Tai is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! She made everyone feel comfortable & look phenomenal! I’ve never looked as pretty as I did on my wedding day. She’s very professional & personable. I had a very last minute change of plans & she still worked with it. Love love love her would absolutely book with her 1000 times over!

Tai was absolutely amazing and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone needing makeup for any event. She communicated extremely well leading up to the trial, listened to what I wanted and tested out a few options, asked for feedback following the trial and wrote all of the notes down to bring to the wedding day. She gave recommendations for skincare to make my skin look it’s best for the wedding. I was super picky when looking for a makeup artist since I don’t wear much makeup in my everyday life and wanted to make sure I still looked like myself on my wedding day. Tai made extra effort to make sure that my skin still looked like skin and checked in with me throughout the application to make sure I was comfortable with how things were looking. Tai also did my mom’s makeup, as well as another bridesmaid’s makeup, and they looked stunning. She proved she can do makeup on any skin texture and can meet anyone’s requests for how much/little glam they want! We ended up wanting a second artist just so the girls didn’t have to wake up super early since we were a large group. Madelyn was our second artist and did an amazing job. All 5 of the girls loved how they looked, which is a hard expectation to meet! My grandmother got her makeup done for the first time since her own wedding and didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night she loved it so much. Overall I cannot recommend Tai, Madelyn, and the captivating complexion team enough. They were incredibly easy to coordinate with, they weren’t pushy at all to try to get us to work with them, they communicated throughout the time leading up to the wedding, they showed up early, finished early, did touch ups on everyone, and gave each girl a touch up kit (which included extra lipstick) to use later in the day. Our hairstylist even asked where we found Captivating Complexion and commented how cute and sweet they were. We will definitely be using them anytime we need our makeup done!

Tai was an amazing artist who delivered a glowing natural bridal look for both trial and wedding day!! I was so happy with my wedding makeup and so was my bridal party. Tai matched my olive skin tone perfectly, something I was cognizant of in the wintertime. Tai stuck to her timeline and was sweet and creative throughout the process. I highly recommend Tai with captivating complexion!

I truly cannot find enough good things to say about Megan from Captivating Complexion. She is SO talented and cares so much about her work. She did my makeup for my wedding in August and I was completely blown away. She loves to see your inspo pictures and bring them to life. She truly takes her time with you in both your makeup trial and day of makeup. She prioritizes your vision and asks questions for confirmation throughout the process. Meg also sends out tips for skincare/check ins as the wedding gets closer for both the bride and bridesmaids! She is also SO much fun and brings so much personality to the session. I loved chatting/joking with her and listening to all the throwbacks while getting ready. It was so much fun to sing high school musical together while getting ready LOL. It was so nice to have someone not only talented but felt like a friend through the whole process. I couldn’t recommend or trust anyone better than Meg to take care of me on the big day.

Where do I even begin?! The BEST thing you can do for your wedding day is to hire Meg or one of the Captivating Complexion girls. I have never looked or felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and all of my bridesmaids did too. You know the makeup is incredible when multiple bridesmaids change their Instagram profile photos to their glam from your wedding. Meg did my makeup for my engagement photos, wedding trial and my wedding day and she knocked it out of the park every single time - not to mention, we became friends along the way. She is the sweetest, very organized and incredibly responsive. Meg even gave me personal makeup recommendations from her kit and because of her recommendations, my makeup kit at home has never been better. Taylor is such a great makeup artist! I absolutely loved my trial and we even made improvements from my trial to my makeup day. She was so easy to work with, always professional, on time and easy to direct if I wanted changes made. I was very happy with my makeup and my bridal parties makeup the day of the wedding, Highly recommend to anyone.

Tai from Captivating Complexion did a fabulous job on my wedding day. She did my make up as well as that of my fiance, mother, mother in law and my bridesmaids and everyone one of them LOVED the end result. They all had different skin types and she customized their make up so they would feel and look fabulous. My now-husband also got his make up done and I wish more men would do it - his make up turned up completely natural and no one knew he had it done. During my trial she worked me with to understand exactly what I wanted, she listened to my feedback and made recommendations that would align with my vision. On the day-of the wedding, she showed up on time, she was prepared, and had plenty of great conversation with everyone she worked with. My make up lasted all day and night! I would recommend her over and over again!

