Carillon Weddings at Carillon Beach under the leadership of Avis Glenister made my daughter's dream-come -true wedding a reality. The day's weather couldn't have been better for our beach wedding. The only thing that topped the ceremony and reception was Avis at Carillon Weddings' customer service. She was very responsive to questions/emails. Her day of wedding coordinating couldn't have been more uneventful, everything went completely as planned and I was able to completely enjoy the day.

Avis had everything handled before I could even worry about it! I tend to be a person who thinks that "If you want anything done right- You have to do it yourself." Avis proved me wrong! I could not be happier with Carillon Weddings and the Owner/Coordinator Avis Glenister. The venue is gorgeous and such a special place to be married and celebrate. Avis helps you plan every step of the way. She went above and beyond to answer all my emails quickly and with detail. She created sample budgets customized for me as I was deciding about the venue and detailed everything from the cost to what to expect at different price points and with different numbers of guests. What I appreciated most in the planning process was that I knew I could always look to her for an honest answer and a genuine care for my wedding day. She will not steer you wrong and she will make sure you know what to expect. She also planned and accompanied us to all our vendor meetings and helped when I had decisions to make. She has worked so many different and unique weddings, she always has the answer and can handle any scenario. After my planning was done I felt like I could enjoy the day and not worry about a thing and I sure did! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our day. There is competition for planning your wedding at Carillon, the other company is "Carillon Beach Weddings" with an office located in the market street at Carillon. I want to encourage you to pick Avis with "Carillon Weddings" at Carillon Beach. My husband and I met with the other planning agency before we met Avis simply because their office is so accessible. "Carillon Beach Weddings" did not give a clear picture of the cost and what to expect at each price point. My original budget was far too low for what services we were hoping to get and they did not give me an honest approach to the cost. While I know they have a planning process of their own I did not feel that they would be able to handle details the way that Carillon Weddings does. Carillon Weddings is a level of excellence that is far above any of my friend's wedding planning experiences. I have also coordinated weddings in the past and the support and guidance Avis gives you cannot compare to someone simply keeping you on schedule and making sure all vendors arrive. Carillon Weddings was absolutely an amazing choice for planning and facilitating my wedding in May. Not only do they have access to a beautiful wedding venue, their staff is extremely professional, prepared, and delightful to work with. The team coordinated every detail of our wedding day, which went off without any problems whatsoever. They were even able to assist us throughout the weeks before, from helping us select our cake, flowers, and concepts of our wedding to bringing in a seamstress to fix a bridesmaid dress 2 days before the event! Carillon Weddings works with fantastic vendors who really brought our event to life. We are so happy that we chose to have our beautiful wedding with this team at their venue. I was an out of town bride from Denver with high expectations and I could not have asked for anything more in Carillon Weddings @ Carillon Beach. Avis and her entire team were more than responsive AND available any time of day, seven days a week! I flew down to Florida on numerous occasions (with very little notice) and they would have meetings with all my vendors even if it was on a weekend, the customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond all my expectations (which were hard to meet much less exceed) and to this day I will never be able to thank them enough. The one piece of advice I have for any bride that works with Carillon Weddings, is TRUST them whole heartedly and you will not be disappointed! They are true professionals and always have your best interest in mind. To this day I have guests talking about how magical my ceremony and reception were. There was not a detailed spared which is what you can expect from Carillon Weddings. If I could give them 10 out of 5, I would in a heartbeat because they deserve it! They are genuine people running a genuine business which is truly hard to find these days. They will make your dreams come true, as they did mine, on any budget with any bride.

Victoria and Avis put their hearts into everything they do ...from start to finish. The wedding was breathtaking. Our experience with Carillon Weddings was phenomenal. We found two friends for life!

The second we walked out of our initial meeting, one year before our wedding, we couldn’t imagine being anywhere else or working with anyone else! Our wedding planning from over 1,000 miles away was made easy, stress free, and enjoyable by Carillon Weddings. The preferred vendors are nothing but the best!! The most amazing food, cake, photographers, videographers, musician, DJ, and event designer you could imagine! We also love Harry, and had so many compliments about Chaplain Houseman! Victoria and Avis were so wonderful to work with – they know everything there is to know about weddings in the 30A area! We got married in Rosemary Beach, and they guided us through every step of the process and lined us up with all the best vendors in the area. It is so helpful to have coordinators in this area, as all the vendors work together and are very familiar with each other. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect and flowed seamlessly. It was so nice to be able to enjoy all the small moments in our day and not have to worry about any of the logistics. Avis Glenister of Coastal Weddings was wonderful to work with. When planning a destination wedding, it is critical to have a planner who knows not only vendors, but the nuances of the locale, climate and venue you select. You still need to do your own research for vendors--check independent reviews and references. In my opinion, Coastal is most valuable in taking care of you after vendors are selected. In the months before the wedding, Avis makes great suggestions about your venue and the mechanics of the wedding (setting the right time for the wedding, suggesting an "unplugged" wedding, organizing the flow of the event, planning for rain, just to name a few). She will set up and go with you to all vendor meetings, and will help you plan with them, making great suggestions. Perhaps the most valuable service she provides is giving you peace on your wedding day. Confirmation and coordination of the vendors was flawless, but she also made sure the hundreds of little details were handled, like helping the bride change, getting gifts and wedding dress back to our cottage, making sure the bride and groom had a late night dinner set aside for them, making sure the cake top was stored and delivered, making sure the musicians were set up in the right place, making sure the flowers were delivered to the cottage early for pictures, etc., etc. You don't have to worry about anything!

