Exceptional service and a beautiful backdrop for a wedding ceremony, even on a drizzly winter day. We reached out to the Captain Whidbey Inn with six weeks' notice after changing o...
ur wedding plans no fewer than three times (!) throughout 2020.
The events manager, Ali, was stellar and guided us through the process of pulling together our plans and vision. The Inn was very COVID conscious in the midst of evolving guidelines and did everything to make our day feel special. Ali even created a simple ceremony design using elements from around the Inn when we wanted to dress up the gazebo.
Cozy and awesome, and the Edit Cabin was a great place for getting ready on the day-of and relaxing after the ceremony. Make sure to stop by the bar - their mixed drinks are on point!
Our only regret is that we couldn't celebrate our reception there - it's a memorable spot for Whidbey locals and out-of-town guests alike!
