They were happy to take as many photos as we wanted, and they were up as early as we needed them to be to shoot photos. self was amazing. Was there ahead of the schedule time because he knew the weather was going to be bad around our actual wedding time. He wanted to make sure he got some images with the drone of the area. Thank God that he did! I started to rain and snow the entire day! If he didn't think about that we wouldn't of had the amazing view that we do in the video. He also would make sure that if we needed anything at all, he would run and go get it. Anything from a drink, or a jacket because it was cold, or needing one of the groomsman that wasn't there. He made sure it all worked out. My wife Jordan and I have never seen a vendor work so well with all other vendors. Out of all of the gifts we got from the wedding, truly and honestly the video Kay and Capturing Arts did for us was the best gift we could have ever had. It brought my wife and myself to tears. ong. Kay and his sisters were so calm and assured me they would do everything they could to get the best shots for my wedding despite the time crunch. His sisters were the sweetest! I can be pretty self-conscious at times but his sisters made sure every little detail was perfect; from my hair, to jewelry being out of place, to dress. During all the important moments at my wedding; the first-dance, cake-cutting, speeches, etc, I never once had to search for Kay and his team. They were on top of things and I didn't have to worry about waiting on them to do things so they could get shots. Kay always responded to my calls even when he was busy. I was patient with my wedding trailer highlights and full film because I know nice things take time. Though he may take a little longer than other vendors, Kay's work speaks for itself. The quality of my wedding videos are beyond professional. Everyone was impressed by the angles, the editing, the style, etc from my video. I can go on, but I'd like to end with some advice to future couples that are on the fence to hire Capturing Arts. Go with your gut like I did and trust these guys to make your memories for your special day-- you won't regret it.

He had previously done my brother’s wedding (which turned out fantastic!) and has since done many friends and clients of mine as well! His team arrived early and stayed late, capturing literally every detail and making sure the important ones made it into the highlight reel. His team not only did the job we asked them to, but went above and beyond to maintain the flow of the wedding and get some really great footage. le photographer who will yell at you for asking him about getting your own wedding pictures, threatening you - that if you call again he will not even bother editing it and worst yet, will only give you the final footage once a positive review has been left for him. For the first week till the money is paid, Kea, would call every day to remind you to pay the remaining amount and be really sweet/excited about the wedding, but as soon as the entire payment was made that nature changed. We specifically, in a face-to-face meetings, asked for pictures with nature and garden backgrounds for our traditional Indian outfit couple shoot. He instead forces us to go to downtown Detroit to take pictures in a graffiti filled parking lot with people constantly walking through the frame and when we said this is not what we want, he blatantly said ‘No, you never told me anything’. He will take pictures that look good in his collection, not what you have asked for. Kae kept insisting on more takes because even he realized the footage looked terrible. Due to his retakes, we arrive 2 hours late for our own event to fuming guests who had been just sitting and waiting. Post wedding – He informs us that he will get back, but after 2-3 months of no contact we message him, only to be yelled at that “You will get it when you get it, stop bothering me”. Fearing that he would destroy the pictures we quietly waited, 3 months, 4 months, nothing. After the 12-16 weeks as mentioned in the contract, were over we contacted him again to please let us know the process so we can be a part of the process, only to be told that if we contact him again he would not bother doing any of it. EIGHT months have gone by, now due to another bride having written a bad review, he is falsely accusing us of it and has withheld our footage he contractually has signed and agreed to! He won’t stop there, our family member crossed paths with him at another wedding, he had the nerve to ask why we won’t post a positive review, when our family member said we were not happy, he proceeds to yell at her. Other brides have also contacted us about this mis-treatment however they are holding their tongue, out of fear that he will destroy their memories too! Not worth the money or time. Would give Zero stars if i could.

ographer & videographer. I knew I wanted a vendor who could do both. I literally searched for days because I wanted my wedding to look like a movie, like a cinematic look. The day I came across Capturing Art’s, my search stopped. After watching their videos, my heart literally stopped. I was OVER the moon and hopeful they were available. I went to their office and spoke to Kay. I had all these ideas in my head about doing an awesome music video for our engagement versus a traditional photo shoot. He was so ecstatic and made my dream come true! He literally arranged a Harley for my husband to drive. That is something I will never forget. Our wedding was 3 days of full on chaos. I was so nervous about how I looked, how I was posing, standing and even sitting. Kay’s whole team looked out for me, from fixing my hair to helping me relax. When we received our full films, I was blown away. Most videographers don’t take their time to edit the full films or condense them. I truly was grateful he took the time to do this. The pictures were also BEAUTIFUL. We had SO many, it was nearly impossible to pick my favorites for the photo album. The photo album Kay had made me was the highest quality I’ve ever seen. I know it’s something that will last, so I can show my children one day. Last but not least, we received our highlight video. I have no words, I was speechless. It was the most touching video I’ve ever seen. Every time I watch it, it brings tears to my eyes. It allows me to relive some of the best moments of my life. Kay was so sweet during the whole process, and literally gave me everything I wanted. He also made us a beautiful canvas, which was perfect artwork for our new home! Overall, Kay’s positive outlook and excitement makes it so fun to work with him. I am such a picky person and he made me feel nothing short of a Bollywood princess. If I had to do this all over again, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him.

