ake payments for the wedding and having to scramble to make a large payment the last date it was due. The day of arrival, airport transportation was messed up for my wife and I as well as other people in our group. When I confronted Niki about this I was admittedly frustrated after the months of her excuses and was told not to contact her anymore. Which is why I didn’t get to complain about the photographer having to pay for a cab from the airport to the hotel because Niki didn’t book her transportation. Then there is the room debacle. Niki will blame it on the resort but upon reviewing the rooms she submitted they were all wrong. Finally there was the 3 1/2 month wait for the deposit to be returned. I had to go around Niki in order to get this refunded. Thankfully like most of the planning process Niki was “traveling” and wasn’t available. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent.

We had small gifts pop up throughout our stay. One other thing; we did it all from 1,300 miles away. We have booked several trips with Care Travel (including our wedding and 1st anniversary trip) and I’ve never even formally met the team. …but they treat their clients like they are standing directly in front of them and better than family. Do yourself a favor; save your stress and call Niki and the Care Travel team. You won’t regret it.

ure we remained calm and relaxed. Our resort in the Maldives was perfect for us, and made our dream of an overwater bungalow come true! (It is even better than the pictures :) ). On our way back we stopped in Dubai for 4 days, and they schedules tours and excursions to help learn about Dubai, ride a camel, travel through the desert, and have a traditional Arabian dinner experience. The whole experience was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I could never say thank you enough for! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARE TRAVEL FOR ANY AND ALL TRAVEL NEEDS!!!!

Although we used Google a few times prior to get a feel for what resorts were out there, we absolutely could not have planned our wedding or honeymoon without their help! The personal recommendations and first-hand experiences of the resorts were a BIG help when selecting our locations for our guests. Niki and Rebecca were both extremely helpful in communicating details with us, organizing our special trip with the resort and blessing us with amazing surprises along the way. Yet, I think the best part for us was that our friends and family loved working with them to book their reservations. We actually relocated halfway throughout the planning process (about 8 hours away) and began using them remotely - but our experience didn't change, and everything was still great. Thank you CARE Travel for helping us make a lifetime memory. We absolutely loved your recommendations. We will be return customers for all of our big trips.

have been led in a more perfect direction. Sandals Halcyon Beach was exactly what we were looking for. Niki and Sarah were there to answer ANY questions we had, they sent us a fantastic little travel book with all the information we needed (itineraries, etc) that was beyond helpful. The excursions they suggested for us were fantastic! And something different from the Joe Knows tour that everyone seemed to be doing. (Sounded great but who wants to do the SAME thing as everyone else?) We were truly treated like VIPs for the entire process... From start to finish. I had never used a travel agent before this - and now I'm not sure I'll ever plan a trip without one!
