We cannot say enough wonderful things about Carbone's Prime and their team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding celebrations unforgettable. When we confirmed our booking, they included day-of coordination services in their quote which was VERY helpful. We hosted a welcome party for our out-of-town guests the night before at Carbone’s Prime, and the ambiance, food, and service were impeccable. For our wedding, the variety and quality of food was unmatched—from hand-passed hors d’oeuvres to the raw bar, and grazing tables (we added on the raw bar and the oysters and sushi stations were a bit of a splurge, but our guests couldn't stop raving about them). You HAVE to add the live pasta station — we did the cacio e pepe and it was a hit. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared — we seriously we had so many guests tell us this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. They also handled the bar service and let us curate three different signature cocktails that perfectly matched our theme and even provided a coffee/espresso bar that was a huge hit with our guests. If you couldn't tell, we're big foodies, so we also added on their late-night food truck with bites that were the perfect way to end the night! We are forever grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!

Carbone's was the caterer for our wedding. There are not enough words to describe what an AMAZING job Carbone's did. It all started with Mary-Beth the event coordinator for the restaurant. She was beyond professional and answered any questions we had right away. She also helped incorporate every part of our theme of our wedding. The little details she thought of were so great. The managers that night Olivia and Mark made sure everything went just as planned. They didn't miss a beat, you can tell they know what they are doing and truly take pride in their work. The servers that night were just as wonderful. They made sure my husband and I ate and that we had everything we needed. The food was beyond AMAZING thanks to the great chefs. First starting with our display table which looked fantastic. Everything from the assorted stone pies to the tenderloin meatballs were soooo good. Then onto the hand passed hors d’oeuvres which I'm pretty sure people could not get enough of them. The chicken with hot cherry pepper wrapped with bacon and fried arancini were to die for. We also had a great pasta station. As for dinner, people could not stop talking about how great it was. We did dinner family style and all our guest could not stop raving about it, even to this day. I can't forget their signature pistachio martini, which was our signature drink, it is to die for. Everything from the presentation to the food was beyond exceptional. Everyone from Carbone's was so generous and can't wait to have more dinners with them!!
