Capture the moment was amazing to work with!! Our photographers were Jess and JT and they were awesome! They have a planning form, so we had all of the people we wanted pictures with written out. They went down the list so smoothly, and suggested shots that I hade forgotten about or didn’t even think about ! I am 7 months pregnant, and they were very easy going with me and made sure to take it easy on me while still getting so many amazing photos! We have a 6 year old son, and they added so many creative shots with him in it! I have t gotten my photos back yet, but they uploaded 41 teasers to their Facebook, less then a week after the wedding! They were all stunning! I couldn’t believe how beautiful every single shot came out. Everyone reached out to me to tell me how beautiful the photos were. They took us around on a golf cart to all different scenery spots on the golf course of swan lake ! I am so grateful we had them as our photographers, and I can’t wait to see the amazing job they did when the rest of the pictures are ready!!

They were so amazing and from start to finish they were constantly communicating with me. The photographers were so creative and accommodating! I would absolutely work with them again!

Working with CTM was amazing! They were super attentive from the start, and always followed up with us promptly and as scheduled to go over next steps. The whole team was extremely professional. On our wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Antonio. They were super timely and made sure we took most of the photos prior to ceremony/reception so we could enjoy as much of our day as possible alongside our guests. To top that, they brought very uplifting energy, making the photo sessions super fun. The turnaround for our teasers was LESS THAN A WEEK! We will cherish their gorgeous photos for the rest of our lives.

Capture the Moment Studios goes above and beyond to photograph the most amazing pictures for your wedding. My husband and I had Jess and Dave photograph our wedding day and they made taking photos so much fun! Jess also took our engagement pictures prior to our wedding and we were so blown away by how our engagement pictures came out we were thrilled to have her also photograph our wedding. Jess and Dave are incredible at what they do and make the whole process a breeze. They were also great at putting up with a very rowdy group of groomsmen and managed to get them in check during photos (Sorry you had to deal with them Dave!!) We got our sneak peek photos quickly and we are beyond obsessed with how they came out! My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to photograph our wedding!

My husband and I got married July 31st this year and highly highly highly recommend High Voltage Entertainment and Capture The Moment Studios! Definitely give them a call! They are the absolute BEST! We owe how amazing our day was to the HVDJ & CTM teams. Both crews made sure the day ran smoothly and that at all times we were on our feet and having the absolute best time! I can’t say enough how incredibly helpful they have been in this entire crazy process. The guidance both companies have given us, we are BEYOND grateful for. They made suggestions on timelines for how the day would run according to what we envisioned, what the honest do’s & don’t’s were. We were originally planned for 11/27/20, and for obvious reasons moved to this year thanks to Anthony’s amazing guidance and support in suggesting that we call our venue April of 2020 to nail down a soft date in the event we needed to move the wedding. When I say we owe EVERYTHING that was our amazing wedding to them, we literally mean it! They are the most honest, talented, best people we know. It’s been a few months since our wedding and we are always getting compliments on how amazing of a time it was. There’s no one else I would use. Definitely give them a call. They really are incredible and their teams couldn’t be better!

Capture the Moment could not have been any more perfect for our wedding day. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Capture the Moment was an absolute dream to work with. CTM checked in on us many times throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. Not only that, but they were incredibly accommodating after we had to postpone our wedding for a whole year due to COVID. On the day of the wedding, Jess, Dave, Antonio, Rob, and John were the absolute dream team! They were so fun to be around and were the ultimate hype people. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of cameras, but everyone made us feel like complete naturals. Each picture is beyond stunning and even more perfect than I could have imagined. I highly recommend anyone considering CTM for their big day to run and book them now!

Under the stress of a tight timeline and an officiant who was running late, Vince, Jessica, and Antony put us at ease, working through our wedding shot list in record time. I'm amazed they were able to wrangle me (and my cat!) up for all the photos with how much time I spent running around the property obssessing over every other detail. Vince even helpfully suggested retaking our "first kiss photos" when it turned out the microphone stand had been accidentally blocking us during the ceremony. Thank you guys so much!