Taylor was absolutely wonderful and did such an amazing job with each and every one of my bridesmaids (and me)! She was so responsive in the lead-up to the wedding, providing guidance on how to prepare our skin for the wedding day and even helped to recommend some places for nails and spray tans! I wasn't able to do a trial but Taylor worked with me on the day of the wedding to make sure I was happy with each step of the make-up before moving on to the next step and continuously offered to re-do anything I wasn't happy with (I was so pleased with all of it!). She worked with each one of my bridesmaids to fit their aesthetic and skin type and everyone looked beautiful! Taylor's personality put me at ease during the make-up session and I enjoyed talking with her while I was sitting in her chair. All I can say is WOW! Meg seriously hit it out of the park. She has such a great range. She did everything from full glam on me and another bridesmaid to mother of the bride makeup to very natural for a couple of the other bridesmaids. It was hard for me to trust another person to do my makeup, especially on such an important day, but I put all my faith in her and it seriously paid off. My makeup looked absolutely incredible and it stayed put all night. She is able to do literally whatever you ask for. She did a great job at the makeup trial but took it to a whole other level on the day of. DO NOT SKIP THE MAKEUP TRIAL. It helps her get a chance to get to know your face, what you are looking for, and make any adjustments on day of. I seriously cannot recommend her enough. BOOK HER NOW!

My wedding was 9/30/23, and I have never felt more beautiful in my life!!! Meg KILLED it and I felt so incredibly confident all night long. The attention to detail was so incredible, she was the best hype woman EVER! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Meg is! I found Meg through Instagram and immediately sent an inquiry. She responded very quickly and thank goodness she had my wedding date available, because I was set on her. She was extremely communicative between the time I booked and my wedding. I unfortunately had a hormonal breakthrough out the weeks leading up to my wedding (stress, am I right?) but I knew I had nothing to worry about because Meg can fix anything! Meg covered all my blemishes and made me feel like a beautiful bride!! I also had a bridesmaid say that she never looks forward to getting her make up done when she is a bridesmaid because it doesn’t look good. Meg is the ONLY make up artist that has made her feel beautiful by taking the time to match skin colors and use products/colors that enhance and compliment each girls features. Meg with Captivating Complexion did a phenomenal job with my wedding day makeup. She was able to achieve the soft-glam glowy look I was looking for and my makeup lasted all day long without any issues! My bridesmaids, MIL and Mom were all super happy with their makeup as well. Finding a makeup artist was not an easy task for me. I had a trial with a professional from another agency that went very badly so I had to look for another one. On my trial with Tai, I already knew that I could fully trust her. She listened to my preferences and was attentive to my skin type. On the wedding day, she recreated everything perfectly without even blinking. The makeup was stunning and I could not be more grateful for having Tai as my artist at the wedding. WOW!! It is hard to put into words just how amazing Meg and her team are! From the very start of reaching out to her, she has been a total pleasure to work with! She is super responsive, and the amount of education you receive on skin care prep for your wedding day is incredible! On the day of my wedding, her and her team member Molly took the time to ask each bridesmaid and mom about their skin type and care routine to provide the best, lasting makeup. And let me just say, the GLOW that she was able to achieve was incredible! I have never felt more beautiful! And as I said, this lasted ALL DAY LONG. I wrapped up my after party at 2am and my makeup still looked as good as when she first did it, despite being misted on during outside photos, shedding some tears during first looks and speeches, and working up a good sweat on the dance floor. After booking my wedding venue the first vendor I reached out to was Meg. I found Meg and IG and was blown away by her work. I've been in several weddings and never loved my make up. I felt like it didn't photograph well, there wasn't enough, or there was way too much to the point where I looked like a different person. Let me be absolutely clear: no matter what style of makeup you’re after, Molly’s chair is the one you want to be in. I found Molly’s Instagram page while searching for makeup artists for my upcoming wedding. The first thing that stood out to me is her gorgeously skin-focused looks. My undertones are such that many foundations shades look like mustard on me. As I scrolled through her photos, I saw client after client with flawless, natural looking skin. I polled several bridesmaids with unanimous results: Molly was our gal. I had the pleasure of meeting Molly when we had our makeup trial. She is a fantastic person, funny, sweet, and very down to earth. She’s the perfect mix of relaxed and focus, exactly what you need on one of the biggest days of your life. When she handed me the mirror, I was blown away. The look was stunning. The eye makeup was meticulously blended, making my eyes stand out. All parts of the look complimented each other. At the time, the only thing I wanted to change was the lip color to a more natural shade. When I relayed this to Molly, I was delighted that she was open and happy for the feedback, asking follow up questions to ensure we were on the same page. And the day of my wedding, absolutely everything, down to the lip shade, was perfect beyond words. If you communicate your aims and wishes, Molly will make it happen. My bridesmaids were equally enchanted by Molly and Meg. I had initially been concerned about finding a good fit for my bridal party, as many of them wear little to no makeup at all, and certainly not the more glamorous looks that often come with wedding styles (and makeup was entirely opt in— I would never make anyone wear makeup!) When almost of all of them opted-in for makeup, I knew they would love their looks. And they did— every bridesmaid who had their makeup done approached me to say how much they loved their looks. People said they felt like themselves, just the most beautiful version of themselves, which is the best thing I could have asked for. Perhaps the greatest endorsement of all— one of my bridesmaid told me that her husband had remarked “Wow, I really like your makeup.” Let me tell you what a strong statement that is. I’ve know this guy for over a decade, and nobody has more disdain for makeup that he does. This is a guy who thinks a swipe of mascara and chapstick is “too much.” If he really liked our looks, you’re going to love them.

