Cara and her team are first-rate. They took the stress out of planning and pulling off a day to be remembered. Thought of everything and left not stone unturned. Cara's an absolute...
delight to work with and wonderful person. Would highly highly recommend.
Working with Cara was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she thought of absolutely everything; even the little details we never would have ...
considered. Her planning style is truly tailored to each couple, and she took the time to understand what was important to us instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Cara is incredibly thorough, organized, and flexible. No matter what questions or last-minute changes came up, she handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making the entire planning process feel so much less stressful.
The biggest gift Cara gave us was peace of mind on our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because she had already communicated with every vendor, our families, and the wedding party. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your day as much as you do, Cara is the person you want by your side. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. We can't recommend Caristia Events highly enough!
Cara is an extraordinary planner. I truly could not have had my wedding day without her. She calmed my nerves, kept everyone in line, and never wavered in her promises which comple...
tely exceeded my expectations. She got my other vendors whipped into shape too. She is simply phenomenal, and her skills, professionalism, prudence, and adaptability is outstanding. Cara even played the role the florist should’ve been playing and delivered the flowers for me. She deserves any and every bit of business.
Cara was so wonderful starting from our initial meeting. She was well organized, efficient, and very caring. This was our first time getting married and she was able to clearly wal...
k us through everything we needed to do, which felt a little overwhelming, and then she followed that up with explaining how she was going to take care of all of it. It took so much pressure off of me and my wife that I will always be thankful for her help in making our wedding the wonderful day that it was.
The best thing I did while planning our wedding was hire Cara. She is truly one of a kind! Cara's knowledge of the industry and her calm and confident nature really put my wedding ...
planning worries to bed. She is kind, incredibly organized, and exactly who you want by your side throughout planning and on the wedding day. She attended vendor and venue meetings with us and she was always pleasant and ready to help when anything came up during the planning process. On the day of the wedding she was actual magic. Working behind the scenes to make sure everything went perfectly. She even helped bustle my dress and brought my husband and I appetizers and our favorite drinks during cocktail hour. Cara is a true professional with a huge heart. Highly highly recommend!
Not sure where to begin. Cara the owner and my day of coordinating is nothing short of amazing. She truly was so wonderful to work with. She is really down to earth and so so kind....
She made sure absolutely everything was perfect. She literally handled everything for me. She even got a video of me with my dad that is so so special for me. 1000% recommend Cara.
Cara & her team are absolutely amazing. I couldn’t recommend Caristia Events enough. From the early stages in the planning process to the day of details and timeline, Cara made sur...
e our entire planning experience went without a hitch. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives - all thanks to Cara’s seamless execution 🤍 thank you thank you thank you!
Cara is a great planner and we highly recommend her. We had her do partial planning for us - where we managed some things ourselves and she managed other stuff - and she knocked it...
out of the park. She is detail-oriented and enterprising, plus flexible enough to accommodate your special requests. We had her take complete charge of one key element of our ceremony decor - the chuppah - and she made it look beautiful and tasteful. She had good suggestions for us for some vendors, and worked well with the ones we selected.
On the day of our wedding, we (both worrying sorts) felt calmer than we could have imagined, because we knew Cara was sweating the details and we didn’t have to. Her calm professionalism, reliability, and resourcefulness allowed us to focus on our guests and each other. It was a beautiful and meaningful day, and Cara was a big part of allowing us to make it that way.
Overall, she is a very kind soul who is very good at what she does.
Cara was one of the best decisions I made while planning our wedding, she is very professional and caring. The day before our ceremony we discovered my wedding dress was not clean...
ed properly and she took it to get it cleaned again from the bridal salon I purchased it from. I also had challenges with the DJ not long before our wedding and she made sure things ran smoothly and helped with the timeline. She will make your dreams come true!
Hiring Cara was easily one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. We truly would not have been able to pull off our DIY wedding without her help. From meetings prior ...
to our big day to discuss logistics, coordinating with vendors, assemble charcuterie cups the day of, handling our playlists, wrangling family for pictures, set up, tear down, and all of the invisible tasks that help keep the day going without hiccups she was on top of it all. She is a highly organized and thoughtful professional so she juggles all of these tasks effortlessly. She made herself available to troubleshoot or give suggestions in the final days of planning and truly gets behind whatever your vision is to make it come to life. This was so helpful in making the days leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. Our day was perfect and Cara was a huge part of making it that way.
Cara was incredible!!! She was so professional and thorough with all of the planning for our wedding. We definitely would not have been able to have the amazing day we did without ...
her. She helped with decorating, and thought of things that I never would have. She really, really made my life easier, always made sure I was feeling okay, and helped me when I was breaking down over stress too. I highly recommend Cara as a planner, she will make your day go by so smoothly!

ng events like this and did not leave any details out when helping to coordinate/plan our day. We had a last minute need of cookies for the day of and she had places she could recommend, an idea of the volume of cookies we should order, she picked the cookies up the day before too and completely took care of it. The day of the wedding, she was such a calming presence, asking if we were good, having fun, needed anything, etc. I honestly attribute the day’s events going amazingly to Cara and all her hard work. We booked Cara when she was having a promotion, but hindsight, even if she had charged 10x what we paid (and some day of coordinators do) she is worth it.