I have nothing but praise for the team here! We had 2 photographers, a videographer, and a lighting assistant for our wedding on 9/17/21. Jess, Dave, Rob & Albert made a great team, were super attentive, and made sure that they captured all of my requested shots! One photographer went to where my husband and his groomsmen were getting ready, and the rest of the team came to my house where I was getting ready. Their coordination was awesome and really made for such an easy day. We got our teasers back within 5 days of the wedding which we were SO excited about! While I haven’t seen the rest of the photos or the video yet, I will say that I believe all of the shots that I requested were taken, as I remember Jess constantly crossing items off of the shot list on paper as she was directing the photos to be taken. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I’m definitely going to be using them for any events/photoshoots that I have in the future!

We had some amazing vendors at our wedding, but CTM truly hit it out of the park. Connie, Jess and Rob are truly the best in the game. They are SO fun to be around and so down for anything. Our bridal party and our family can not stop talking about how much fun it was to take pictures with the team and even dance with them! This team will be ANYTHING to get the shot. My husband and I want another wedding just so we can hangout with the CTM team! The sneak peaks of our pictures had us in tears. We are so grateful for the fun, personable, and professional team that is the CTM team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Hiring the perfect photographer is essential for your wedding day. The trick is having a photographer who confidently conveys that every important moment will be captured and Stephanie and her team over at Capture the Moment deliver in spades. Patience and quality are two of the defining traits to the team here. Stephanie runs through your pictures swiftly but you never feel like it’s rushed. She clearly wants to get the best possible image while making sure you get to enjoy your day as well. Stephanie and her team are so swift and ninja like that you almost forget that there is a photographer roaming the dance floor. As for the pictures themselves? Stunning. Stephanie sent us a teaser shortly after the wedding and the moments she captured are breathtaking. Not only did they evoke all the feelings from the day but framed and poised gorgeously. You could almost hear what was happening in the background as each moment is wonderfully preserved. We assure you that you won’t want anyone else taking your wedding pictures. Not only is Capture the Moment accommodating but the team brings a great deal of enthusiasm and personality with them. If you’re looking to fully capture the love and celebration of your big day then look no further.

I cannot recommend Capture the Moment enough!! We had Jessica, Connie, and Rob and they were all amazing. Everything was extremely punctual and they were so fun to work with!! They made us feel so comfortable throughout the day and had everyone naturally and genuinely laughing for the pictures. They truly “captured the [perfect] moments” and when we were running a little late during the day we told them we wanted to make it to cocktail hour and they were so awesome and made up for lost time by their efficiency and professionalism. Besides the team just being truly so fun to work with not only throughout the wedding process, but also on the day of, within TWO days of our wedding they had 40 teasers up for us!!! I think that’s a record!! About 2 weeks later they had all of our pictures ready and even had a sneak peek of our wedding video!!! CTM understood our vision and their pictures are flawless! We also know 2 other couples who have used them and they had the same wonderful experience. You can’t go wrong with this amazing team.

Jessica and Connie of Capture the Moment took amazing pictures. We are incredibly happy with how our engagement and wedding pictures came out. It was really impressive to see how quickly they were able to get the pictures we wanted. There were even a couple of times during the night where Connie or Jessica would be like, follow me, I want to get a sunset shot, and we would be out of the party for 5 minutes max so they could set up the shot, take it, and then let us get right back to the party. They also paid such awesome attention to the little details. At one point during our mass (I think right before our vows), my dress got tangled so Connie quickly came in to fix it before our vows began so that our pictures could show my train falling off the altar. I am so happy she did this. We hired them really early on in the process so when we met Jessica, via skype, we did not yet have day-of schedule. She helped us create one during our initial meeting, which was great so on the day so we had enough time to both enjoy everything and get the portraits we wanted. We found them through Swan Lake Caterers, our reception venue. They were one of about five photographers we interviewed, and we felt that Capture the Moment’s portfolios showed the highest consistency in getting great photos the most consistently (across weddings). We are very happy with our choice.

