e wedding. I described the type of table centerpiece we were looking for. One of the owners whipped up a beautiful centerpiece that was perfect- white hydrangeas with soleil leaves. I placed the order and put money down on it. The day before the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time. They were very green (not just undertones) and not white. The green flowers didn't look right with the black and white themed wedding. I called and spoke to one of the owners. She told me that hydrangeas can have green or blue undertones and that she ordered white and this is what they were. My complaint is that there was no communication ahead of time- at all- about the possibility of the hydrangeas not being white. Had I known this, I would have chosen to go with a different flower that would have been white. I pointed this out to the owner several times during our discussion. It wasn't until the third time that she finally apologized. However, it was a verbal apology only. There was nothing tangible done. So, buyer beware no matter where you buy your flowers. Ask a lot of questions!!!!

A very simple process and I didn’t feel like she marked things up just because it was for a wedding. Fast forward to my wedding day and I was anxious to see what she had created. Well, it was more than I even imagined. It was exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful! I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend Jill and Cardell Floral to anyone looking for wedding flowers.
