We booked Elite so we'd have a town car pick us up from our wedding venue and take us to our hotel (less than 3 miles away). They ended up charging up far more than what they quotes and wouldn't call or email us back to ask about the additional charge.
Overall, they were on time and professional at the time of pick up and drop off, but we were overcharged and never heard from them again.