ngs. However, he definitely bashed other vendors and I remember him saying that, "all those other guys do is hire someone else out who isn't even professional because they overbook themselves". He promised he wouldn't do that to me. He ended up sending both of his sisters (who were super sweet and have been throughout this whole ordeal) and someone else who I believe is his uncle for my Mendhi day. He didn't let us know about this until our final meeting which was a few weeks before my wedding. Anyhow, Kay signed a contract with me that states "online gallery with images (password protected) within one month". My wedding events were August 11, 2017 & August 13, 2017 and I didn't receive my wedding pictures until a whopping 3 months later on November 29, 2017. He did send me my mendhi pictures on time which are terrible and look unedited when compared to my wedding pictures. This leads me to believe he rushed through them just to give me SOMETHING on time. I am embarrassed to show anyone my mendhi pictures. His contract also states, "video & photo processing time can take up to 12-16 weeks depending on the client's effort being involved in the tailoring process...". I did not receive my full films and highlight trailer until April 17, 2018. Kay had excuses every time I would contact him regarding my films. He is also not confident in his own work because "apparently his work cannot flourish without praise". I will not praise you if I am not happy with what was delivered to me. I have been nothing but patient with him. This leads me to the phone conversation we had on April 10, 2018. He believes that "someone has changed or altered" my mind. Um...what? He then proceeded to yell and shout at me until his uncle, Arkan, had to yell at HIM in the background and tell him to calm down and "give the lady what she wants". I'm glad someone here has sense. Kay also said, "I am going to cry alone in my corner now because you didn't praise me". Anyhow, after Arkan took the phone from Kay, Arkan & I spoke and Arkan was able to deliver the full films and highlight trailer with my modifications on a USB by April 17, 2018. Amazing how all of that happened within a week, huh? This is just the surface of all the incidents that happened. Also, I have noticed that the Capturing Arts team has left a client's personal information (phone number & home address) down below. Don't even try that with me, Capturing Arts.

Kay met with us on numerous occasions to discuss what we envisioned for our day, and really took notice as to what our wants were. He made sure to work with us within our budget, and we could not be happier with the quality and quantity of the photos that we have received. When we received 3,800+ photos after our wedding we truly had the opportunity to relive our big day. We cannot wait for the video, as I am sure that it will be amazing as well.

I knew that they were a perfect fit immediately as I repeatedly found myself crying watching videos of complete strangers getting married. As anticipated, our own wedding video was awesome. We received so many compliments from friends and family and my parents literally watch it on repeat (even months after our wedding). They are a family run business and incredibly passionate about what they do. We felt very comfortable having them at our wedding and you could tell that they were going above and beyond to capture our entire day with creativity. A lot of my friends chose to not have a professional videographer at their wedding to cut back on cost- capturing arts did such a fantastic job that I would recommend ditching the favors and working them into the budget no matter what! In the craziness of the day and the fact that my daughter had started to get overly tired, I almost forgot the picture I wanted most of all. Kay came on the bus and reminded me of what I was forgetting and, thanks to him, I have that photo. From our engagement photoshoot to our wedding weekend, Kay and his team went way above our expectations (they came up with the best photoshoot locations, most creative poses/ideas and we got way more pictures than what we had expected). My husband and I recently got married a few months ago at Royalty house (Warren, MI) and the way Kay captured the hall, the decorations, all our dance performances ( especially our first dance) is just breath-taking. He captured the best moments in his video from our family speeches to baarat- it’s nothing short of a Bollywood movie. Our pictures and all the poses came out so beautifully on camera. Kay & his team were all sweating/running around our entire wedding weekend (we had a 3-day Indian wedding ceremony) to make sure we got the best pictures and videos and weren’t running behind on time. I spoke with Kay for 25 min about what he, his family, and his team is about. I was sold from the phone call because he took the time from the beginning to ensure me that our wedding would be perfect (from a photographer POV, haha). CA understands how important your event is and treat you as if you ARE family. Kay is passionate about his profession and you can tell it by talking to him for 5 min. From the planning to the actual shooting/filming of the engagement and wedding photos, Kay and his team (I worked with Karlyn) are the people you need there. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Kay was there from start to finish. I NEVER HAD TO SEARCH FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY PICTURE ON THE WEDDING DAY. This is huge because CA does not contract your wedding day out to another photographer, like some other companies. All in all, the finish product speaks for itself. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the photos and video that were captured on our wedding day. CA does amazing work and is under priced for the value they deliver.
