- Brianna PayneDirector of Catering & EventsI’ve been part of the Capt. Hirams family for over 16 years, and it’s been an amazing journey. I’ve had the chance to work in just about every corner of the property, starting in food and beverage, moving through hotel operations, and eventually landing in my current role as Catering Director. Before returning to catering, I spent time as the Reservation and Group Sales Coordinator, which gave me a whole new perspective on group needs and event planning from the hotel side. That experience helped me understand the big picture when it comes to creating memorable guest experiences. Having worked across different departments, I bring a well-rounded approach to every event, balancing logistics, creativity, and attention to detail. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or family gathering, I love working with our guests to bring their vision to life and make their time at Capt. Hirams unforgettable.
