Cara is incredibly thorough, organized, and flexible. No matter what questions or last-minute changes came up, she handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making the entire planning process feel so much less stressful.
The biggest gift Cara gave us was peace of mind on our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because she had already communicated with every vendor, our families, and the wedding party. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

We had her take complete charge of one key element of our ceremony decor - the chuppah - and she made it look beautiful and tasteful. She had good suggestions for us for some vendors, and worked well with the ones we selected.
On the day of our wedding, we (both worrying sorts) felt calmer than we could have imagined, because we knew Cara was sweating the details and we didn’t have to. Her calm professionalism, reliability, and resourcefulness allowed us to focus on our guests and each other. She is a highly organized and thoughtful professional so she juggles all of these tasks effortlessly. We had a last minute need of cookies for the day of and she had places she could recommend, an idea of the volume of cookies we should order, she picked the cookies up the day before too and completely took care of it. The day of the wedding, she was such a calming presence, asking if we were good, having fun, needed anything, etc. I honestly attribute the day’s events going amazingly to Cara and all her hard work. We booked Cara when she was having a promotion, but hindsight, even if she had charged 10x what we paid (and some day of coordinators do) she is worth it.
