price! We went with passed charcuterie cones for our cocktail hour and prime rib and salmon for our plated dinner. We hosted our seated dinner on a non-traditional part of the venue that required CCC to cook and prepare out of a different kitchen on-site and it went on without any problems. Also, the bartending staff was fantastic! I am a very avid recycler. The bartending staff was sure to tell anyone who threw (or was about to throw) their cans or bottles in the trash to take them instead to the designated recycling bins and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated their respect and vigilance for my wishes. Also, coming around the corner of the house lining up with my husband for our grand entrance for the first time as newlyweds, the CCC staff began to wave and cheer for us - this meant so much to us and really solidified the great decision we made with going with CCC. The one small hiccup we had with CCC was the length of time it took them to deposit our initial deposit check which had me worrying for about 2 months - especially because they never gave us notice they had received our mailed payment. When planning a wedding there is a lot of cash flow going out - prompt check deposit (or at least receipt of the check) would have put me more at ease. It was also a bit difficult to get in contact with CCC by calling their main line during this experience. However, overall I would still give CCC a very positive rating given their performance after this hiccup and would still recommend them as a vendor for both catering and bartending services! One last positive with going with CCC for bartending was that any unopened alcohol was returned by them to the distributor and that helped us save a little bit of money after the event which is always a great feeling!

hit—despite some disappointments (the hushpuppy waffles were quite hard/tough and the cutlery provided wasn't up to the job), and the service was professional. However, there were some issues during the planning process and at the event that we didn't experience with any of our other vendors. In planning, CCC was difficult to get in touch with on multiple occasions, and communications were lacking. At the event, they worked to get out of there as quick as they could, which led to a missed communication about the doggy bag of food they had packed (i.e. unrefrigerated salmon leftovers discovered a day later). What was most disappointing, though, was that the CCC team insisted on cutting our wedding cake when our wedding planner's team had already begun to do so. We were really excited about our cake but didn't get a chance to actually eat any of it at our reception. The CCC team informed our wedding planner's team that we had paid a cake-cutting fee (that we never discussed with LeeAnne), and handled it instead. We searched for the leftover cake the next day to discover that the remaining cake (1/3 - 1/2 of the bottom tier) had been thrown out.

re the fried chicken with Gouda and Mac and Cheese bar, pulled pork on hush puppy waffles, and shrimp and grits! They were also nice and fixed us up a to go box for later. Mmm can I order some for dinner now? I’m getting hungry just writing my review!!

great to work with. They are very flexible and accommodating and are willing to do what it takes to make the day smooth and enjoyable for the couple. We are already hoping for another event they can cater for us!
