ded to be made. Rebecca did an amazing job coordinating with all of the vendors when they arrived and made sure any issues were taken care of. She is a true professional, she knows how to pivot when needed and does an amazing job thinking on her toes. Our rehearsal was cancelled due to weather and Rebecca did an amazing job getting the rehearsal in day-of and making sure everyone in the wedding knew their roles. She is a 5 star planner!!!!

tion space set up, and making sure everyone was in the right spot at the right time. She also created the timeline for the entire day, which I completely forgot I needed. Without Rebecca, I would've been lost. Her and her assistant, Grace, were the perfect behind the scenes team on my wedding day! I cannot recommend Captivating Events enough! Honestly the best wedding ever because of them!

in the budget. In those last couple months as well as on the wedding day though, I really felt the pressure of planning everything. Rebecca was a savior in those moments. Especially on the wedding day where I was just feeling lots of exhaustion over the planning process, she really took everything off my plate. Her planning pdf was fantastic and all my vendors found it super helpful. Day of, she was great at communicating with vendors as things came up. She even thought to save us cocktail hour appetizers so we could try them all after our photos, which I definitely would have forgotten to eat without her. She is just a super nice person to work with and very professional. I would say it was one of the best spent money in my wedding budget, outside of my wedding dress.
