Avis hand selected vendors for us personally based off of our personalities and style. We went with Dear Wesleyann- photography, Myrtie Blue-floral and decor, Kevin Tillman- officiant, and Townsend Catering. I can not express how amazing these vendors were and we are so grateful that Avis knew us well enough to select them for us. Our wedding is something my husband as well as our guests are still thinking about daily. We received numerous compliments on our venues, food, photographer, flowers, and of course Avis and her amazing team. Avis was there throughout the whole wedding making sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. She even brought us plates of our food to our table so we wouldn't waste a second mingling with our guests. Carillon will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can not praise Avis and her team enough for everything they did for our special day. I would recommend Avis and Carillon Weddings to any bride and guarantee your day will be flawless.

Each wedding and reception is as unique as every Bride and Groom. Even if I sent a message to Avis at midnight, minutes later I would receive a reply. I do not think she needs sleep! Our wedding could have been a very rainy day and she was prepared having the tent up early so the ground would be dry and ready with umbrellas if needed. There is competition for planning your wedding at Carillon, the other company is "Carillon Beach Weddings" with an office located in the market street at Carillon. I want to encourage you to pick Avis with "Carillon Weddings" at Carillon Beach. My husband and I met with the other planning agency before we met Avis simply because their office is so accessible. "Carillon Beach Weddings" did not give a clear picture of the cost and what to expect at each price point. My original budget was far too low for what services we were hoping to get and they did not give me an honest approach to the cost. While I know they have a planning process of their own I did not feel that they would be able to handle details the way that Carillon Weddings does. Carillon Weddings is a level of excellence that is far above any of my friend's wedding planning experiences. I have also coordinated weddings in the past and the support and guidance Avis gives you cannot compare to someone simply keeping you on schedule and making sure all vendors arrive. Avis will make sure that your wedding is perfect and that you get to enjoy the emotion and beauty of your day. I highly recommend Carillon Weddings!

They went above and beyond all my expectations (which were hard to meet much less exceed) and to this day I will never be able to thank them enough. The one piece of advice I have for any bride that works with Carillon Weddings, is TRUST them whole heartedly and you will not be disappointed! They are true professionals and always have your best interest in mind. To this day I have guests talking about how magical my ceremony and reception were. There was not a detailed spared which is what you can expect from Carillon Weddings. If I could give them 10 out of 5, I would in a heartbeat because they deserve it! Wedding planning should be an exciting and fun time for the bride, groom, and their families. It was all of that and more. There was never a moment of stress before, during, or after the wedding. Although. I should mention that our daughter had to be taken to an Urgent Care four hours before walking down the aisle. Victoria, Avis, and their sweet itern, Amy, jumped into action. Avis & Amy took Haley to the doctor. She held her hand and convinced her in a calm manner that this would be a funny story to share one day. She was right! These ladies truly care about their brides and this completely proves it. Our guests never knew about our daughters emergency visit. Thanks to our unbelievable wedding planners for handling everything so perfectly. We had 200 out of town guests and everyone told us how perfect the details were. In my opinion, Coastal is most valuable in taking care of you after vendors are selected. In the months before the wedding, Avis makes great suggestions about your venue and the mechanics of the wedding (setting the right time for the wedding, suggesting an "unplugged" wedding, organizing the flow of the event, planning for rain, just to name a few). She will set up and go with you to all vendor meetings, and will help you plan with them, making great suggestions. Perhaps the most valuable service she provides is giving you peace on your wedding day. Confirmation and coordination of the vendors was flawless, but she also made sure the hundreds of little details were handled, like helping the bride change, getting gifts and wedding dress back to our cottage, making sure the bride and groom had a late night dinner set aside for them, making sure the cake top was stored and delivered, making sure the musicians were set up in the right place, making sure the flowers were delivered to the cottage early for pictures, etc., etc. You don't have to worry about anything!

tte party. The venue was absolutely perfect. We got married on the beach and the reception was on the Village Green. The Village Green exceeded my expectations. They transformed a patch of grass into everything I had envisioned during all the months of planning. The day of my wedding, I didn't worry about a single detail because Vic, Avis, and the wonderful vendors they have working with them, took care of everything. I actually was able to relax and truly enjoy myself. Carillon Beach is such a beautiful setting for a relaxed or elegant wedding. It caters to everyone's tastes. My only complaint is that I wish I could do it all over again every weekend. If you're looking for the perfect beach wedding, Carrilon is it.