Capture the Moment Studios were fantastic in every way possible. The main photographer, Connie, her team and the team of videographers, made sure my Husband and I were always happy and captured hundreds of amazing memories and precious moments that we will now be able to relive over and over again from our wedding day. Connie and her team braced the cold with us outside and even gave me her scarf to wear so I wouldn’t freeze in my dress! As the night went on, Connie and her team continued to takes as many candid pictures and videos but was also able to dance and have a good time with us as our guests! My Husband and I are both grateful to have found a photographer and a team like hers. Do yourself a favor, hire them. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I truly cannot say enough good things about Capture the Moment. The photos and video that we received from them have been nothing short of stunning. They truly find a way to live up to their name and then some. Each and every photo is of such a high quality and make the moments and the scenery look better than I can even remember! Their creativity and level of dedication are exactly what you want in your photographer. The overall experience with them was also fantastic. It was honestly a really fun day and they definitely helped make it that way. Taking photos never once felt like a chore. It felt more like we were enjoying our day with our guests who just happened to be incredible photographers! Their rapport with everybody was great and we got so many compliments from all of our wedding party and family members about what a great job they did, how organized they were, and how great they made the experience. They even came up with the perfect ways to keep our three-year-old flower girl engaged in the photo shoot, which was a major plus. Capture the Moment completed every photo that we needed. We even used them for video. The video experience was just as wonderful and our video trailer was absolutely breathtaking! To top it off, they were extremely timely in the whole process. Within a week we already had our preview photos and a trailer video for our wedding only a couple weeks after. We received all of our photos (over 1000!) in about two months! They are incredibly timely and still provide you with the high quality of work. This was truly the best photography experience that my husband and I have ever had. They helped us relieve our favorite day with each and every picture and second of our video. Book with Capture the Moment. It will be one of your best decisions without a doubt.

You were far beyond any expectations we could have had, beating out the rain, making us laugh in moments of stress and having a tissue in hand when we needed to cry, from being my personal dress holders and our Long Island Aquarium tour guides throughout the day. Your personalities helped reduce any anxiety and made our smiles even more sincere in each photo, you kept us on schedule, but also allowed us the personal space we needed to take the day in, because it truly does go by SOOOOO FAST! These 4 human beings are angels on earth! I wasnt sold on video, never mind a drone when I booked with them for photo and video and my husband was insisting. Well Jessica went out of her way to send me samples of videos in vineyards so I could see what I would be missing without it! She spent hours with me discussing my MUST HAVE PICS and even my songs for the video and trailer, just when I wanted to give up on wedding planning! During pictures, when we were practically melting, there would be the trusty drone being flown just close enough over us to fan us down! LMAO. Im not kidding! Jess and Connie (the photographers) were 150% willing to get dirty with us when I said I still wanted to trek out in the vineyards even though it had been raining for a solid 2 days! They threw on sneakers and got AMAZING shots of us even though there was no "sunset" due to the stormy weather! At one point I even remember being alone dancing on the dance floor (as in my husband was MIA) and Connie put her camera down and came to dance with me for a few minutes until someone grabbed me! If you are NOT good at posed pictures (IM THE WORST), they are the BEST at making you laugh and keeping you comfortable! At one point, I must have gotten too posed and tired of family photos and Jess literally came over to me and moved me, insisted someone get me a glass of champagne and then whispered to me that I looked like a medieval statue and an idiot and I needed a break. They stayed late when things got off a little late (cake cutting was pushed back bc I had Mr. Softee coming as a surprise, and he was running a few min late!) and never complained once! I havent gotten all of my photos back yet, but the teasers I got would be good enough even if I didnt get another photo!