We used Meg for make-up for my wedding in August and I genuinely could not have asked for a better make-up artist! Meg is super cool and fun to be around, but also just really amazing at her job. My make-up was absolutely perfect and lasted the whole night even through rain and some pretty intense dancing! I would 1000% use Meg again for another occasion and highly recommend her and her team for wedding make-up. She is the best!

Meg made my girls & I feel beautiful on my wedding day! I especially like that she makes your makeup flow and doesn’t stop just at your face, but she sets your chest, which was important for me since I had a strapless dress. If you’re looking for a makeup artist who will make you look gorgeous (but still like yourself) on your wedding day, listen to exactly what you want, while guiding you on small details you never would have thought of yourself, and is just fun to be around, you can end your search because Meg is 100% your girl!! My amazing photographer (Kristen Meadows) strongly recommended Meg, which I knew was a good sign because photographers know what makeup looks good in person and in photos! When I looked through Meg’s portfolio, I knew that she would be perfect. My two priorities for wedding makeup were making sure my skin looked flawless and having my eyes pop — it was clear from Meg’s pics that she is a master at both of these things. My makeup the day of my wedding was EXACTLY what I envisioned, but better. My skin looked natural, but glowing, and my eyes looked brighter than I’ve ever seen them! Meg also had great guidance on things I didn’t have any preferences for, like lip color. My bridesmaids all looked stunning as well! My makeup held up so well for 12+ hours, despite a pretty hot, sunny outdoor ceremony and lots of dancing! Part of the reason my makeup lasted so long was because Meg takes the extra step of packing you a little touch-up bag with things like powder that you can just dab on to remove any oil from your face as the day progresses and a tiny tube of your lipstick color. I never would have thought of those things but they are so helpful! Even without the touchup kit, your makeup will look great all day though. My first bridesmaid got her makeup done at 8am and she was my canary in the coal mine - whenever I saw that her makeup still looked incredible, I knew mine was still holding up too. Meg also goes above and beyond with communication and with giving you the advice you need to make sure your skin is in great shape for your wedding. She sends you a guide 3 months out from your wedding that walks through how to care for your skin and spa treatments to consider. She also advised me to get dermaplaning so that my airbrush foundation applied smoothly, which was that an incredible idea that I never would have thought of myself! The difference with the airbrush at my trial pre-dermaplaning and at my wedding post-dermaplaning was huge. Meg also does a great job listening to your feedback and adjusting accordingly. She asks you what style you are aiming for (e.g., natural, glam, natural glam) and then calibrates based on any feedback. I initially chose natural glam for my trial because I forgot that I typically am not comfortable wearing much makeup, but Meg calibrated accordingly for my day of and met me at my comfort level. I felt beautiful, but still like myself, which was exactly my goal! I’m still THRILLED every time I look back at pictures. Quick side note that Meg is also just a badass human and so much fun to be around. My bridesmaids all really loved her and she helped set a light, positive vibe for the day as we were getting ready. Where do I begin... I can't imagine my wedding day without Meg! Ever since our first conversation she was extremely friendly and responsive. We had a great trial and she really brought my vision to life. Meg is seriously so talented and made me feel like the most gorgeous bride. My bridesmaids were also very happy. Most of them don't wear a ton of makeup and Meg did the PERFECT job of making each girl look drop dead gorgeous with a very natural-glam look. Beyond the makeup - I really, really loved and appreciated her calm, fun, energy. Many of my bridesmaids said that the getting ready process was the most chill of any weddings they had been in and it really set the tone for the rest of the day! Meg + Molly = DREAM TEAM Meg is truly the best. She is so fun and funny and did an incredible job doing my makeup (bride) and the makeup of 6 bridesmaids, 1 mom, and 3 flower girls. As a group that doesn't wear much makeup normally, Meg made us comfortable and the natural and natural glam results were incredible. I hired Molly from Captivating Complexion for my wedding and it was the best decision! I was initially hesitant because she wasn't the "main" artist but any uncertainties I had went out the window during my trial! Molly is amazing at what she does. The makeup for my wedding lasted all day in 95 degree heat and humidity and didn't even feel like I was wearing anything- it just felt like my face had been gently moisturized. Two of my girls also said they liked their makeup by Molly better than the makeup for their own wedding! On top of Molly's skill, she is also a delightful person and has a wonderful calming but enthusiastic presence, which is exactly what you want for any pre wedding nerves! I can't recommend her enough. She's the best hype woman too and will make you feel and look beautiful for your wedding!!

Meg is amazing and great at what she does! I came to her a few months before my wedding and she was great every step of the way. She listened to all my concerns about getting my makeup done. Everyone felt amazing on the wedding day. Our makeup lasted all night with no runs. It all felt fresh and light! Meg was also very sanitary and arrived early to start makeup. She really is the best! You won't be disappointed!
