signs and ring styles after being very picky and obsessive. She was extremely patient even after I thought I had my mind set, that slowly changed, while I was inspired by a ring I viewed after browsing their Instagram page.
I told her what I liked and what I didn't and she knew what I was going for. My vision aligned with hers and the final product was so beautiful. My husband and I are so happy to have come across this wonderful family-run establishment and won't even think twice about stepping into another jewelry store. I'll GLADLY recommend them!!!

I am in love with my engagement ring that was custom made by Capri Jewelry. Haygan guided me throughout the entire process, teaching me so much about lab grown and mined diamonds.
...
I picked out a oval diamond and am in love with it more and more, each and every day. While other locations tried to change my mind, Haygan created a ring that I wanted from the first day. Thank you for building the most SPARKLY oval ring for me!
Been meaning to write this review for a while now, because of how great my experience with Nathan was, and at how well the ring turned out. My now husband and I are truly grateful ...
to have met someone who not only made the jewelry buying process so easy, but provided us with such a fair price that I instantly felt inclined to go with them.
Capri Jewelry made my dream come true, and I love the way my ring came out to be. He was always in direct communication with my husband and kept his word from day one, giving us what he stated rather then changing details, weeks later when we decided to purchase the ring. As promised, I will definitely be recommending all my people to them :)
I had a great experience at Capri Jewelry and I’m actually recommending everyone I know about this place while writing this review…
I love, love, love Haygan. I didn’t even check ...
any other place when browsing for my engagement ring. She was so understanding and so easy to work with that it would have been very rude of me to go to other places to compare. As someone who is overly picky, Haygan was so nice from the start and so simple to understand. Rather than trying to up sell, she actually told me what would save me the most money and cost less when designing my engagement ring.
I spent so much time browsing and doing my homework, but Haygan still taught me such helpful and valuable lessons on rings and just how diamonds work. I spent less than I was expecting all while getting the exact ring I dreamed of.

ntion to detail. From the moment we walked into the store, we were warmly welcomed by the whole family, who took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. What really stood out to us was how they went above and beyond to provide us with the perfect engagement ring without being pushy on sales. They took the time to show us a wide range of options and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel confident in our decision. The quality of their jewelry is outstanding, and we were impressed by the level of craftsmanship that went into creating our ring. We also appreciated the fact that they were willing to work within our budget, without compromising on the quality or beauty of the ring. Overall, our experience with Capri Jewelry was exceptional, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Capri Jewelry, for helping us create a special moment that we will always cherish!

She’s happy and I’m happy, and thankful for Haygan at Capri for helping me design the ring.

credible ring for me, but she was understanding of our budget and the fact that I only want an oval shaped diamond, and nothing else unlike some of the other ring stores we visited which tried to sale us what they had, not what I was in the market for.
My fiancé and I were new to the jewelry shopping experience, so we were already quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Before we met Haygan we visited about 5 stores and didn’t find what I wanted which demotivated us until we found Capri Jewelry.
Long story short, Haygan built a beautiful ring for me. Never at any point did I feel pressured and she was super accomodating and attentive regarding all my requests. She always answered all my questions. Let my experience be the reason to check them out if you’re in the LA area!
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Nathan at Capri Jewelry made the process of custom building a promise ring for my girlfriend hassle free.

se was the best quality I found, and I know I got the best value for my buck. Looking at the pictures and from how happy my girlfriend is, they are now definitely my new go to place for jewelry.
They gave me a great deal on a 14K franco chain. Super stoked about the quality and design. Can’t go wrong with Capri Jewelry.

ular and OCD when it comes to jewelry, and the ring they built for me was perfect!
The whole staff especially Nathan assisted me the entire way, and were so helpful at answering all my questions and concerns. We purchased a round lab grown 3 carat diamond at a VS1 clarity. It was the perfect option and I’m so glad I did it.
Will be telling all my friends and family who need jewelry!!
Thank you Gary and Capri Jewelry for making such a beautiful engagement ring for me. I am so happy and so delighted with the customer service you provided that I for sure won’t be ...

