Traci and Randolph were amazing! The venue was exactly what I was looking for on my wedding day! Traci made everything so easy for me as a bride.
This business moved to new ownership in 2022. During the planning process, we encountered an unexpected problem with our dates that was described as something that “had never happe...
ned before.” To handle this, additional fees were introduced on the spot. While the situation was difficult for all involved, it could have been handled with greater clarity and professionalism. It was not explained where exactly the extra fees were going. In addition, remarks were made about our personal lives that felt inappropriate and out of place in a business context. Ultimately, this left us feeling unwelcome and we made the difficult decision to cancel, forfeiting our money.
Please beware that their contract states they can change or add anything they’d like at any point. I should’ve read into it more before committing to the venue.

From the moment we stepped onto the breathtakingly beautiful grounds, we knew we were in good hands. The venue's stunning architecture, lush gardens, and picturesque views created a romantic ambiance that left us and our guests in awe.
But what truly sets The CaraHills Estates apart is the heart and soul of its owners. Traci and Randolph are gems, whose genuine care and altruism shine through in every detail. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every request, making us feel seen, heard, and loved.
The food was exquisite, a true culinary delight that delighted our taste buds. And the atmosphere? Absolutely enchanting. Every aspect of the venue, from the decor to the lighting, was meticulously curated to create an unforgettable experience.
What's more, Traci and Randolph were a joy to work with financially, making our dream wedding a reality without breaking the bank.

Randolph and Traci will treat you like family, and their venue will leave you and your guests in wonder. We're forever grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped us create.

them to anyone. The only drawback was the lack of a place for the groomsmen to dress, but we began taking pictures as soon as everyone was there, and it wasn't an issue.
