed to, with some minor times that were off from the schedule provided (I know traffic and things can happen so it won't be perfect). But the real problem came with the third bus. The third bus was scheduled to pick up at the Lighthouse Inn at 5:35PM to go to Ember (party started at 6pm). No bus arrived, so at 5:45PM I called the number of the driver that was provided to me. A man answered and had no idea what I was talking about and said that he wasn't scheduled to work today. Panic set in as I was waiting with 40 people to go to Ember. I called a second number of one of the bus drivers that was operating one of the All Seasons buses. She answered and was very pleasant, and said that she could come and pick us up from LHI to ensure that we get where we needed to. I told her no, that she was supposed to be taking care of out All Seasons guests (since we have 60+ there) and that we wanted the third bus that we paid for. She said she would call her boss and take care of it. Around 5:55pm a bus arrived at LHI. The driver was nice, but asked for directions of how to get to Ember, so the groom had to do that on the way there. Once we got to Ember, I gave the bus driver the schedule that I had made and had given out to our guests. We talked through it so he understood the schedule. He said that my schedule was way better than the one that he got from the company and that theirs did not make any sense. I was told by other guests who were on the All Seasons bus that those drivers also used the schedule I made. It is wild to me that we would pay this much money, only to be stressing about the schedule, having to make my own route to show the bus drivers, and then the day of it wasn't even executed properly. I would not use this company again. I also want to mention that every time I called (expect maybe one phone conversation with Brittney) I felt like I was a burden and rushed off of the phone even though I still had questions while speaking to staff. Not good customer service or organization.

The Cape Destinations team was super helpful with last minute tweaks needed, including one the night before the wedding. Unfortunately, (maybe because it was their very busy wedding season) we had to be extra diligent and proactive regarding communication and follow up which created some unnecessary angst. r, and a 29 passenger van on the wedding day. The van had one stop at an Airbnb and one stop at the host hotel, both delivered to Wequassett. The person we worked with was extremely unorganized and unresponsive. I submit the “wedding planning guide form” for my rehearsal dinner (which was 6/27/24) on March 25th 2024. I followed up on April 24th, May 8th, and May 16th with not a single response back. On May 20th (nearly 2 months later) she finally responded and said I needed to fill out the form… the one that was already completed in March. When I asked if it was all set, she responded with “I haven't started working on your routing/timing yet. I am focusing on the weddings that are happening sooner.” Then she asked for the form AGAIN on May 30th at which time I re-attached the original email confirmation from March. An absolute joke. And keep in mind, everything was already paid in full at this time. They charge your card in increments from the day you sign the contract. I ended up starting a new email chain to the general sales email address due to the lack of response working direct. Any time I spoke with my representative, she would make a snarky comment that it was way too tricky to keep track of what was going on because there were too many email chains. She waited until nearly the last moment to do my wedding day transportation. It was beyond frustrating. At one point, I was going to add a second vehicle for a one way transfer after the wedding. Over the phone, she quoted me a price almost 15% higher than the 2024 pricing brochure I was sent, though the other 2 vehicles I did use matched the brochure pricing exact. This didn’t make any sense. I ended up using a different company for the one way transfer. Luckily, they did show up on time and provide the transportation I paid for. But on the wedding day, one of my guests informed me that there was another group waiting outside the host hotel for a different wedding. My guest asked which wedding the shuttle was for, and the Cape Destinations driver didn’t know. My guest saw a sign on the floor of the shuttle with our last names which was supposed to be hung on the window. That’s how they knew the shuttle was for my wedding. Pathetic and unprofessional if you ask me. If you are an organized bride that wants to get items completed early, and work with vendors who are respectful and good at communicating, I do NOT recommend using Cape Destinations.

I want to acknowledge that we think it may have been an aspect of our specific account manager, who was unpleasant and made it seem like we were making her life so tough by requesting transportation. BUT, on our wedding day, they did their job. We didn't hear any negative feedback about the drivers. If you want an easy booking process for wedding transportation, this is NOT it.

The drivers (especially Mike on the trolley) were fantastic and very friendly. My guests were thoroughly pleased with their experiences on the buses. I would hire Cape Destinations for any transportation needs on the Cape.

The bus even made an extra trip for us to pick up guests who had missed the original pick up time. We would highly recommend Cape Destinations for any couples getting married on/near the Cape!

They had 4 due dates and never charged us until we asked them which is a bit annoying with wedding budgets. Plus all three modes of transportation were on different invoices which made things even more confusing. I also had a bit trouble getting in touch with the office quickly, as I'm sure they are busy as they are the only big limo business on the Cape. They did promise driver info before our big day, which we did receive.

dor so I really wanted to ensure everything was perfect, due to how much I was spending. I was consistently very kind to the Coordinator and felt honestly personally hurt when she stopped responding to me so close to my wedding. Brides, a warning that the planning process with Cape Destinations will likely be one of the most stressful parts of your wedding preparation, but the drivers themselves are incredible and everything will work out. All of the drivers were professional, personable, and organized. They showed up on time for everything and went above and beyond for us. There are limited options on Cape Cod for transportation for large weddings so I am sure they just feel as though they can get away with anything, including ghosting clients. Their drivers make up for it. I hope Cape Destinations finds better Coordinators soon.

At the end of the night, the guests were picked up at the venue and driven back to the hotel, however both busses drove our guests back to the wrong hotel. We got no apology from the drivers after the mistake. The situation was not rectified by the company in a meaningful way. For this reason, I would not recommend Cape Destinations.

Although we weren't able to take full advantage of what we paid for, we were grateful for David who transported our wedding party to the beach for some beautiful photos!
