The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is they were inconsistent with payment. They had 4 due dates and never charged us until we asked them which is a bit annoying with wedding budgets. Plus all three modes of transportation were on different invoices which made things even more confusing. I also had a bit trouble getting in touch with the office quickly, as I'm sure they are busy as they are the only big limo business on the Cape. They did promise driver info before our big day, which we did receive.

how much I was spending. I was consistently very kind to the Coordinator and felt honestly personally hurt when she stopped responding to me so close to my wedding. Brides, a warning that the planning process with Cape Destinations will likely be one of the most stressful parts of your wedding preparation, but the drivers themselves are incredible and everything will work out. All of the drivers were professional, personable, and organized. They showed up on time for everything and went above and beyond for us. There are limited options on Cape Cod for transportation for large weddings so I am sure they just feel as though they can get away with anything, including ghosting clients. Their drivers make up for it. I hope Cape Destinations finds better Coordinators soon.

otel and driven to the venue. At the end of the night, the guests were picked up at the venue and driven back to the hotel, however both busses drove our guests back to the wrong hotel. We got no apology from the drivers after the mistake. The situation was not rectified by the company in a meaningful way. For this reason, I would not recommend Cape Destinations.

aded to a trolley (we're still not sure why - it was a one-way transfer, so maybe the trolley needed to go to where we were headed anyway)! Unfortunately, the trolley had mechanical issues (engine was overheating is what they told us), causing us to pull over and wait for 30 minutes for a bus to come pick us up. It was 80+ degrees out and we couldn't have the trolley on for the air conditioning, so it was pretty awful. Fortunately, it happened after the ceremony as we were headed to take pictures. But it put us behind schedule and we didn't end up getting all the pictures we wanted because we had to get back to the venue for the reception. Our bus driver was extremely apologetic and did her best to get the bus there as soon as possible, so I can't blame her at all. She also stayed with us the rest of the time and ended up driving the bus to the beach and then a different trolley back to the reception. But it was still a bit disappointing given how expensive the trolleys are (by the hour). We haven't heard anything from the company as far as an apology or refund...

uses were on-time and got all of our guests from the hotels to the venue and back at the end of the night without any issues. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the AC in the mid-size coach was broken. Instead of air conditioning, the vents were blowing WARM air onto our guests. In any other season this may not be a big issue, but on our 85 degree July wedding day, our guests showed up quite literally dripping with sweat, despite having opened all of the windows on the bus. When one of our guests asked about the AC situation, the driver replied that “it’s been broken”…. implying that this had already been an issue long before our wedding day and yet was not communicated to neither my husband or myself, nor were we provided compensation, as we obviously were specifically hiring buses with air conditioning considering the month of our wedding.

Cape Cod destinations responded quickly to all of my questions and needs and provided all the information we needed before the wedding. My only complaint is that they were supposed to send information a month before the wedding and then follow-up with a coordination call a week before the wedding which I had to initiate. They were always helpful when I called or emailed but I would have appreciated if they had followed their promised communication plan.
But the most important thing was to provide punctual and reliable shuttle service for our guests and they did that well!

The drivers all showed up on time and everyone arrived to the ceremony when they were supposed to. The one thing I would suggest would be to call them instead of emailing them, because I think they answer calls much more often. Besides that they were wonderful and I would definitely recommend them.
absolutely not! so rude and basically will tell you that its your fault that you and your wedding party were left at your venue and stranded. Do not even waste your time with this company. The driver is rude and communication is absolutely low....

our wedding venue at 3:00pm and return to the hotel following the reception at 10:00pm. Our driver departed the venue at 10:15pm with 40 plus guests. At approximately 10:25pm we were called and told that the bridal party was looking for the bus. The bus returned to the venue after dropping guests and picked up an additional 17 passengers at approximately 10:50pm and returned them to the hotel.
There are several matters that we would like to discuss with you. First, there seems to be a discrepancy in the time you were expecting the return transportation. We had the bus scheduled for 10:00pm, immediately following the reception, but your expectation was a 10:30pm departure. Secondly, the school bus can only accommodate a maximum of 46 adults. In the two trips we moved nearly 60 people.

We also recognize that somewhere in our process the communication regarding your services did not succeed and your expectations did not match with our schedule. o plan. The day after my wedding I had charges to my credit card for “over time” of buses which never happened. The guests were on the buses at the contracted time. After a long conversation with a representative the morning after my wedding he was able to remove these non contracted charges. Great services, sneaky charging habits.