Our wedding was 4 weeks ago and we had booked Capture the Moment after reviewing all of their photos and videos online. I had been recommended to Jess through a coworker and couldn’t be happier with our decision to book with her. From the first day we met with her we felt like we were lifelong friends. She made us feel at ease and comfortable and listened to everything we wanted and we booked her on the spot. The prices that they offered were incredibly fair in comparison to many other companies. We made the easy decision to book both Jessica and Connie, as well as two videographers for our big day. When it came to our engagement shoot Jess and Connie made us feel so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their vision was clear, as they would quickly move us to a new location, move branches around, and just set the scene perfectly. We were thrilled with the way our pictures came out and received them only a couple of weeks later. They were all so great we had trouble picking out only one for our save the dates and went with 5 of them! (No lie, we wanted to include all of them, they were all that good!) On our wedding day, Jess, Connie and their team were on time and immediately got to work shooting what they had to. They made the entire picture taking experience incredibly easy and fun. They made sure to capture everything on our list and knew exactly the best way and time to make that all happen. They were phenomenal with my two year old niece who wouldn’t warm up to the camera at first and were able to get her to smile and laugh in SO many pictures. The videographers were quick to bring us from room to room, filming shots that they showed us little previews of- which looked AWESOME! We just loved how great they all worked as a team, helping one anothers vision turn to reality. On a day that goes by way too quickly, Jessica, Connie and her videographers made us feel at ease that the entire day was captured, so we could go back and enjoy all of the little things we missed when we get our photos and videos back. Within a few days of our wedding, Jess already had about 40 pictures posted to facebook and kept posting more pictures on Instagram. We have been thrilled with all the pictures so far and can’t wait to see the rest! Thank you Jess and Connie and the rest of the Capture the Moment team! Rob, Connie, Jess & John.... my dream team. I would hire you guys, for any thing and everything. We haven't even received our photos or video yet, but we have gotten a few "sneak peeks" and WOW.... if you want a team that is friendly, easy going & EXTREMELY talented.... do not second guess hiring this crew. Capture the Moments has been the best decision we have made for our wedding. Jessica and her team at CTM were nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we met with Jessica we knew that she was the one for us. She was friendly, funny, reliable and very easy to talk to. We had met with many other photographers in both Manhattan and LI but when it came to the quality of work as well as professionalism none compared to CTM. We went with the bronze photo package that they provide which comes with both photo and video. The price couldn't be more reasonable for everything that was provided. Jessica and her team at Capture the Moment photographed our wedding on April 9, 2017. After meeting with other photographers, Capture the Moment came recommended by our florist. I met with Jessica and immediately felt that she was the right fit for us. Her warm personality and impressive studio are what sold me. On the morning of the wedding, Jessica and her team of 3 people took photos and video of the entire bridal party getting ready, and they fit in with everyone. We didn't even know they were there, they weren't "in the way," and it was like hanging out with friends. There wasn't a detail that they missed. I particularly love all of the shots of my dress, jewelry, my husband getting ready (shot wonderfully by Connie), and the candid shots. Originally, we weren't going to add videography to our package, but I am so glad that we did. The video is so professional and artistic, and everyone loves it. My wedding was yesterday, and today not even 12 hours after the conclusion of our wedding Jess had my "teaser shots" up and ready to view!!! It was so awesome to get a sneak peak so fast. Not only was I absolutely impressed with that aspect, it was so refreshing that Jess and her team are high quality in both talent and personality. All of my last minute, chaotic, requests were accommodated with ease. The team was stealthy when need be while also fun and engaging with the two of us and all of our guests. Jess remained in constant contact with me for whatever little questions I had along the way. Her personality is fun and bubbly and had us sold from the second she had her first conversation with us. Capture the Moment Studios was the only photographer we looked at because we booked right on the spot! We had quite a few engaged couples at our wedding who asked for the contact information for Capture the Moment Studios and I could not get it to them fast enough and always accompanied by an incredibly satisfied, positive review. We only got married 24 hours ago and I could not get here fast enough to write a review for Capture the Moment Studios. They made my wedding dreams and visions complete. One of the best wedding planning decisions we made!!

Jessica and the rest of her staff were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I was super lucky to book one of Jessica's last spots of 2015. There is a reason CTM books up so quickly! They are EXTREMELY affordable for the quality of video you are receiving. Trust me—I must have researched over 50 companies. Jessica and her team were efficient, timely, and never made you feel like they were rushing through the filming process. I honestly wish my budget allowed me more time with them during the day! The videographers and editors are very talented and provided me with a cinematic quality highlight reel and final video. Jessica even put up with my creative criticism and many edit requests on the initial video draft. Even her office manager is pleasant. I highly recommend CTM to any bride, especially ones who want great quality for a great price.

Jessica and her team are absolutely amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and we didn't even know they were there after all the formal pictures were taken. We had teaser pictures posted within 24 hours!

I haven't received my video back yet, but my experience the day of with our videographer, Rob, was great. He wasn't pushy or in our faces all the time. He was really great to work with. I cant wait to see how the video comes out.

