My engagement ring was originally purchased in Pennsylvania. After moving to Arizona, I needed a new jeweler to help with maintenance like re-plating, sizing etc. When I went to Ca...
pri to have the ring re-sized, it was sized down to a 1.5 (instead of up to a 4)! It was incredibly small. I was disappointed, but understood that mistakes happen. I was promised it would be ready after two days.
Two days passed, then three, four, five. I called each day and was promised it would be ready the next day. Finally I was told it was ready and on its way by courier to the Chandler store. I could pick it up in two hours. The ring was never fixed, and was never on the courier.
Finally, after over a week of being misled and having to be without my ring, I picked it up and was charged the full fee. I inquired about the charge, and more importantly, about what actually happened to my ring. I was told I had to pay in full, and they offered no reasonable explanation or apology.
Needless to say, I was very disappointed by their flippant attitudes, dishonesty and poor customer service. Will not be returning ever again.

Our experience at Capri Jewelers was a breath of fresh air compared to all previous shopping experiences. Their staff is knowledgable, accommodating and allow you to spend your time looking around without the pressure and never-ending sales pitch you typically find with other retailers. I found several beautiful designs in their store, but ultimately my husband worked with their staff to create a custom design. It is gorgeous! They have the skill and knowledge to design any custom jewelry you find at other retailers, online, etc. My wedding set exceeded my expectations.
Along with my wedding set, we also purchased my husband's ring at their store. I found the perfect band with a wood inlay, but they also have several other options for men that don't lean towards a more rustic band. His band arrived in less than a week and we have received several compliments.

When we went to purchase wedding bands, we did not consider anywhere else except Capri! Again, the manager of the store spent time researching the type of bands I wanted and was able to locate them and custom the fit to my engagement ring. My rings are unique to me and that was exactly what I wanted! The value and the quality of their products are above your average jewelry store. The service we received from the manager was exceptional! We will definitely be going back to Capri to purchase jewelry from now on. We have also referred our friends there and they are just as happy we were! Thanks!
