d the fact that I only want an oval shaped diamond, and nothing else unlike some of the other ring stores we visited which tried to sale us what they had, not what I was in the market for.
My fiancé and I were new to the jewelry shopping experience, so we were already quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Before we met Haygan we visited about 5 stores and didn’t find what I wanted which demotivated us until we found Capri Jewelry.
Long story short, Haygan built a beautiful ring for me. Never at any point did I feel pressured and she was super accomodating and attentive regarding all my requests. She always answered all my questions. Let my experience be the reason to check them out if you’re in the LA area!

f all, their selection is quite big, they have a variety of settings and stones and they are all customizable. The prices are much better then other vendors, especially in comparison to the first place I visited. I brought a picture with me as a reference and showed Gary. Gary was the salesman who assisted me and my fiance. He was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining diamonds. He also made us more aware on the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds. You could tell he’s genuinely passionate about the subject and was super helpful when I was undecided.
After careful consideration, and doing my research…I ended up going for a elongated cushion, with a very simple solitaire. I’m so happy with my choice. I love my ring and it came out exactly as I envisioned.
Although Capri Jewelry wasn’t my first stop, it definitely is now. They did an excellent job in creating my engagement ring, and I couldn’t have been happier!

First of all their designs are to die for. Although they aren’t your typical retailers they have so much to choose from including the basics. Their prices are so much better then other comparable stores and their service is really good. I had pictures and designs in mind, so I showed them, and kept in touch with them for a while over email.
The fact that they are a family owned business is so heartwarming and I love that! I worked with Nathan and Haygan and they were both so caring and informative. My fiance and I fell in love with a radiant ring and we just knew it was the one.

There were a few vendors on The Knot as well as locally in our area, but none stood out to us. We came across Capri in LA. As I first stepped foot into their location, I found the band for myself and the perfect ring for her. While we found the perfect ring we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck that fit in our budget. Nathan educated us on the 4 c's on diamonds and provided us a variety of ring styles and shapes as options. He explained why we shouldn't settle for an average engagement ring but rather go for something with the most clarity that fit in our price range. He was no pressure and let us go around and compare as he was very confident with the product he was offering. As soon as we finalized everything and saw the ring my fiancé was amazed with excitement at how stunning the ring came out. We couldn't have been any happier. They understood how important this was for us and they put our satisfaction as a priority, and we could tell.
The experience from start to finish was so easy and pleasurable that I just don't see myself purchasing jewelry elsewhere in the future.

As soon as we stepped in Haygan greeted us, and was very welcoming. We never knew they would be this caring and helpful. She provided us with suggestions and allowed us to browse from their very large and quality variety of engagement rings and bands without being PUSHY, AT ALL! We had a vision and we knew what we wanted and she brought that to life. She showed us several shapes of diamonds and a variety of different sizes and colors. We ended up going for a brilliant oval shape diamonds and we are very happy.
Her customer service is excellent and the ring she made came out stunning. No other jewelry store provided us with the knowledge and service Haygan at Capri did. We are forever grateful for her and we will definitely be back for our future jewelry needs.

My Fiancé and I are currently long distance. I'm in Portland, Oregon. He wanted to surprise me and bought the engagement ring at Capri Jewelers in Los Angeles. The lady recommended a ring size of 6.5. It was a beautiful ring but we both noticed...
the setting was crooked towards one side. Another odd thing about the ring was that it was actually a size 6.75 when I attempted to get it resized in Portland. No jeweler wanted to take on the risk of damaging the settings on the ring. The band was too thin to resize from a 6.75 to a 4.5 due to the smaller diamonds on the setting. I had to spend money to insure and ship the ring back to him for the return.
Their website advertises a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" no hassle return policy. This was not the case for us. Apparently this only applies to online purchases. We had the ring for exactly 10 days with all the paperwork and original packaging. They told my Fiancé that they do not have an "in store return policy." They offered to "buy back" the unused ring and even charged us for the tax and cost of setting the ring. We lost about a few hundred dollars. It's misleading to customers to not specify the in store return policy. Please get all the facts up front before you purchase here.