Far exceeded our expectations! Jessica and the team were incredible. We were thrilled to receive our video trailer – it came out perfectly! The day of their team moved flawlessly around the wedding we didn’t even notice them. The video came out with exceptional quality and the editing was beyond anything we could have hoped for. We used Capture the Moment for our Wedding videographers on 5.15.15 and we absolutely loved them!!! From the first time we met with Jessica, we knew she would be the perfect fit for our Wedding. She was always quick to respond to any emails and questions we had leading up to and even after our wedding! On our wedding day, we had Jessica and Rob with us from start to finish! They were such an amazing, talented team and such a pleasure to work with!!! This was one of the most important vendors to us because you are with them all day long - We had so much fun working with Jess and Rob, and they really put us at ease. They had such unique and creative ideas for shots for our video!!! At our reception we didn't even notice they were there, and our guests had the same feedback. From the moment my husband and I sat down with Jess,we knew she was the one that would best capture our day, and help make it memorable, fun, and unique. She got to know us from the moment we sat down. At our engagement shoot she really understood who we were and that while we wanted classic photos, we also wanted to have fun. She made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. She is so friendly and approachable, and everyone working in the background to schedule and book things were always so helpful! Jess really captured the uniqueness of our day, with elegant and classic photos with a great stay of candida of our family and friends. She and her team were also able to capture the free and light hearted nature of both my husband and I. These photos will always bring me back to our wedding day and just the tremendous amount of love and encouragement we felt from everyone who came. All of our guests have commented on how truly breathtaking our photos were. I can't wait to see our video and albums! A thousand times thank you to Jess and her amazing crew! So my husband did not want a videographer. He felt like it was an unnecessary expense that wasn't needed. However, thankfully my parents paid for this expense. Thanks to LI weddings, I found Capture the moment and discovered that I actually knew Jess the owner- she went to my high school and graduated a year before me - funny coincidence. We booked with her right away and i loved her. she was so sweet and she understood what I wanted out of the video. She always responded quick to my emails and messages. What's nice is if you pay cash she lowers the price by 100 dollars which in wedding world whatever you can take you take to save some money. Rob did our wedding video on our day because Jess was unavailable and he was great he really got some beautiful shots he was incredibly nice and professional to work with. I couldn't believe the beautiful shots he got. He would come up to us during the night to get some shots outside and he really worked so so hard. We got our trailer about a month after the wedding still waiting on our full video but we love our trailer and my husband was soooo glad we got a videographer! The way Jess edited it was so so beautiful and everyone said how nice it was. She also put all our raw footage on a hard drive we purchased for no cost and gave us as many copies of our final dvd as we wanted. No complaints here- there are so many companies who really run up the prices on the videos- Jess doesn't - she keeps it budget friendly and the quality is the same as if you paid 5000 or 10000 for it. I am so grateful we found her!

Wow! I got my Highlight Reel less than 2 weeks after our wedding--and it was great! Jessica (the owner) is super nice, has excellent prices, and is great with communication. Our videographer for the day of was Rob, who was very much a “fly on the wall,” very professional and you barely knew he was there. Our full-length video was ready less than a month after our wedding and was very good. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the raw footage didn't have some of the details I would have liked to have seen (more cocktail hour and footage of our relatives--since I missed a lot when we were off taking pictures). I had asked that the focus not be all on the bride and groom, but mostly it was. Overall, I would recommend CTM for quality, service and price.

Outstanding videographers! Got great videos without being intrusive. I hardly noticed them all day! But they were there getting the best shots. Had the highlight video in two days!!! I researched a lot of vendors when looking for a videographer for my wedding and I can tell you that Capture the moment video is the best value for their quality of cinematography. Jessica is very friendly and is super talented. I told her exactly what I wanted, I even sent her some videos I found online and she nailed it. My highlight video was perfect! All my friends told me they cried watching it. Full length video was just as amazing. The camera guys were friendly the day of the wedding. Best part, I got my wedding highlight video less than a week after I got married. Full length video within 1 month. Amazing service. You will not be disappointed hiring them for your next event.

I can not rave enough about Capture the Moment. They were on time, friendly and reasonably priced! We had no idea they were there the entire time and got our highlight reel in a week (which made me cry the first time I watched it). Jessica was our videographer for our wedding. You didn;t even know they were there. They were never intrusive in any way and we had such a bad experience with our photographer, that she helped us out and gave us some still photographs as well.

I hired Capture the Moment Videography to film at my wedding at the Garden City Hotel. They were fantastic! They did a amazing job on our wedding DVD’s. They are very professional and the price was affordable compared to other videography companies. I was able to get ALOT for my money! We were able to have 2 people film our wedding day. The two cameras added a unique touch to our edited movie. Capture the Moment also gave us a completely customized Memory Box with all the raw footage on a flash drive & 3 copies of the main DVD.