My (now) husband and I are so happy we went with Capri. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer.
My now wife was super happy with Capri Jewelry. Got her engagement ring from them and it came out just like she wanted.
Haygan helped us so much and we will definitely be back for...
the band.
Initially, Capri Jewelry wasn’t my first stop. I actually scheduled an appointment at another jewelry store near them, to look for my engagement ring. After my appointment I found ...
Capri Jewelry on Google and decided to check them out.
First of all, their selection is quite big, they have a variety of settings and stones and they are all customizable. The prices are much better then other vendors, especially in comparison to the first place I visited. I brought a picture with me as a reference and showed Gary. Gary was the salesman who assisted me and my fiance. He was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining diamonds. He also made us more aware on the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds. You could tell he’s genuinely passionate about the subject and was super helpful when I was undecided.
After careful consideration, and doing my research…I ended up going for a elongated cushion, with a very simple solitaire. I’m so happy with my choice. I love my ring and it came out exactly as I envisioned.
Although Capri Jewelry wasn’t my first stop, it definitely is now. They did an excellent job in creating my engagement ring, and I couldn’t have been happier!
Just the jewelry shop I was looking for… Great selection and so happy with Haygan. I originally started to shop at Capri Jewelry 2 months ago, getting ideas and inspiration on some...
styles of engagement rings.
When I first met Haygan, she was not pushy at all and actually quite the opposite. She made sure I looked at all the styles, sizes and shapes, which really helped make an informed decision. She was always in direct contact with my fiance and I, and was super responsive when it came to updating me and keeing me posted on the status of the ring.
All in all just a great overall experience, and Haygan made it even better with her expertise and suggestions. I LOVE my ring, thank you guys!!!
Haygan helped my future fiance and I with creating my beautiful engagement ring. She’s so passionate and sincere, and she was so helpful along the entire process.
Capri Jewelry is...
definitely my go to jewelry shop. The quality of the ring is not even comparable, and their kindess and craftsmanship is unmatched.
So many good things to say about this place. I purchased my engagement ring from Capri Jewelry and I had such a great experience.
Nathan was the salesman who helped me and my now ...
husband with the design and creation of the ring. They had such great reviews on Google and because they specialize in engagement rings I knew they would be able to make what I wanted. The system of making an appointment was super easy, and the process was so smooth and quick.
They were one of the only few vendors in the area to provide lifetime warranty. That’s really important to me and it keeps me at ease knowing I can always have them fix anything if need be. I’m already recommending friends and family to them and will continue doing so!
I had a delightful and very pleasant experience at Capri Jewelry working with Nathan.
My fiance and I went to countless jewelry stores to look for the perfect engagement ring for...
myself. Nathan was very friendly and informative and we decided to go with Capri Jewelry, since they not only gave me the best price but had a lot to choose from.

nt rings. I liked their selection and there was this one ring that really stood out to me in their showroom. I love pear shape diamond rings and they had the one I was eyeing.
Long story, short, Haygan took that ring, it’s details and what I liked and what I didn’t, and made a whole new ring that I fell in love with. Custom to me! It’s so unique and so beautiful I didn’t find it anywhere else. Not even ONLINE! This is why to this day I’m so glad I went in person to see the ring, and went with designers who can make rings from scratch.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom engagement rings. Something unique that no one else has. Ask for Haygan, you’ll be glad you did!

I heard about Capri Jewelry, and saw on their Google page that they also design custom jewelry. I showed them some pictures and explained what I wanted, and within just 3 weeks they made it. Exactly what I was looking for, it was so good, that I personally didn’t need to adjust anything. Thank you so much Alex!
I bought my engagement ring from Capri Jewelry and Haygan was the lady who helped me. She is a gem and extremely sweet. She educated me and got me the ring of my dreams!

Capri Jewelry is the only jewelry store I’ll shop at. They made my custom wedding band here and I also purchased a second diamond eternity band from them for my wife. They do what ...
they say, and are quick to make whatever piece you need.
I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years and I highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone who needs jewelry.
10 out of 10. I purchased an engagement ring from them, and my wife was speechless. Learned so much about diamonds and

My sister came to Capri years ago and purchased an engagement ring from them. She was so happy that I decided they would be my first stop when it was my turn, and so it was time to...
go ring shopping!
From the moment I entered Capri Jewelry, Alex and Haygan greeted me and were just so amazing. I just felt this positive vibe with them and knew this would be the place. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything from them. Their rings did the talking and their informative tone made me understand what I wanted and should be looking for. I ended up purchasing my dream oval diamond engagement ring from them. Still so happy to this day and I get so many compliments on it.
Just like my sister did to me, I’d recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for engagement rings made by jewelers who actually care.
I had a great experience at Capri Jewelry. Nathan helped me find a beautiful wedding band for myself. I wanted something that would match my engagement ring but at the same time I ...
could wear on it’s own for everyday things like work. The quality is really up there and the diamonds pop like crazy. Love it so much and I really can’t stop looking at my band!

e Knot along with their Yelp so I decided to give them a try, along with multiple shops like Brilliant Earth and James Allen.
First of all their designs are to die for. Although they aren’t your typical retailers they have so much to choose from including the basics. Their prices are so much better then other comparable stores and their service is really good. I had pictures and designs in mind, so I showed them, and kept in touch with them for a while over email.
The fact that they are a family owned business is so heartwarming and I love that! I worked with Nathan and Haygan and they were both so caring and informative. My fiance and I fell in love with a radiant ring and we just knew it was the one.
Honestly, it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish, that I wouldn’t even hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for engagement rings.
Capri Jewelry and Haygan are truly the best.
We had a great and memorable experience at Capri Jewelry looking for my engagement ring with my fiance. The ring is beautiful and I’m...
in love. The ring I bought is so gorgeous that I can’t stop staring at my hands on the daily! Haygan helped us pick out an oval cut diamond and I’m obsessed!
They showed multiple diamonds and gave us their opinion and description on each which helped a ton when deciding which one we’d pick. I’m so glad I went with Capri Jewelry.
Don’t even get me started on Haygan. She is truly a wonderful person. She cares about each and every piece she creates and she was as excited as I was, picking out and looking at different rings. If I could leave more stars I would! Thank you Haygan and Capri for the amazing service and thank you for being a part in our special moment.

