We are a team of customer-oriented professionals and our goal is to provide top-quality, stress-free transportation to customers in the North Alabama region. Our fleet consists of 56-passenger charter buses and our brand new Rocket City Trolley.
Our Rocket City Trolley seats up to 32 passengers and has a beautiful vintage interior complete with wooden benches, overhead brass railing, and leather grab handles. It also features surrounding speakers, aux input, A/C, a brass bell, and a wheel chair lift.
Our vehicle fleet ranges in size so we are able to accommodate any needs your group may have. Whether it's shuttling guests to and from your reception, or arriving with the wedding party in style, we are happy to serve you and make your occasion special from start to finish.
Our main goal is the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Our mechanics conduct stringent daily checks on our fleet, ensuring that each motorcoach meets the required standard of safety and comfort. In addition, Capital Trailways has been a proud member of both the American Bus Association and United Motorcoach Association for many years.

would no longer be available. Kim called to let us know that they ordered the wrong part and the part we needed couldn’t come in on time and the trolley cannot be used. She was kind and apologetic, but I don’t feel the company itself handled the situation appropriately.
After many phone calls back and forth, we were eventually told the trolley would still be coming to our wedding, but it might not have air conditioning. We were completely fine with that because having the trolley was what mattered most to us. Then, at 4:00 p.m., we received another call saying the trolley was no longer coming after all. The constant back-and-forth made an already stressful time even more overwhelming.
I was initially told our options were a charter bus or a refund. That wasn’t an acceptable substitute for us because the trolley held sentimental value. My fiancé’s parents rode the same trolley on their wedding day, and it was something we had looked forward to sharing on ours as well. Kim said the Vice President would call me, but he never did. I ended up calling him myself around 4:00 p.m., and he didn’t seem to know who I was or the details of the situation.
The Vice President eventually offered us a discount in addition to providing the charter bus, which I appreciated. However, no discount could replace the special meaning the trolley had for us, and having to deal with this the day before our wedding caused unnecessary stress and disappointment during what should have been an exciting time.
Our bus driver was friendly, and the bus was clean and air-conditioned, but another disappointment was that the sound system barely worked. We couldn’t hear the music even with the volume turned all the way up.
While I appreciate the kindness of Kim and our driver, I cannot recommend a company that canceled a reservation made nearly a year in advance just one day before the event, repeatedly changed what we were told to expect, and handled the communication so poorly

hot day in Huntsville, AL. We were not pleased with the sweaty mess the bridal party was as we made our way to take pictures, the church ceremony, and the reception. Hair was frizzy and had to be fixed several times on both sides, makeup was getting smeared, and the men in their tuxedos were drenched. You can imagine how frustrating this was as we would not have done with this service if we had known the AC was not going to be working AS IT WAS ADVERTISED TO BE. The driver stated she was “fixing” it on the day of the wedding and NOTHING was changed. Not only this, but it was advertised that there was Bluetooth/radio. This was also FALSE. No music was played on their end. Thankfully, we had a speaker. This company and their charter was arguably the worst experience of the day.
After sending an email the day after the wedding to Kim, the manager, I have still not received a response. Radio silence just like their charter that they falsely advertised. I should’ve known better after that miserable experience on our wedding day. I paid the full amount for a service that was not fully given. Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone looking for group transportation.
