Carboy was the perfect venue for our son’s rehearsal dinner. Service and food was A+ and Mallory the events manager took such good care of us and was so attentive to every detail, email and question. I would recommend them for any occasion and will definitely be back!

We held both our rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our wedding at Carboy Winery and it was perfect! We loved how both the spaces that we used had indoor and outdoor areas and the ease of moving everyone from one event to the next. From the beginning the communication and coordination from the event team made it very easy for us. All of our guests loved the food and the wine and we couldn't recommend working with Carboy more highly.

My husband and I held our wedding reception here, after having our ceremony at Grant Humphrey's Mansion. It worked perfectly, as they were just a couple minutes walk apart! Caitlin was amazing during the whole process -- super responsive and adaptable. The drinks and food were great, the space worked perfectly!

We chose Carboy Winery for our son's Rehearsal dinner. This location was ideal due to being less than 2 miles from where the wedding was being held at the Denver Botanical Gardens. Our guests loved the food, outstanding service, chill atmosphere and open air patio. They also have a free, private parking lot. I can't say enough good things about Event Manager Caitlin. She was incredibly professional, with patience, answering all questions and offering excellent food and drink choices. The entire staff working at the dinner were, enthusiastic, friendly and efficient creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Would highly recommend Carboy Winery for special events!

I had my 30th birthday party at this venue and it turned out absolutely perfect! My guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. It was honestly hard to decided which dish was the best. Caitlin was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I can’t thank the team at Carboy enough!!

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Carboy. Everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Caitlyn Peterson was very professional and worked closely with me to ensure everything was just right. There was excellent communication leading up to the event, and we were treated wonderfully. I highly recommend Carboy for special events.

We worked with Caitlin at the Denver Carboy Winery for our son's rehearsal dinner. We were thrilled with her knowledge, her attentiveness to detail and her overall professionalism. Our event was flawless! The food was amazing, the setting was perfect, immaculate, romantic and welcoming! Our son and daughter-in-law and all the guests loved the food, the drinks and the venue.
