We met with the inn keeper as the owners were away when we requested a tour of the venue. It is a charming little inn and the inn keeper was extremely nice and helpful. It's also a...bout a 10 minute walk to the beach which is great for the day after the wedding, or if you wanted to have the ceremony at the beach. Inside only seats 35 people so any more than that and you would need to rent a tent with tables and chairs for the back lawn, which is beautiful. The price however was a little above our budget ranging from 5,000- 10,000 depending on if we wanted to rent rooms, and whether we would need the outside lawn. They have 10 rooms available, and if you do not rent a room, then there is no place to change or get ready so you would definitely need to rent at least one which is about 250.