as I imagined.
My fiancé had a rough idea of what I wanted and he went along and let Capri do their magic. Haygan Capri who helped my fiancé with the ring knew exactly what she was doing and she made the process super easy. Thank you Capri Jewelry for everything.
If you're reading this and need an engagement ring, don't even think twice, just go straight to Capri! Highly recommend!

lent.
Nathan, who helped us, is a very calm and down to Earth guy who knows his stuff. He educated my fiancée and I, and made sure to show her styles and designs she was looking for. We never felt pressured at any moment as there are so many other stores nearby in the area, and he was open and even gave us the chance to go, shop around and compare. Their selection is quite large and it's almost impossible not to find what you're looking for. We also picked up our wedding bands along with the engagement ring which were perfectly matched.
There is just something special about family-owned businesses as opposed to big retailers and Nathan truly showcased that. As soon as we opened the ring box we were in awe... Capri is now our place to shop when we need jewelry. Thank you Nathan!
I purchased my fiancés engagement ring here and their service was exceptional. They are extremely easy going jewelers who simply want to make their clients happy.

ng buying process a breeze thanks to Haygan. Our experience here was great and she was so happy in educating us on styles and designing our ring. Her communication was great and she was always available even after work hours which is service hard to find these days. They truly deserve to be where they are as the top jewelry store in LA and I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for an engagement ring to check them out.

ind the perfect engagement rings for ourselves and it was easier said then done. There was a lot of pressure. We wanted to make things PERFECT!
There were a few vendors on The Knot as well as locally in our area, but none stood out to us. We came across Capri in LA. As I first stepped foot into their location, I found the band for myself and the perfect ring for her. While we found the perfect ring we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck that fit in our budget. Nathan educated us on the 4 c's on diamonds and provided us a variety of ring styles and shapes as options. He explained why we shouldn't settle for an average engagement ring but rather go for something with the most clarity that fit in our price range. He was no pressure and let us go around and compare as he was very confident with the product he was offering. As soon as we finalized everything and saw the ring my fiancé was amazed with excitement at how stunning the ring came out. We couldn't have been any happier. They understood how important this was for us and they put our satisfaction as a priority, and we could tell.
The experience from start to finish was so easy and pleasurable that I just don't see myself purchasing jewelry elsewhere in the future.
Thank You Capri Jewelry!

raight back to Capri Jewelry in Downtown, LA to see my options…
I knew it would work out from the start. Nathan helped me out the first time with my chain and now for the second time, showed me some different designs and options of diamond settings and diamond shapes.
After choosing the ring they delivered within 3 days and I was extremely happy with the way it turned out. Go to Capri you won’t regret it!
Where do I start?! For a jewelry store that not only is family owned but has been in the engagement ring business for over 40 years, you know they are doing something right.

ing engaged and finding the perfect ring is stressful enough and it is also easier said then done, and we wanted to make it perfect. My fiancee and I heard about Capri Jewelry for a while and heard great things about them, especially online when reading about their company and seeing the wonderful pictures.
As soon as we stepped in Haygan greeted us, and was very welcoming. We never knew they would be this caring and helpful. She provided us with suggestions and allowed us to browse from their very large and quality variety of engagement rings and bands without being PUSHY, AT ALL! We had a vision and we knew what we wanted and she brought that to life. She showed us several shapes of diamonds and a variety of different sizes and colors. We ended up going for a brilliant oval shape diamonds and we are very happy.
Her customer service is excellent and the ring she made came out stunning. No other jewelry store provided us with the knowledge and service Haygan at Capri did. We are forever grateful for her and we will definitely be back for our future jewelry needs.

welry from here. Their selection is gorgeous, the prices are unbeatable & very reasonable, & the quality is the best. I have had my engagement ring since March 2012 & still get daily compliments on it. Both of my rings are such good quality that they literally out sparkle any other brides ring, except for my other friends who have their wedding rings from Capri too :) We are all super happy with our rings & our husbands have nice rings as well. Chris is the salesperson that talked to mainly, but his brother is also great too, I just cant remember his name right now. Please please check out Capri Jewelry, you will be glad that you did!

zing! So helpful and patient and helped me to find the exact ring I was looking for. I have to admit that I was clueless to what kind of ring I wanted. We had to start from zero and Chris took his time to help me. Once I figured out what kind of setting I wanted, he showed me several different rocks, explained all there was to know about "the 4 C's" until I decided on a gorgeous round cut! And best of all, he knew what our budget was and made sure to show us a huge range of possibilities all within our budget!!
If you want to get beautiful jewelry and excellent & honest costumer service, this is your place!