After vacationing at Carillon Beach over ten years, I always dreamed of having my wedding there, but I never knew if it would actually happen. When Ianni and I became engaged, we had an appointment with Victoria and later with Victoria, Avis and the vendors. After seeing their professionalism, class, and friendly disposition we were 100% confident they were the ones to plan our wedding. They quickly gained our full trust which was important to us when planning this milestone in our lives. Carillon Weddings was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our wedding planning and actual wedding day was stress free, relaxing, and perfect. The select vendors Carillon Weddings use are top quality. All the vendors and planners are very detailed orientated and do not settle for anything less than perfection. When you use Carillon Weddings, be prepared to experience the best food and cake you have ever tasted before at any event. Our wedding guests have overly expressed to my family about how the whole wedding event flowed so well and how they thoroughly enjoyed attending our wedding. What can I say except these two women are unbelievable! They not only took care of me and my husband throughout the planning process but Avis even assisted my MoH plan my bachelorette party. The venue was absolutely perfect. We got married on the beach and the reception was on the Village Green. The Village Green exceeded my expectations. They transformed a patch of grass into everything I had envisioned during all the months of planning. The day of my wedding, I didn't worry about a single detail because Vic, Avis, and the wonderful vendors they have working with them, took care of everything. I actually was able to relax and truly enjoy myself. Carillon Beach is such a beautiful setting for a relaxed or elegant wedding. It caters to everyone's tastes. My only complaint is that I wish I could do it all over again every weekend. If you're looking for the perfect beach wedding, Carrilon is it. I usually don't review places or services but I was so impressed and pleased with Carillon Weddings and all the vendors they provided. I had a huge storm for my wedding and they did their jobs to the fullest to make sure it still went of beautifully, which it truly did. Avis was a breath of fresh air and I can't say enough about how magical my head table looked thanks to Christina. The food was amazing and I every guest thoroughly enjoyed it. The day was smooth and magical thanks to everyone involved. :)

Carillon Weddings is truly a first class wedding planning operation! They made sure the entire process was smooth and made themselves available to answer every question. Carillon specializes in putting the best the gulfcoast area has to offer on their vendor lists and each has the experience of working with each other. Only a few videographers aren't included, but the one that is can make additional recommendations.

From the onset of Tiffany and Tyler's wedding day when 2 dolphins showed up off of the coast of Carillon Beach to the last song played by Cool Rayz, it was one "enchanted" day and evening. I am forever thankful to Victoria and Avis for their attention to all of the details on that day. As the mother of the bride I was able to simply be in the moment with my daughter...they handled the rest! Not only are the venues at Carillon Beach amazing, but the wedding coordinators, Victoria Volpone and Avis Glenister, are the best out there. We had several bumps in the road during our wedding planning process, and each bump Victoria and Avis handled with ease and completely calmed my worries. I truly trusted them with everything. These ladies know how to make your wedding personalized, enjoyable, and truly special. My only wish was to look back on our wedding day and I absolutely no regrets... and that is exactly how I feel. I am the most frazzled, easily worried and anxious person I know! I was afraid I'd be spending the days (upon arrival at Carillon, prior to the wedding) in last minute errand running, frantic mapquests to determine where a store was located, or other last minute emergencies. With the calm, competent and professional Victoria and Avis, everything was taken care of! All of their vendors were top notch- wonderful service and so nice to work with.No worries-no errands-no last minute anything- just a wonderful, enjoyable occasion!!!

I cannot recommend the team of Avis and Victoria enough. They pulled together the most fabulous wedding a bride could ever imagine. It was my daughters dream come true. Their vendors are incredible! Townsend Catering was absolutely delicious; Paul Johnson Photography made us all feel like stars; Noveau and Christina created a ballroom; Confections on the coast made two beautiful cakes--one that matched my daughter's dress--the other a drum set for the groom--and they were absolutely to die for in taste; DJ Paul kept our reception rocking; The Bay Art's Trio with Wedding Music gave our guests a treat. I could go on and on but our guests were amazed and all said this was the best wedding they had ever been to.

I had the most wonderful experience planning my wedding with Victoria & Avis. They truly know what they are talking about! They align themselves with the most talented vendors around. I'm so glad I chose to get married near the beach! I would recommend them to anyone! The Meeting House was such a special place to have my candlelight ceremony!
