Alex made a stunning 3 teir cake for my daughters wedding and not only was it gorgeous, it was absolutely delicious!! Everyone raved about it- especially the center teir which was peanut butter with white chocolate buttercream. In addition to the wedding cake, she also made a key lime pie and two cheesecakes that were picture worthy and tasted incredible. She will be our go-to for all of our future events and birthdays. I cannot say enough. I highly recommend her!!!

Very easy to work with. Alex makes the most beautiful wedding cakes I’ve ever seen. She is the best wedding cake designer and baker in this area. She goes above and beyond for her customers. It was a pleasure doing business with captain cakes! I recommend Captain Cakes.

Alex was absolutely AMAZING! Not only was she our Wedding Planner but also made our wonderful wedding cake! She took care of all the details as my fiance and I lived out of town from where our wedding was taking place. She also put together all of the flower arrangements, decorated the tables and made sure our big day went off without a single issue. I really cannot say enough good things about Alex. I would highly recommend her and will use her for any other big events that my family has.
