Niki, Annie, and the whole CARE Travel team helped us plan and execute the destination wedding of our dreams!! From initial zooms, meetings, constant communication the whole time, ...
helping with flights, booking the resort for our whole group (54 people), emails with the resort wedding coordinator, and SO much more...we were simply blown away with the above and beyond personal service. She even created our wedding website for us! We felt so safe, secure, prepared, and excited with our trip and wedding. On top of it all, Niki even saved us a ton of money! I could tell CARE Travel genuinely cared about our entire group, the wedding trip we wanted, and experiences we desired. I only have positive remarks and an extremely thankful heart for Niki and her team. We could not have done this destination wedding of our dreams without her!
Niki was absolutely fantastic, she helped me plan the wedding and I didn’t have to do hardly anything! If we ever had an issue she responded fairly quickly and assisted. Everyone i...
n the office was so nice and helpful.
After my daughter’s wedding I am positive that the fee I paid $1.00 per excuse from Niki. Throughout the planning process I requested a complete invoice for the rooms I was paying ...
for and never received one. This resulted in not being able to make payments for the wedding and having to scramble to make a large payment the last date it was due.
The day of arrival, airport transportation was messed up for my wife and I as well as other people in our group. When I confronted Niki about this I was admittedly frustrated after the months of her excuses and was told not to contact her anymore. Which is why I didn’t get to complain about the photographer having to pay for a cab from the airport to the hotel because Niki didn’t book her transportation.
Then there is the room debacle. Niki will blame it on the resort but upon reviewing the rooms she submitted they were all wrong.
Finally there was the 3 1/2 month wait for the deposit to be returned. I had to go around Niki in order to get this refunded. Thankfully like most of the planning process Niki was “traveling” and wasn’t available.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent.
Niki and her Care Travel team are truly a cut above the rest. Their extensive knowledge (mostly first hand) of the resorts you’d be interested in is phenomenal.

go out of their with the details across your full trip. Up front they make sure your plans and your trip are going to meet your requirements. They will follow up with drivers, hotels, vendors and more prior to your immediate arrival. We had small gifts pop up throughout our stay.
One other thing; we did it all from 1,300 miles away. We have booked several trips with Care Travel (including our wedding and 1st anniversary trip) and I’ve never even formally met the team. …but they treat their clients like they are standing directly in front of them and better than family.
Do yourself a favor; save your stress and call Niki and the Care Travel team. You won’t regret it.
CARE travel helped make my husband’s and my vision become a reality. We decided to renew our wedding vows in Jamaica for our 20th anniversary. Care travel thought of every detail ...

ick and responsive in helping us with the situation and making sure we remained calm and relaxed. Our resort in the Maldives was perfect for us, and made our dream of an overwater bungalow come true! (It is even better than the pictures :) ). On our way back we stopped in Dubai for 4 days, and they schedules tours and excursions to help learn about Dubai, ride a camel, travel through the desert, and have a traditional Arabian dinner experience. The whole experience was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I could never say thank you enough for! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARE TRAVEL FOR ANY AND ALL TRAVEL NEEDS!!!!

ure we were taken care of. She was quick to respond to every email (even when I had a question on our honeymoon). Couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent that was knowledgeable over Sandals resorts.

stination wedding process. Niki had an initial consultation with us, asked us what we were looking for in a resort for our wedding, honeymoon, experiences for our guests, etc. and came back promptly with a few recommendations for us to look over. Although we used Google a few times prior to get a feel for what resorts were out there, we absolutely could not have planned our wedding or honeymoon without their help! The personal recommendations and first-hand experiences of the resorts were a BIG help when selecting our locations for our guests.
Niki and Rebecca were both extremely helpful in communicating details with us, organizing our special trip with the resort and blessing us with amazing surprises along the way. Yet, I think the best part for us was that our friends and family loved working with them to book their reservations. We actually relocated halfway throughout the planning process (about 8 hours away) and began using them remotely - but our experience didn't change, and everything was still great.
Thank you CARE Travel for helping us make a lifetime memory. We absolutely loved your recommendations. We will be return customers for all of our big trips.

tiny hiccups we had were immediately taken care of by Morgan. CARE Travel definitely exceeded our expectations! Hopefully now we won't wait another 28 years for another trip!

't that defeat the reason you use a travel agent? Not Niki, she has been to the resorts we were comparing and once we chose our destination she even recommend a butler by name and booked us a private boat tour. The trip of a lifetime with the beautiful wedding that we were hoping for! Thank you Niki and CARE Travel.
For our Honeymoon we booked through Niki at Care Travel for our Hawaii trip. Going through a travel agency and Niki was so smooth and made my life so much easier. Niki did EVERYTHI...
NG for me from booking the obvious, hotels and airfare, and even adding on excursions for us. I truly did not have to do anything but show up at the airport and enjoy our vacation. Care Travel will always be my #1 choice for all of my travel needs as they truly care about the clients.

I had never used a travel agent before, I always book myself, so I was really not sure what to expect. But CARE Travel took care of everything for all of us and the wedding couple ...
was even upgraded to a really nice suite. They handled everything including our airfare and all my many questions. I will use them again for sure.
CARE travel will work with you to find you the perfect honeymoon! Niki and Sarah worked with us to ensure we had the trip that would be perfect for us. They got to know us, asked q...
uestions, and then made suggestions on where to go. We could not have been led in a more perfect direction. Sandals Halcyon Beach was exactly what we were looking for. Niki and Sarah were there to answer ANY questions we had, they sent us a fantastic little travel book with all the information we needed (itineraries, etc) that was beyond helpful.
The excursions they suggested for us were fantastic! And something different from the Joe Knows tour that everyone seemed to be doing. (Sounded great but who wants to do the SAME thing as everyone else?) We were truly treated like VIPs for the entire process... From start to finish. I had never used a travel agent before this - and now I'm not sure I'll ever plan a trip without one!
